    Seasides process was very thorough from beginning to end. the staff ensured we were well-informed about each step and patiently answered our questions. They never used high-pressure tactics to push us into making a decision. They stayed in touch with us the entire time and they promised that our credit would not be affected and it was not. We are now out of our timeshare and we would definitely recommend them.

    I hired Seaside Consultants with a guarantee that there employee Ken Chow told me that they had never lost the case to Westgate its going on 3 years ago and I have stayed with it provided them each and every document they ever needed seed with my timeshare exit only to be told recently that the lawyer that was handling it was no longer hand on it and I would have to go and we do all my paperwork find me a new notary because I put my daughter on the deed and she's in Florida living now and I'm living in Maine 1500 miles apart we would have to get the new notary to sign new documents to get the new lawyer to handle the case seems like every time they always have a new way and a new turn to try to exit from working on my timeshare exit I would never ever recommend this company to anybody I know I've followed every thing that they asked me to do over the last 3 years only to have my credit still damaged even after being promised that they would hire somebody and make sure that they did their best and go above Beyond to make sure that they protect my credit only to have it destroyed I could go on and on and on about this company with all their lies and all their promises don't hire them you won't go anywhere it will cost you a lot of money with no success Tim

    Follow up review. After submitting an unfavorable review, Seaside made an attempt to contact me. They called me when I let them know I was unavailable and never picked up their phone when I called. Again, do not engage any services with this company nor their affiliated credit protection company. Poor communication and your credit will suffer.

    Great service and took the initiative to process everything to help me out of my timeshare. It was an error purchasing this timeshare but they were able to help us out in just two months. The staff was very efficient and professional. Responded to all of my inquiries and ensured that we were aware of everything by keeping us updated about the process.
