Thank you for reaching out and sharing your concerns. We understand your frustration and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you've experienced throughout this process.
Exiting a timeshare can be a lengthy and complex undertaking. Unfortunately, developers often make this process intentionally difficult, dragging their feet to delay resolutions. This is not unique to your case and is one of the many challenges our team works diligently to overcome on behalf of our clients.
As outlined in our Service Agreement, Section 4.2B, we are committed to performing our services until a resolution is achieved. This commitment remains unchanged. When you were not satisfied with the first law firm assigned to your case, we promptly assigned a second law firm at no additional cost to you, in an effort to keep your case moving forward and ensure you received the representation you deserve.
Additionally, while we understand your concern about not receiving a call back after leaving a voicemail with Seaside Consultants Group, our records indicate that the only call we've received from you in the past 60 days occurred after we proactively reached out to address your BBB complaint. We are actively working with you now to bring your concerns to a resolution, and we encourage open communication to help move this process forward as efficiently as possible.
We truly value your patience and trust, and we remain committed to achieving the resolution you deserve.Initial Complaint

We paid several thousands of dollars to get out of our time share with this company. We went through all the details with them on the high pressure sales tactics, etc. after reviewing our information they felt confident this could be done. We were told specifically they dont take cases unless they feel this way. They referred us over to an attorney who has only sent one letter to the time share to the best of my knowledge. We were promised while the case was going on that Tradeblic would protect our credit. Which they have not done at all. I have sent them numerous copies of my husbands credit bureau and nothing has been done. It has taken me this long to file because I was trying to be patient knowing it would take time. This whole group is a scam!

I would like to reopen the case due to there not being any definite solution. Nothing has been resolved and there is no definitive answer on when it will be for both the credit reporting as well as the Timeshare exiting.
We have been in this process almost 5 years with no response until filing the BBB complaint. My concern is that well be going through the same motions for another 5 years? We paid the previous lawyer another $400 for 1 letter to the Timeshare company after paying them the initial $750.00 for only 1 letter. What is the new attorney going to do differently? How do we know that the credit bureau will be taking care of as promised?
Our desired resolution is to be exited from the Timeshare agreement/contract and the negative marks removed from **************************** as promised in a timely manner. At the very least we should be refunded the additional $400 paid to the lawyers office. To honestly think this would be completed with one letter to the Timeshare company is absurd. We paid thousands of dollars to ******** on this service that we did not receive, again as promised. If this cant be done in a reasonable amount of time we should receive a refund of the costs for this service.

Thank you for reaching out and sharing your concerns. We understand your frustration and sincerely apologize that you feel like you've been going through the same motions without resolution. Your time and trust are extremely important to us.
Please rest assured that we are taking your concerns seriously. Every attorney we work with has their own approach and tactics when it comes to resolving timeshare obligations. While results can vary, we believe that a fresh perspective and new strategy can make a meaningful difference in your case.
To that end, we are submitting your case to a new attorney who brings a different method of handling timeshare releases. In addition, we are referring you to a new credit repair company that will be assisting in resolving the credit concerns at no additional cost to you.
As a gesture of good faith and commitment to your satisfaction, we will also be issuing a full refund of the $400 attorney fee you previously paid directly to the attorneys office.
Our goal is to move your case forward with transparency and urgency, and we are hopeful that these new steps will result in the resolution you deserve.Customer Answer

We still are going back and forth with them. The new credit company is charging us when we were told several times by Julys that she would take care of this. Here we are 3 months later and it’s still not resolved. We have not received any communication from the new attorney as far as what actions have been done. We are extremely frustrated and will not accept anything until we have results. As far as we’re concerned we’ve been taken advantage of by Seaside the same as the time share.

At Seaside Consultants Group, we take all client concerns seriously and are committed to providing clear communication and high-quality service. We would like to clarify the steps we have taken to resolve Nadines concerns and demonstrate our ongoing commitment to her satisfaction.
While Seaside Consultants Group typically does not cover the cost of credit monitoring services, in this case, we went above and beyond our standard process to assist ******. We understand her frustration and, in an effort to ensure her satisfaction, we agreed to cover both the cost of the credit monitoring service and the new credit repair services. This is not part of our usual policy, and it required us to work directly with the credit repair company to arrange for payment of the credit monitoring fees on her behalf.
We can confirm that the credit monitoring fee has been paid by Seaside Consultants Group, and the credit repair company has already reached out to ******. In addition, we have asked the new attorney handling her case to contact her as soon as possible to provide an update on the status of the legal process.
Furthermore, our team at Seaside Consultants Group has reached out directly to ****** to discuss her concerns and review the details of her complaint. We want to assure her that her case remains a priority, and we are committed to seeing it through to a successful resolution.
We appreciate Nadines patience and understanding as we work through this process and remain fully dedicated to achieving the outcome she deserves.
Sincerely,

Also ********** Law emailed us stating that they wet no longer handling our timeshare exit, and we would not receive out $1000 back. Its been 6 months and nothing has happened. The attorney originally assigned to this client is no longer handling timeshare relief matters due to circumstances beyond their control. Upon receiving notice of this change from the attorney, Seaside Consultants Group immediately took action to ensure continuity in the clients case by funding the full cost of transitioning the matter to a new attorney. This transition was completed at no cost whatsoever to the client.
Furthermore, prior to engaging our services, the client was clearly informedboth verbally and through the information available on our websitethat the typical duration for cases of this nature ranges from 6 to ****************************************************************************** legal representation, Seaside has responded swiftly and responsibly to minimize disruption and protect the clients interests, including absorbing all transition-related expenses.Initial Complaint

Seaside Consultants Group is a company that I reached out to in Oct 2019. The company representative told me that I could get out of my timeshare within 6-18 months. I paid ******* and was assigned a lawyer. That lawyer was shizty and then I was assigned to another lawyer and nothing occurred. I reached out to the company several times. The company ended up changing my lawyer for a third time. The company gave me back 1/3rd of my money as a good ***** ******, as nothing was occurring with my timeshare claim. I kept in touch and then lost touch, as nothing was occurring. Here I am 6 years later, out of over *******, still have the timeshare, and now I have bad credit. The representative told me in Feb 2020 I could stop paying for the timeshare as it would be cancelled. I should have taped that conversation, as now the company is saying that is against company policy. I have bad credit, still have the timeshare and Seaside still has my money and has not taken care of their end of the contract, which is getting me out of the Westgate Timeshare.I would like the Timeshare eliminated or a full refund of the funding I paid minus what they already returned.

Despite multiple efforts to resolve ongoing issues, maintaining effective communication has been challenging. Our services rely on active engagement, which has not been sustained. Previously, we issued a partial refund as a goodwill gesture. However, given the continued lack of response despite numerous attempts to reconnect, we have made the decision to bring this to an immediate resolution, we will be willing to discuss the possibility of a refund but in order to do so we must be able to communicate with the client. I am rejecting the business response because I agree that I missed their phone calls, as I was in the hospital being treated for kidney failure. Once I was released I attempted to call and email the company, but they did not return my phone calls or email. Therefore I would like to re-open my claim as I am out of the hospital. Other concerns, I agree that they gave me some of my money back because it was taking a long time and I got switched from lawyer to lawyer with little response, and considering they did not respond well from 2020 to 2024, and I still have the time share and now I have bad credit, I would like a refund as from my end nothing was accomplished. My desired resolution is a refund of my funds. And in the response to you, it was stated that the company was willing to issue me a refund, but I was not responsive. I almost died, so that did make it hard for me to respond. Please help me get my money back from this company who did not help me, but hindered me. I've been in the military for years, and this is the first time I feel truly unappreciated, that company did not help me.Thanks,******* ****

In Feb. 2022, we paid Seaside Consultants Group $10,000 to remove us from Wyndam Timeshare. Nothing has been done to resolve issue, we were being told it's in the lawyers hands, now Seaside is not even returning our calls. Any assistance you could give us would be very much appreciated, *********************** ************ and ***************************** ************

We spoke with this client and he agreed to remove this complaint due to the nature of the untrue statements. If this complaint is still posted, we are compelled to respond. This complaint is nowhere near a true reflection of the situation. We have over 150 entries in this client's file. The initial delays in any forward movement for this client were self-inflicted. There is an attorney intake form that all clients must submit. This client did not complete the form for months. The attorneys can not perform any work without the completed form. There was also an issue of a check being returned for insufficient funds. This of course caused another delay. Throughout these issues, our *************** team left numerous voicemails on the phone numbers that were given to us. Text messages and emails were sent as well. Once these issues were resolved, we moved forward with the case. The attorney assigned to this client's case gave the client access to an online web portal to keep track of the progress of their case. Whether the case is being handled by the attorneys is not a matter of question. The client could log in at any time to see the status of their case. The developer at one point offered this client a settlement which the client refused. This is typical behavior from the timeshare developer and most of our clients refuse a monetary settlement offer. Currently, the attorneys are preparing their case for an arbitration conference which the clients have been made aware of. While we also hoped that the matter would be resolved by now, the wheels of the legal system do not always turn as rapidly as we would like and delays that are caused by the client are outside of our control. There has been a significant amount of work performed for this client and we will continue to do so. Our internal phone system tracks every call and at no time were this clients calls ever ignored. We can, of course, document the numerous times that we returned calls.Customer Answer

For 3 years we have been working with Seaside Consultants, specifically ********* We were never told of any additional forms that were needed, causing delays and there was no insufficient check, we paid with debit card. We were always told lawyers were working on timeshare exit and in last year told it was going into arbitration. We have always been ready to assist Seaside in whatever was needed to exit Wyndam and we contacted them anytime we we were notified by Seaside. For 2 to 3 months Seaside will not return phone calls to let us know anything. Seaside did not cancel our timeshare, after 3 years and $10,000 paid to them. Now we are facing pending foreclosure.

I entered into a service agreement with Seaside Consultants Group for cancellation of my Hilton Grand Vacations timeshare in 4th quarter 2019. I paid over 8k and was promised timeshare cancellation, with no additional fees and no negative impact to my credit. In February 2021, I received a Notice of Trustee's Sale from the timeshare foreclosure department which I immediately forwarded to Seaside to dispute. They advised they had not received any response to their termination letter and engaged ******************** to represent me. I was advised to sign up with ********* and this organization would ensure my credit files with the reporting bureaus were not negatively impacted/reported. I forwarded my credit reports at this time (early 2021) and again in early 2022 as the Hilton timeshare is shown on my Experian history as a foreclosure!!!! I attempted to contact them with no resolution and in December 2023 filed a BBB complaint #********. They responded stating I never informaed them of the credit issue and I again forwarded credit reports. The BBB closed my complaint as unresolved and I have heard nothing further from these organizations. I am left with a negative credit report showing a foreclosure and I am out a significant amount of money!

We understand your frustration and the challenges you have faced. It's certainly disheartening to hear about the negative impact on your credit report. In accordance with the terms stipulated in our service agreement, it is explicitly outlined that credit protection services do not carry an absolute guarantee. Furthermore, it is duly acknowledged, as evidenced by your initialing, that an understanding of the non guaranteed nature of credit protection services has been established.
Recognizing the inherent frustration associated with unfavorable credit marks, Seaside Consultants Group remains committed to delivering exceptional customer service. Regrettably, our attempts to engage in direct communication with you have been constrained to email correspondence.
In an ******* endeavor to address the credit-related concerns, at our expense, we have expedited the transfer of your file to a company that has an excellent reputation solving ************** such as the one you are experiencing. This transition is undertaken with the explicit purpose of facilitating the resolution of the credit issues you have encountered. It is noteworthy that, notwithstanding the aforementioned credit concerns, the termination of your timeshare contract has been successfully concluded.
In a gesture of goodwill, we have extended an offer of a partial refund as a testament to our dedication to customer satisfaction. Presently, our team is actively engaged in ongoing communication with you, with the primary objective of resolving the outstanding credit matter to your utmost satisfaction.
We appreciate your patience and understanding during this process, and we remain committed to achieving a favorable resolution.Customer Answer

We have been in contract with Seaside since April 2020 attempting to be released from our timeshare. We were assigned to ***************** Law Group in late 2020. The firm did not do anything to help us with getting released. There was minimal communication the entire time. We complained and were assigned to ************************************* Law firm in 2022. The process began positively. We were offered a settlement of $34k in October 2022. We paid seaside more than $14k to get out of this. We have sent emails repeatedly with no resolve. Our last contact from Seaside was September 15, 2023 and it was a robo email with no real customer care. We have not received any contact from ************************************* since April 2023. We are still being drug along with this cancellation process. It's going on 4 years with no resolve. We have provided more than enough documentation. I would not recommend using this company for timeshare relief. They charge a lot and they do not provide efficient, consistent or transparent service.

We did contract with you in early 2020 at the point where COVID-19 was sweeping the nation. The pandemic affected many businesses across the country and the legal system definitely had its own unique set of challenges. Even though these were issues outside of our control, we did our best to service your case. Our efforts included transitioning you to a different attorney at our expense. The settlement offered by the developer is a part of the process. These cases involve negotiations and rarely does a developer simply terminate a contract without at least attempting to settle the case for a monetary sum. Most clients do the same as you have done and reject that offer, so the negotiations continue. Again, it is part of the process. Additionally in reviewing the many notes in your file, it appears that as late as May of this year there was an issue with the correct purchase agreement being sent to the attorney. Issues like these definitely affect the attorneys ability to negotiate. We state in our Service Agreement (which both of you signed) that clients must turn in proper documents within 30 days or they are in breach of the agreement. We have not held you to that part of the agreement and are committed to seeing your case through until the end.Initial Complaint

We paid Seaside to get us out of some contracts back on Aug. 7th 2020 and to date, there has been nothing done about it. We will be needing a full refund of $3,597.75 immediately. We understand there may have been reasons why the job was never started but that is no excuse for the lack of communication and action. We followed through with our end of the agreement and we expected the same in return. We look forward to a full refund and moving on.

We must say that we are shocked by this complaint. To say that the job was never started and that there has been nothing done could not be further from the truth. This client had three timeshares with three different developers. The 1st timeshare contract was terminated after the client chose to pay a settlement so they could move forward with a refinance of their home. This was the clients choice and was totally outside of the work that had already been done on their case. We specifically state in our Service Agreement that if a client chooses to pay a settlement outside of our work on the case, they understand that we have still done our work and their choice to pay any settlement does not negate any work we have done. Also, this client subsequently informed us that they changed their mind and decided to keep the 2nd timeshare. This was again the clients decision, and that decision was made after work had already been done on their case by both Seaside and the attorney . The 3rd timeshare termination is still in process. Additionally, the client failed to mention that we made a special payment arrangement with them which allowed them to pay over 75% of their fee at the end of the process. These fees are still outstanding and have not been collected by Seaside. We have attempted many times to communicate with this client and we can document them all with dates and times. Even after receiving this complaint, we have attempted to contact this client numerous times with any response.Initial Complaint
