1 starWorst Finance company ever. They told me $328.67 on late fee. They dont give me specifics details but they said I owned. 1 starOMG stay away from their Yamaha financing!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Its an absolute nightmare. Their new payment system and customer service are a train wreck. Impossible to login correctly at the time, ******* was a mess, arguing over trying to make payments. I am current on my account and they destroyed my perfect credit from 783 to 550 because of their mess developing a new payment system. I am filing complaints with BBB, FTC. 1 starWorst Finance company ever. You can setup auto pay which some reason doesn't work than told by rep that it takes 2 manual payments then explain you made 2 manual payments than the rep says it takes affect in 1-3 billing cycles which now tells me another manual payment will need to be made probably until the **** thing is paid off.Yamaha Motor Finance Corporation USA

1 starThe absolute worst finance company on earth. I thought going with the finance company by the manufacturer would have been a good thing but it's been the opposite, at total ********* and nightmare. I have no issues paying any bill but they make it difficult to pay because there was not auto-pay, and then they switched websites and notify customers 1 week before it's shutdown and then the new website does not even allow you to register! There needs to be a class action law suit against Yamaha Finance because this is completely unacceptable! I would never finance with these guys again, ever!Yamaha Motor Finance Corporation USA

1 starIf i could give zero stars i would. Have near perfect credit. Never late on anything. Have these crooks for 4 months and suddenly there are late fees, even tho i have statements from my bank making ach payments 10 days before the due date. Get zero help when you call. They just say we didnt recieve it. Folks its 2022 it doesnt come in the mail. Its instant electronic payments.Yamaha Motor Finance Corporation USA

1 starFirst and foremost DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! In the 2 years that I have had an ATV financed with they they have charged me lates fees 7 or 8 times, none of which were late payments. I have been charged late fees for making my payment too early and they applied it to the principle instead of my next payment and them said i didn't make my payment. I have been charged late fees when they admitted they received my payment on the due date but didn't process it till the next day. The latest one is my payment is due on the 7th, it cleared my bank on the 2nd and they say i never made the payment. I have had to go to my bank and get copies of the checks every time and send them to them to get anything done. This time while arguing with them they told me it is not their job to keep track of our payments or where they go. Isn't that exactly what their job is or am I wrong? I love Yamaha product and have owned everything from street bikes to ATV's to waverunners, Yamaha Finance Corporation is 100% on the hook for my next purchase being a ***** or CanAm.Yamaha Motor Finance Corporation USA

1 starPaid off a pair of jet skis early and there was a $4.08 balance after pay off. I offered to pay with my debit card or send a check and they said they could only accept ACH from a bank. I argued that was ridiculous and they finally agreed to do a "small balance write off" and I'd be good. Six MONTHS later, they randomly take $413.73 (monthly payment) out of my bank account. I called about what happened and they confirmed my skis had been paid off but the $4.08 was still there. The rep confirmed that the write off had been ordered but never applied. Then, told me they couldn't refund b/c it showed they'd taken the money, but my account was paid off and they had nowhere to apply it and then refund it. Again, she confirmed the small balance write was going to be taken care of. This weekend I got a bill in the mail saying I owed, you guessed it, $4.08. I called today and they said I was due to get a refund of $409.50, they had to take their $4.08 and a little interest I assume. I supposedly will get this money within the next 30 days. I felt very little concern anytime I spoke to their rep. I believe there were 3 times they lied to me, and I am shocked a multibillion-dollar company needed my $4 this much. I was assured this wasn't about the $4 and it was just an error. I've done all of the leg work and reaching out, not once have they reached out to me about any resolution. 1 starI was ahead on my payments by 2 whole payments , I was auto pay once a month. One month My account was short and I was charged 39 dollars for insufficient funds so they say which is really a late fee . The next month they only take out the agreed payment and charge me again 39 dollars for not paying the 39 dollars they so call insufficient fund and now they call this 39 dollars a late fee . So now they say I owe Yamaha 79 dollars in late fees . These practices are down right dirty and and false . Yamaha **************** is not customer friendly and they refuse to deduct the 79 dollars in late fees . We are living in hard time where everything went up in price . I try to do the right thing by being ahead with my payments and have auto pay . I see that you cant be a good payee and stopped auto pay . Now Yamaha customer service representative say I am behind and not ahead . Dont do auto pay or do business with Yamaha of *** . This is not American like to s**** your customers. I have called and talked to Yamaha customer service rep names ************* number ***** and stated that I was behind and these charges were warranted. 1 starI have never dealt with anything like this before. Back in June I paid my jet skis off early but an extra payment was taken out. After several calls I was told it would be returned in the order it was received. I have know Idea what that means. As of September I still have not received it and told it should be sent off soon.
