    Signed up for the 50% yearly membership (the math doesnt add up. ****** down to 140) but I did it. Three weeks later the app isnt loading right. When I go to update it, the membership is somehow cancelled and now the 50% off offer is no longer available (according to the customer service rep there is nothing they can do since the membership was cancelled). Might make sense if this was the case seems like this new BODi is nothing but a scam. Best part is the 50% off is still being advertised all over social media but when you click it it says 14 day free trial. They need to be held accountable for this false advertising .

    This company is a sham and has horrible customer service!! Read these reviews as we all have similar complaints. I had the same experience with a non documented auto-renewal. Thing is I subscribed to beachbody on my tv and somehow allegedly agreed to auto-renew this account. ********************** then continues to annually renew your membership with no notice to you at all which seems very suspicious. Beachbody then increases the auto renewal without your knowledge or agreement. They stand by trying to claim they sent out auto-renewal notice email and notice of price increase 35 days prior to your renewal but yet they are unable to provide me proof that email was sent to me or even a copy of this said email when I requested it. Read all these reviews no way did ALL these people also just miss this mysterious email. I noticed the charge when reviewing my cc statement 5 days post charge and immediately searched my emails and there was nothing from BODI or beachbody. I also tried to log in to my account on the tv to see if someone in my house had subscribed by accident but I had no account access and was told I needed to renew for access. At that point I reported this charge as fraud and cancelled my cc. Yesterday I received notice from my cc company that beachbody says I have an active membership to my surprise. A membership to what, I'd love to know since I have no account access. It just seems so odd that I have so many marketing emails from beachbody but not one email from them regarding my membership, renewals or price changes. So who wants to join me in a class action because this is predatory to say the least?!?!

    Upon reviewing your account, we have confirmed that on June 16, 2020, you enrolled into an annual Beachbody On Demand membership. When you enrolled into Beachbody on Demand, you checked the box to accept the Terms and Conditions. Within those terms you agreed to automatic renewals which required you to cancel the membership to prevent future charges and eliminate access. Like all memberships that auto-renew, you will continue to receive access and be billed regardless of usage until you take the action to cancel.

    We communicated via email 35-days prior to your renewal that BOD was being discontinued and replaced with our brand-new product called BODi. Per the email notification, our new platform BODi maintains the terms & conditions that you opted into at purchase.
    Our system shows that we sent you an email about the upgrade on May 12, 2023. Within the BODi upgrade email it mentions the new pricing and date of the next scheduled renewal.

    Your annual BODi membership renewed on June 16, 2023. Your membership for BODi has been cancelled as of September 5, 2023. As a result,you will no longer receive any additional charges. You will continue to have access until June 16, 2024.

    8/18/23 saw an ad that said save 50 percent plus twenty percent on bodi. Billed today at ******. Renewed annually for ******. I was a Beachbody customer for years and cancelled when bodi was offered for ******. ****** times .5 is ****. Twenty percent of **** is *****. I spoke to a team leader that gave me the following information even after I sent her pictures of the ads showing both Beachbody and bodi were under Beachbody.com. The team leader (asked for manager) told me 3/23/23 is when Beachbody changed to bodi with the accompanying price increase from ***** to ******. She and all I spoke to tried to hard sell me. Their math does not add up and in my opinion, its false advertising. The team lead said the only help she could give me was 10 percent off ******, really oh, I should pay ****** instead of the ****** billed today??? I requested the ad be honored and I be charged ***** for the year as the ad specified. She again offered me 10 percent of ******. Salespeople and team lead came up with several reasons for the ****** charge being 50 percent plus 20 percent but all were incorrect. They tried to say the real value of bodi is that its upgraded from basic. I want only basic. They tried to say its a ****** value. Thats their price gouging price for shakeology bundle and math still doesnt add up??????. They kept saying my ad was old but its the current ad??. Guess they think consumers are stupid and or easily bullied into believing bull c*** When I left Beachbody, I joined asana rebel and its amazing. I still use my insanity, insanity *** 39, piyo and t25 workouts. ********** rebel. I joined for 50 percent off. Yes, the math adds up. 72 times .5 is 36.

    Automatic renewal at an almost 200% price increase without any kind of notification about price increase is absolutely insane. I tried to cancel within the 30 day limit, but was repeatedly told my password was incorrect, when I tried to use the forgot my password option, I just never received any sort of email in response. You cannot contact customer service without logging into your account, so I was just stuck. I opened a dispute with my bank, which was denied, then magically, after the 30 days, I was able to log in and cancel. Immediately lost all access to the programs, but never received any sort of refund. After talking with customer service, I was informed since I canceled after 30 days, I was not eligible for a refund. Scummy and predatory.

    As many they get you to sign up for several products that all have auto renewal I thought that I had canceled them all. As I did not for It seems I missed the cancellation for digital product. Go to speak with service team Very cold in response and strict in policy that they say is generous. they will do 30 day return on products. I have auto renewal for a digital product that is for a year. There is no discussion wont even prorate for a digital service. Let I remind you it is a digital service that I am not using and they allow you to cancel and just seal your money. My timing with my credit card is unfortunate and hit just now and I just got the statement. I anm over the 30 realizing I got charged. No is the answer and it is quite arrogant in response .. no customer service no thank you for using no empathy just No. This is the term and you can **** it up. I would not sign up or recommend anyone to sign up there are lots of programs out there and do not get caught up with unkind people who tell you tough luck and feel fine stealing your money for a digital product. Just say no.

    Disclaimer: the one star is for my recent experience with Bodi not the programs. I am here to speak up about what I feel is an injustice and bad business practice. I purchased 21 Day Fix back in 2017 and have loved the program. History: I have faithfully used 21 Day Fix before and after 2 pregnancies. I was not interested in the rebranding to Bodi due to the increase in price. I purposefully did not renew my subscription. I thought maybe at a later date I would revisit the program. Issue: However, they secretly enrolled me into a free trial then charged me $94 renewal. I was not financially ready for that. I was refunded my money but feel scammed especially since I no longer have access to products I previously purchased! Even if I could find my dusty dvds, after 2 moves, I would need to find an antiquated dvd player. Sadly I did not take advantage of the free 3 month trial bc I was not ready to learn a new application and Could not justify the price increase. This is a great loss to The original and LOYAL beach body members! Solution: give us limited access so that we can digitally access programs we already paid for.

    I canceled my anything I had with beachbody back in 8/2020. I recently was going over my credit card charges and noticed I was charged a membership fee from Bodi. I called and filed a ln incident report for nothing. The company got back to me saying that I was sent and email in April 2023 to renew my membership. A membership I never knew I had. Their argument was that I received and email in April notifily me of this renewal and and that I had 35 days to cancel for a full refund. I never open that email (according to them i open that email 8/2/2023) because to my understanding whatever connection i had with this company had ended 8/2020. I found the email I received back in 2020 from beachbody confirming my cancelation and sent it as proof of my cancelation. They are saying to me that email was to cancel shskology not a membership. I called again and they are not helping at all. This is not acceptable. I feel like this bodi company is taking advantage of people that once were faithful to beachbody because we were looking to get a product that would help with our health. This not acceptable and I want my money back. Things are hard these days and you can't take advantage of people like that. That is disgusting

    I am a paying customer through a Coach for several years. When the company went public I could no longer access the programs on my ********* I dont understand why because the company said nothing changed but thats not true. I contacted the company and they stated, you have a ******** and its not secure and you will need to have access ROKU, or on an APPLE TV. I am paying for a service I cannot access and BODI )Beachbody) cannot provide a reasonable solution to this issue without an added expense to **** am very dissatisfied with BODI and seeking full refund from the date the new program took affect.

    Since October, beachbody, now Bodi, has taken four payments out of my account that they were not authorized to take and I have canceled my subscriptions and account with them numerous times. In September I paused my shakeology subscription and the payment was still taken in October. At this point I cancelled all my subs/accounts with them. In November they pulled money out of my account again for the **********************- this time for the full price because all they canceled in October was my being a coach. When I told them this was the second time in a month they did this, they agreed to refund me then as long as I sent the shakeology back within 30 days- which I sent back out that next day. 30 days later they pull that money from my account again- when I called they accused me of not fulfilling my part of the agreement by not sending it back- when I told them I sent it back the next day they checked and sure enough, they had revived it weeks before this phone call and never put it in their system that they had revived it. Fast forward to this week and I see they took another $179.99 out of my account- again for a subscription I canceled months ago. They have since issued a refund. All 4 times theyve put my account in the negative and just dont seem to care that they continuously do this. Its extremely frsutersting and absolutely not okay to continue to take peoples money after they have canceled with you.

    I was charged for a renewal that I never authorized. I asked for a credit for the charge I never authorized and was told it was past 30 days. I called immediately when I got my credit card statement. I never received an email about the charge. Beware, once youre on their list you can never cancel and youll be bombarded with spam sales emails.
