  Seaside Consultants are very good at what they do. From the first initial phone call to the final email. Seaside reassured me they won't take a case they can't win. I'm so grateful for their work ethics. I will finally be out of my high priced Time Share with **************** Vacations.

  Do to all the of the money that I have paid this company including the lawyer fee and I still was garnished of my wages and it almost happened again dealing with the Lawfirm which was retained through this company, so here I am over ********* later I am still not out of my timeshare and I've had to retain another lawyer to legally get out of this timeshare. This company started off very promising but had but I ended back at square one.

  We have attempted to reach out to you, and we have not received any response. Previously, Seaside attempted to connect you to a third party attorney to help with your concerns. Our process does at times require additional participation from the clients. We simply cannot proceed in our process if we do not have the correct forms completed and returned to us by the client. We sent you a referral form on Jan 10th, 2023, that needed to be completed to be able to move forward with the new attorney and process. We did not hear back from you until January 18th, 2023, when you then stated that you had found the referral form in your emails. The 3rd party attorney has also reached out to you through phone to connect with you about this matter a couple times, but still has never heard back from you. Currently, we still have not received the referral form back, nor has the third party attorney heard from you about this matter. We stand ready to continue assisting you in the termination process. We cannot, however, proceed until we have the proper documents completed and returned.

  I filed a time share cancellation that was on 2019 and it almost four years now and nothing been done I keep calling leave a message but no response I tried so many times, I dont know what happened to may case Im planning to file a case against the agency.

  We have made numerous attempts to contact this client. We can supply the BBB with records if necessary. We are in agreement with this client that the process is taking longer than either of ** had hoped. Eight months ago, we offered to transfer this client to another law firm (at our expense) to speed up the process, but the client refused. This is definitely the best strategy for this client; however, we cannot transfer the client without their permission and cooperation. We are still attempting to connect with this client daily and are committed to terminating their contract.

  We have attempted to speak to this client about the emails we have been sending her regarding routine check-ins and updates. We double checked the email address with her, she confirmed it was the right email, but twice now she said she was too busy to check and see if they went into a spam folder. Additionally, we explained to her that her legal team had also reached to her to provide updates. They were also unable to reach her. We are prepared to supply the BBB with dates and times of all emails and phone calls if necessary. We will continue to attempt to communicate with this client and hopefully she can find a time when she is not too busy to assist in resolving this matter.

  Very professional, we dont have the end result yet of getting out of our timeshare but we we re w told it takes a while very responsive with answers to questions.
