1 starAs I scroll the reviews they are all the same. **** should reconsider their policy and take this as feedback that their customer service support *****. You cannot even call them as the number doesnt even work and out of service. You are charging customers a very large sum and there should be some leeway for partial refund. Obviously your company is still in business off of the charges from customers that you ripped off. Change the title of your email instead of being sneaky have the title say your annual renewal. This is very upsetting and you are losing future customers of returning. What a horrible subscriptionBeachbody, LLC

1 starReading through these other reviews tells the kind of company that Beachbody is. They focus on the letter of law, throwing terms and conditions at you, making it your fault they continue to bill you. Not only that, but the annual fee also increased almost 100%. And the annual renewal? A week ago - right before Christmas. $190 something dollars withdrawn unexpectedly from my account. My kids father passed away this month, it's Christmas.... but I should have read the contract. This company has no sympathy and is heartless. Think twice about any kind of subscription with them. 1 starTerrible company! No longer the company it once was. DO NOT sign up for their annual online subscription.I was charged $188 on 11/29/24. Called today to cancel the membership I have not used in years only to be told i didn't cancel before the renewal and so they won't give me a refund for the upcoming yearly membership. I will not and have not used their services yet they won't give a refund. This use to be one of the best platforms around and now they treat their customers like c*** Do not give them your money. I was not able to cancel my membership because my account was not showing an active membership but **** still charged my expired credit card for 6 more months. I put in a request to appeal it but it was denied. Absolutely ridiculous that they already cost more than anyone else, but also have terrible customer service.Beachbody, LLC

I completely understand the rules. However, because of a glitch on my account that ********************** agreed was their error and had to fix it, there was no membership or trial showing. It did not show that I had anything to cancel in the 14 day trial so I was unable to opt out before the trial was over. Obviously a convenient mistake because then I was charged for a 6 month membership even though my account wasnt showing that I had any active membership. After speaking to someone at corporate, they admitted this was an error on beach bodis end, but still would not refund me for a membership that I did not want. Its unethical to advertise a free trial when youre going to charge for the membership no matter what.DS

1 starI think its a scam for them to get you to pay the expensive membership. It more then a price of a membership at a gym. I cant use the screen without a membership why is that. I cant see my workout info without paying for a membership at less on a regular stationary bike you are able to see your information. This was a waste of money I would love to get a refund. Dont purchase unless you ready to pay for the expensive membership its not worth it. Im on a fix my income I cant afford this expensive membership.Beachbody, LLC

1 starI've been a Beachbody/**** partner for over 12 years. On October 12, 2024, I canceled my partnership, believing I had terminated all associated subscriptions. However, on November 19, 2024, I discovered an unauthorized charge of $194.39 to my bank account.I immediately contacted Beachbody customer service, but they refused to provide a refund or cancel the service. I went back through 26 emails I received from Bodi in October and I found one that said, "Your next year of results with ****". Though the email starts off about 'Healthesteem', I was to scroll down to the footer of the email and see the reminder about the auto-renewal. I did not scroll to the very bottom and see this reminder.This situation demonstrates a lack of transparency and poor communication from Beachbody/Bodi. As a long-term partner, I expected better treatment. The company's refusal to refund the unauthorized charge and their unclear cancellation process is unethical and potentially deceptive.I am seeking a full refund of the $194.39 charge as I have cancelled all other subscriptions. Why is it legal for Beachbody/Bodi to charge customers for a service they have explicitly asked to cancel, especially when the cancellation was made within five days of the credit card charge.Beachbody, LLC

1 starMy **** membership renewed March 2024. I never received a reminder email and the renewal rate was more than double what I paid the previous year. I was unable to cancel, so I just sucked it up and asked them to turn off auto-renew. November 2024 I receive a $99 early renewal offer with a promo code. I decide $99 was a good rate and Id take advantage of it. The confirmation email then shows a charge of $203 (179+tax) although the disclaimer at the bottom states Ill be charged $99 now and the renewal will commence on my expiration date in March. I contact ****, fill out a policy exception form, even though this wasnt an exception, just an error with their billing. They approve the request, but only refund me $80. The refund should have been $90.76. They did not take the tax they charged me into account. When I contacted them again they refused to refund the tax. Its only $10, but its the principle. They charged me incorrectly and then did not rectify correctly. The amount of time I spent on the phone is ridiculous. I will NEVER renew at any cost.Beachbody, LLC

1 starI'm experiencing the same issue many others have reported with Beachbody. Their terms and conditions, which the company sets, dont allow for a refund on renewalseven within 5 days of the charge. This isnt standard practice for the majority online subscriptions Despite numerous complaints, Beachbody has chosen not to address or modify these terms. In fact, there have been 640 complaints in the past three years, with 391 in just the last 12 months with most being around this.Beachbody, LLC

1 starI cancelled my account the same day as the renewal and a refund was denied by Beachbody. I explained that I never received an email regarding renewal as they inquired if I did. They said it was noted, but there would be no reversal of charges. This company consistently scams customers as evidence by the numerous complaints regarding the same issue. Clearly everyone is not wrong. This is poor business practice. I would highly discourage anyone from using any of their products as they do not honor their part of anything.Beachbody, LLC
