  Seaside Consultants made me feel like I was not alone in this fight. They understood my frustration and respect my lack of knowledge of what time share was. They were so, so patient and so friendly, with answering all my questions regarding the process and explaining in detail step by step what's to come. Their confidence exudes and their compassion in doing the right thing has given me relief, in this financial burden. I highly recommend Seaside Consultants.   It took years. I would call every now and then they would confidently tell me to just be patient. They are working on it. And they were and now I'm free!Don't go alone.

  *****************. Started working with Seaside Consultants to eliminated our timeshare obligations several months ago. Have moved very cautiously but finally agreed to participate in their program. They have been very patient with us giving us the time to investigate and consider their proposal and answering all our questions and concerns. All contacts with company have been very prompt and professional. All docs have been submitted and fees paid. Now we'll see and hope for the best. We have had communications with several other timeshare elimination companies over the past few years but Seaside Consultants have been hands down the best in terms of the way they approach the issue and their fee structure.

  ***************This is my story. I had a timeshare with a Narcissistic, Sociopathic, pathological liar of an ex-spouse who was bound and determined to never comply with two divorce court orders. After 13 years of trying everything to get her to comply to include going back to court multiple times I contacted Seaside consultants, and we formulated a plan. All my former spouse needed to do was sign the Seaside documents at no cost to her. Her and her attorney lied, engaged in more dilatory practices (13 yrs. and counting) and even though it was the right and legal thing to do they ignored us and refused to sign while saying they would sign. It's been a game for them for 13 years. It's about control, manipulation and harassment. However, ***** and ******** from Seaside Consultants went to bat for me and worked with me and the courts and with my assigned attorney to remove my spiteful ex-spouse from the process and with the courts permission we moved forward with the timeshare exit. So, from starting in March 2022 and finally ending in December 2022 I was able to get relief from my timeshare and never have to pay for another maintenance fee ever again. This company is legit, and they get things done even in the most difficult circumstances. I had an ex-spouse who was bound and determined that she would not take her name off the timeshare and allow me to get rid of it. It was her intention that I take this timeshare to my grave, but Seaside Consultants came to my rescue and stopped the annual hemorrhage of money and harassment by my ex-spouse that was due to spite, animosity and hate. So, if you have a difficult ex-spouse like I did. This team is the answer. If they worked a miracle for me then they can work, one for you as well. I can't thank the Seaside Consultants Team enough for making this dream a reality of NO MORE TIMESHARE MAINTENANCE PAYMENTS EVER! God Bless. It is greatly appreciated. Respectfully, *******

  The professionalism of this company is so great. I just sign up with the to get me out of my nightmare timeshares mortgage. ******** is very respectful professionally. He'll answer every question.
