      The worst financing company I have ever dealt with by far. I've been trying to refinance the motorcycle loan I got from them and they refuse to give me my full account number on a ****** payoff quote letter for "security reasons" despite the fact that the credit union I'm working with needs this listed in the payoff quote. Avoid this scam like the plague or you'll get stuck with an exorbitant interest rate and Yamaha Motor Finance will actively try to prevent you from refinancing.

      Thought they were a great trustworthy company to work with. Signing up and getting financing was super easy. Pay close attention to your statements though! I paid 2 of our purchases off in March of 2023 and spoke to 3 different people over the course of 3 days to assure my payment was processed properly, and that our titles were on their way. Well here we are on June 3rd, 2023 and still no titles! We were told it would be 6 wks **** Looked at our statement and discovered they had been charging us for the 2 purchases still! We had thought the payments were going to our 3rd and FINAL purchase. Spoke with Yamaha and they said I need to speak with the title company again on Monday when they are open. I requested they adjust my 2 payments to go to my final purchase and the agent was highly confused about my request. She didn't understand that my payments that were supposed to go directly to one purchase had been split up to 3 and included interest for more than 1 purchase. EXTREMELY unsatisfied and will not be using this company again. Once my final purchase is paid off of course. We have always paid at LEAST $50 over the minimum balance as well.

      TLDR; My check was lost in the mail on an account that has never been late in over 6 years. Account brought current via phone with rep, and set up on autopay. Nearly 2 months after check was mailed it shows up at YFS and they attempt to cash it, even though account is current/on autopay. Charge me a $39.99 fee for the stopped payment check.I would avoid using Yamaha Motor Finance if you can. We financed our boat through them, and I set up with my bank to have a check sent every month (not Yamaha "autopay") since I did not want my checking info on YFS's servers. Everything went great for 6+ years, with the **** delivering the checks on time, until Feb 2023. The check went "missing" in the mail and I did not notice until my next statement showed a past due amount (with a $39.99 fee added). I called YFS and asked them to consider that I had not had an issue in 6+ years and to waive the fee. After some consideration (back office?) they agreed. I reluctantly set up autopay through YFS to prevent **** problems in the future. I called my bank and stopped payment on the check (as advised). Lo and behold, 7 weeks after the check was mailed to YFS, it shows up at YFS, and they attempt to cash it (even though the account was current and set up on autopay) and charged my ANOTHER $39.99 fee for the check not being honored by my bank. I called YFS again, and was told that the "back office" would review my request to have the new fee waived. When I called back a week later the agent (who was friendly/professional) said that my request was denied, as the fee was valid. We went around and around as I tried to plead for someone to actually listen to what I was saying. Was I supposed to just let this check float around the system forever, until someone cashed it? The bottom line is that Yamaha cashed a "lost" check 7 weeks after it was mailed, on an account that was current and set up for autopay. Shameful, this is why people leave companies and take the time to write bad reviews.

      Worst financing experience ever with this company! I made and then canceled a balance transfer to the account and was somehow charged $15 dollars for a returned check, they put a stop payment on my account so I can no longer make online payment. Then they went on to tell me that I cannot pay with a balance transfer. I will have to send a personal check, which they'll take according to the supervisor. Based on the other reviews here. I'm waiting for a class-action lawsuit.

      If I could give this company a 0 I would. My husband financed a raptor 90 through them. We have had nothing but problems. Everything was going good in the beginning they were taking out the payment we set up for each month on the 5th. Then the amount started changing, then they started taking out whatever they wanted whenever they wanted. Fast forward to now, which I have added every payment we have made up and it totaled to having this paid off with extra over like *****$. They are trying to say we have only paid them ***** and we still owe about 2,000$. There were months we would make a huge payment to help pay it off faster. A few months ago my husband requested a copy of every payment we have made and it was like pulling teeth to try to get that!!! Now Im at the point of contacting a lawyer!! This place is a joke!!

      Terrible, put my payment threw a day before due date, today 6 days after I put my payment in I get a email saying I was refunded the payment cause the acount used was closed, I call them sense now my acount it locked, first person hangs up on me finally got ahold of someone else and the acount number used wasnt what I even had on Yamaha financing website. He then tells me I can only pay the balance by money order????? And mail it, what kinda company is this?

      Ive had nothing but problems ever since I have got with them , every month its a difficult headache to try and pay the bill. The log in never works , the call people **** . I love my bike but beginning to think I shouldve went with beta just because the financing part

      Don't use these people!!! The worse finance company I've ever dealt with!! Nothing but problems since I started! Employees are not trained, they don't take out payments on auto pay, and I get a different excuse every time I call them.Finance your product elsewhere!!!

      DO NOT USE THEM!!! Worse finance experience ever! Ive had nothing but issues from them for the 2+ years Ive had this account. My bank automatically sends them a check every month and they cash it every month but they dont always apply it to my account. Ive had to send proof of my payment numerous times even though the checks have been cashed! They have now reported my account as delinquent to the credit bureaus affecting my credit score even though I have never been late on a paymentever! So now I just had to once again send proof that theyve cashed my checks the last 3 months so that I can get a correct pay off amount, pay off this loan and never have to deal with them again. Please for your own sanityDO NOT USE YAMAHA MOTOR FINANCE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

      I had been making a little extra on every payment since I bought my jet ski. In November ************************* I didn't have a payment due until 1/4/23. I still made all of my payments each month and then in December I get a call saying I am late on my payment and that I owed $19.40, but I had made a $200.00 payment on 11/28/22. As it turned out they were changing their system and I could no longer see my past statements. I asked them to please put my statements in the new system so that I would have them. They told me to give them 10 days and they would get them in. This never happened. How can a company totally erase information from another system? I repeatedly tried calling to get it straightened out with no help from any of the many people I spoke to. At one point one of them told me that "I think you should go online and read about how these loans work". I finally gave up and decided just to pay the jet ski off because I couldn't get anywhere with any person there. When trying to pay it off the guy I spoke to kept transposing numbers and I had to keep asking him which numbers were correct. I have never dealt with any company as bad as this one. Not only was the information they were giving me totally incorrect but also they were not helpful at all in trying to resolve this issue. I have not received my title yet and fully expect that to be another fight. Do not use this company! They are not even a one star company.
