1 starThieves and liars!Beachbody will do anything they can to take advantage of their customers. Their service has gone downhill (only their original 'BOD' programs actually stream reliably, all of their BODi options glitch and re-start themselves mid program. Oh, and if you actually want new material, you have to spend more money to purchase!The icing on the cake is there lack of notification for their subscriptions. They just charge and ship. Even worse, in this latest instance, they charged an annual membership without any notice of upcoming auto-renewal. I cancelled the same day (within hours), and even though the cancellation documents indicated there was a 30 day money back guarantee, I was told from a customer service rep that doesn't apply to me since I'm an existing customer. They sent me a claim form with a disclaimer that the likelihood of my claim being approved/me getting a refund is very low. How disgusting.Beachbody, LLC

Your package included a monthly Shakeology Barista Vegan subscription and an annual BOD+BODi membership. When you placed the order,you checked the box to accept the Terms and Conditions. Within those terms you agreed to automatic renewals and monthly shipments, which required you to cancel the membership or subscription to prevent future charges and eliminate access. On January 20, 2023, you cancelled your monthly Shakeology Barista Vegan subscription, online via self-service. Your annual BOD+BODi membership remained active due to no prior cancellation requests received. On October 4, 2023, you purchased the 4 Weeks Of Everybody Super Block program. On November 7, 2023, you purchased the Muscle ***** Fat Super Block program. On December 5, 2023, you purchased the ***** More Super Block program.To purchase or earn the Super Block, you must have an active BODi membership at the time you buy it or make the qualifying purchase or renewal to earn it. For continued access, you must have an active BODi membership.
On January 2, ****, your annual BOD+BODi membership renewed. Our records show that the ******** prebill email was sent to your email address on file on December 1, 2023. At the time you had the ability to manage your membership prior to the renewal date. Your annual BOD+BODi membership was cancelled on January 2, ****. You will continue to have access until January 2, 2025.

1 starI filed a request to have my money refunded since I canceled my account in may of 2023, but cannot find the email to prove it. Since beachbody is no more and its now BODi I think there should be a little more room for request. I was told that since Im out of my 30 days I cant get refunded. I signed an agreement with BEACHBODY not BODi. The name was changed there for our agreement should be voided. Im discussed with customer service! If I cancel any thought it went through why would I think that I would be getting charged again. I had a baby and was not expecting to have to pay this bill. Such a rip off!Beachbody, LLC

1 starBeachbody and Bodi customer service is horrible and the company wont do anything to help and retain their current and loyal customers. My annual Bodi membership renewed on Sept 17, 2023 for $179 and then a few weeks later, **** comes up with a plan of $360 for 3 years. Thats a deal because you get an additional year free. I called customer service to see if I can do the 3 year plan and just prorate or credit what I paid for and then I would pay the additional amount so that I can take advantage of the 3 year membership and they said no because I am outside of the cancellation window. This is absolutely not fair and inequitable if you ask me. Bodi should allow current members to take advantage of this offer and this is bad practice for the company. Another incident is that I ordered a sweater for my birthday to take advantage of the 30% bday coupon they sent me. I ordered a medium and the order came, but the sweater was so small and tight. Even my teenage daughter could not fit it so I think they sent me a defective sweater. I called Bodi customer service to see if they can do an exchange, and they said no. This is absolutely crazy. I didnt want a refund, just an exchange. I said ok, give me a refund but they would not credit the shipping and now I have to go to the post office to mail this back considering I have a medical condition. Why does Bodi/Beachbody make it so impossible to solve problems for their current members. I dont understand. I am on the verge of canceling my membership unless **** does something about it. I lost two of my children in a 15 day time span and one of their sales people reached out to me to use my grief in efforts to sell me their rancid protein powder that doesn't even taste good. 1 starMan, Beachbodys' customer support has just gone down the drain. I've used beachbody on and off, mostly on, for 20ish years now. They used to be outstanding, but I guess times have changed. I purchased the annual membership and started out great but since I had my daughter, I can't workout as intensely as I used to. I have medical issues with my feet and they have been flaring up during my workouts where it's too painful to workout, due to the inflammation the program I was doing caused. I tried some other workouts, but same problem. I can barely do 10 min. I thought, maybe the have a money back guarantee. They did! But I was one week too late. I asked if there was anything they could do, even a partial refund. They wouldn't budge. Firm no. I would get it if I just changed my mind for whatever reason, but it's for a medical reason. I tried, and am physically unable to use it. What a waste of almost $200. As if the company couldn't afford to provide better customer service...Beachbody, LLC

1 starHORRIBLE dishonest company! Decided to charge me $179 instead of the $99 I agreed to in my contract without warning! (NO, like many others, I did NOT get an email) I also canceled my membership prior to the charge but they say they have no record of that. Which is ironic considering I have no record of them telling me they were gonna charge me $179, but thats not a good enough excuse for them to refund me even though thats the same excuse they used. I fought the charge and they sent me a copy of my agreed upon terms which says, I agree to pay the $99 a month until I cancel but says nothing about increasing the charge meaning they broke contract as I never agreed to or received a warning for the ridiculous price increase. 1 starI ordered the accessory kits for Portion Fix and 2B Mindset. The Portion FIx advertises a free digital pdf of 'Lose weight Like Crazy' and i received the link for the digital version as expected and as advertised. The 2B Mindset accessory kit also advertises a free book, 'You Can Drop It'. No where on the website or description does it say the book is a digital pdf, so I was expecting the hardcopy book, which I did not receive with the kit. **************** tells me sorry bout that it is an 'ebook' and they have to request a copy of the link to send to me. Huge fail. I was so excited to move forward with a year subscription and keep my accessory kits - now i'll just return everything and look for another online program. After plus 30 mins in online chat with Beachbody i received a pdf link not an offer to send me the hardcopy book. So disappointed could have been a happy customer!Beachbody, LLC

1 starI found I was being charged for a service I never ordered. the customer service access is horrible. You have to log in to access any type of communication and that is probably because they are trying to scam you as much as possible. 1 starWhen I first started I really enjoyed the program. Life got busy and I hadnt used it in over 9 months. Naturally I forgot about this all together. I got charged for an auto renew and I immediately went in and cancelled. I contacted the chat because I want to make sure I am getting a refund for a charge I was unaware of, luckily I am getting a refund. I asked the chat agent why I was not notified of the charge before hand so I could of cancelled before, they responded with an attitude that I was sent an email 35 days before that I was getting an upgrade (why is it free when you pay for a year already?). I let them know that was not my question and that my question was why I didnt receive an email to notify of the charge. Their only response was that they sent that suggestion to someone. I would never, and will never recommend this company to anyone. I let them know too that their customer service *****. I fully believe that any company should send an email before charging the card, especially so close to when people rents are due. I would leave a zero star, but I couldnt.Beachbody, LLC
