    They charged my card the same day I canceled my auto renewal. I tried to put in for a credit and they denied it. I will continue to fight to have the charges reversed .

    Same issue as others. I had contacted the company within a week of being charged for a yearly membership renewal. To my shock, my husband had been diagnosed with cancer and I realized that I couldn't afford to keep up with my subscription due to the health insurance bills. Being at the hospital every day, I missed the email about automatic renewal. When I contacted customer service to ask for a refund, my request was denied. This company is most definitely scamming their customers. I would never recommend them to anyone. If there is a class action lawsuit on this scam that others are clearly also suffering from, count me in as well.

    Very similar experience to to other recent complaints. Unwilling to budge on a credit or refund even when you cancel the day it is to renew. **************** is unable to provide any solutions other than to point you to a form to complete. They say their system shows that a renewal email was sent and opened, but will not show you that record.

    I stand by my complaint. **************** is anything but customer friendly. I have asked and have not been supplied with the proof of what records show me receiving and opening the supposed renewal notification. By their own account - I cancelled on the day my membership went through, but that did not matter and I was forced to pay for another year.

    BE WARY BEFORE GIVING YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO TO THIS BUSINESS! They are just pretending to be there to help you, but really they only have regard for your credit card information so they can take your money and run! Like many complaints here, I was just charged for a 12-month prepayment of almost $200 for renewal of my digital subscription without any prior notice or ***** period to opt out. When I requested a refund, or at least a refund for the future 11 months, 4 days after it hit my credit card, my request was quickly denied without consideration. It only seems reasonable that when a prepayment for 12 future months of service processes, and a longstanding customer promptly lets you know that they no longer want the service, an honorable business would do what is right and refund the unused months on the subscription, if not the whole amount. SHAME ON YOU Beachbody, LLC!

    Ive tried to cancel more than once. But there is no record. They charged me with an expired card linked to an address I have not lived at in three years. I just put in an exemption charge, but I doubt Ill get it. If they deny it, I have a couple courses of action and I will be a thorn in their side until my subscription expires.

    Literally exact same story as everyone on here. EXCEPT I knew I wasnt going to use it anymore so I was proactive and canceled it a month before it was supposed to renew. Except it didnt actually end up canceling it. So when I saw the charge I called to complain. They told me they couldnt do anything. They didnt send any emails about renewing etc because I checked. And I also check my spam and junk folders all the time and they were never sent there either. Im beyond irritated with them and dont even bother responding Beach Body unless youre refunding me because you did an investigation saying you sent an email and I can assure you you never did. Because if Id seen it Id have immediately gone to cancel it. The fact that this is your policy says volumes about your business. And the fact that everyone else is complaining about the same thing would indicate we arent the issue. Your trash policy is.

    Like many other complaints on here, I was charged for a renewal without any prior notice. In addition, the fees jumped from $179 to $191.98 with no notice. That was a nice surprise as well. I'm waiting for the class action lawsuit notice. The is not right what they are doing to people. It is bad business.

    I have the same issue as many on here have already noted. I did not receive an email reminder of an automatic renewal, stopped receiving any emails from **** for several months prior to the renewal date, and the only notification I received was from my credit card showing a $179 charge. I canceled my subscription WITHIN HOURS of the charge and notified their customer service yet they denied my request for a refund. I tried via telephone and email to their customer service and both denied me. **** is claiming they sent me a reminder email that I opened one month prior to the renewal date, but I have no record of this, and would've acted upon it and canceled had I received it. I didn't even know they kept my credit card information. Since they took another $179, I am now receiving daily emails to which serve me no purpose because I do not follow the plan and have not followed it for many months. They use their "strict policy agreement" as their mode of defense and even state in their customer service complaint form that they rarely honor an exception to the policy. Clearly this is a company in need of funds or they would not treat people like this. AVOID!

    As everyone else has noted, there is an obvious pattern on the Beach body. They say they sent me an email saying my renewal was up, but I never received anything. I am sure they will come back and say you opened it the same day or on this day as they responded to the other messages, but again, I never received anything. Honestly, I do not even recall setting it up for auto-renewal. The email they "say" was sent was labeled Subject Line: Your next year of results with BODi So, conniving; why wouldn't you say your auto-renewal is coming up? This company was good at one point but has now doubled its price and is stealing from its customers. It has to resort to a " no refund" policy because it steals!

    Been paying for 4 years after I cancelled because the email I used was an old work email. My fault, total accountability taken... HOWEVER I noticed a charge 2 DAYS AGO so I call them when I realize the HORROR and they deny my refund for a PREPAID full year of $179 because it is an AUTO RENEW and not a new membership... WHAT?! They can see that I cancelled my membership as well as shakes in June of 2020 and they can see I have NEVER logged in to this account or watched one single video since then, but still refuse to refund.. DO NOT buy from this ************.
