1 starFollow up review. After submitting an unfavorable review, Seaside made an attempt to contact me. They called me when I let them know I was unavailable and never picked up their phone when I called. The staff was very efficient and professional. Responded to all of my inquiries and ensured that we were aware of everything by keeping us updated about the process. I started with Seaside in 2020. Paid over $9,000.00 in fees.When I started, they would call all the time, telling me how the process was going.Now in the last 2 years have not heard a word from them.When I call, they will say we will get back to you soon.I call twice in the last two week, now my phone call will not go thru,After two years still waiting, nothing from them after they got my money.Need I say more.

We must address this client's claim fervently. The client's timeshare ownership has been terminated since 2021, and we have provided written documentation to the client confirming this. Despite numerous attempts to contact the client, we have not received any response. Our phone records can attest to this, and they also show that the client's calls were never blocked in our system at any time. The client had agreed to remove this false review after acknowledging that they no longer have any obligations to their previous timeshare, but they did not follow through with their promise. 5 starsLet me be clear. I am just in the very first steps of the process. This has not even gotten to attorneys yet. With that said, initiating this process was easy and the specialists were incredibly helpful. Hopefully the entire process is as smooth as the first steps.
