      Stay away from Yamaha Finance Corp. Yamaha Finance Corp, has accessed me multiple late charges since they. change their website and financial web site. Prior to the change, I never received a late charge and my payments always went though with no problems. I asset to auto pay the account because I am too busy to pay it manually pay it by phone or voice. I have had associates of Yamaha finance to set up my account and walk me thought setting up the account over 4-6 times, and I still receive late charges. I am so tired of dealing with Yamaha, that I am going to pay the account in full just to keep from paying the extra charges Yamaha Finance has is cheating me out of. Never again will I use Yamaha finance Corp.

      I am having a nightmare with these guys. Had bike two months. Paid on time through autopay, payment didn't go trough and then late charge. Paid over the phone, didn't go through. Have called 5 times and spent a lot of wasted time and issue still not resolved. Just going to payoff with check and call it good. Have never had this kind of experience before. Will never use them again. Love their bikes though...

      Awful company!Yamaha motor finance *** is awful.My motorcycle was totaled by a hit and run car driver that left me with a broken leg. Yamaha motor finance *** received via ****** a full payoff from my insurance company on7Dec23 signed for by one of their employees. I was told Dec 8 that they received the check, and it would post in **** days from date of receipt. On Dec17 it hadnt posted, a full 10 days later. I was told on that day that it would be 14 calendar days before it posted. I asked during the Dec 17, my payment due date, if I needed to make a payment, and I was told it shouldnt be necessary. On Dec21, 14 calendar days later the payment still hadnt posted. I was told they didnt receive the check, and I missed my Dec 17 payment. I called again Dec27, and made a payment as I got a creditor call asking for payment. I was told the late fee was waved because of all the details, and I made a payment with a little extra. I made many calls in December and January, but during a call on January 24 I was told I was 37 days past due, and my credit report would reflect that. I asked if I got credited for my Dec 27 payment, and I was yet told yes, but it was for the previous month. I made my November payment on Nov 10 by the way. My insurance company attempted to issue another check to them on 21 Dec and was refused as it would slow down the process. Finally, they did issue another payment that was signed for at Yamaha finance on 22Jan24. My insurance company informed me on Jan26 that the check cleared over night. It finally posted 2Feb in my account, leaving a negative balance that they will owe me. Meanwhile, Feb4 they issued a letter stating that I owed $0.00 and it was 0 days delinquent, and that my account was delinquent and a negative report would be sent to the credit reporting agencies??? Another hour on the phone, and no explanation given other than, it wont be a negative report. We shall see. I also closed my account. No space left to write the rest

      This financial institution is filled with incompetent employees and NEVER answer the phone. I paid off my side by side, paid over 16K and due to an incompetent employee who erroneously gave me the incorrect payoff amount, they have now sent me to collections for a $300.00 dollar balance and are holding my title hostage. If you buy a Yamaha do NOT use these people to finance it. I will never finance from them again. This is not over for me just reporting them on here. I will do all I can to make this as public as possible and put in an official complaint as well as reach out the news media so that everyone is aware of the fraudulent company this is.

      On a Tuesday afternoon, Yamaha ********* Services doesn't answer their phones. One number simply asks to call back later, other says they are in a meeting, other says they are at lunch. Basically, I paid off my car and dirt bikes off. Ally Auto and ******************** promptly sent the titles, except for Yamaha ********* Services. I can no longer access my paid off account online, no one answers the phone. I need the title. I sense something is wrong with this company. Be aware before you use this company to finance a purchase.

      I called about general information about payments and first off the supervisor I spoke with could not speak English so, it was very difficult to understood her. Then, I further went on asking if I wanted to make ******************************************************************************************** any information, unless I had an account with them. I only wanted general information about payments and could I pay them up for 12 months. The supervisor name was ******** ID#*** she would not supply her last name and Im not sure if thats really her badge ID. Very unprofessional.

      Awful! They have called and we have given them our bank info to setup payments numerous times. That didnt work and then we have asked for paper statements, have received one!! We have asked every time they call!! We mailed a payment to the address they gave us and they still said they didnt get. They are THE only company we ever have had payment issues with. Have asked to speak to someone in charge or the President of the company. So frustrating! Theyre absolutely awful and would never, ever use again!

      Terrible, Stay away. Paid my account in full after about 8 months and they are still trying to charge me interest after the payoff. horrible customer service and no online access once paid off to be able to verify the account was paid in full. never again.

      I regret getting involved with this company. Under the impression we were purchasing an off the road vehicle. Well later they sent a credit card never used, no intention on using it. Just put it away. Years later after checking the balanced owed, called and found out they are charging over $90 per interest on a never used card. Someone told me they did the same thing to a person they knew and that was 10 yrs ago. That is a ridiculous charge. I've talked a couple of times to them but to no avail. They just keep giving a nothing excuse about why they are charging such an erroneous amount. I will never deal with this company again and will not recommend them to anyone either. If I could give them a ZERO I would. Paying on time. They should be ashamed of the interest they charge for interest. I will be so glad when I'm done dealing with this company. In looking at some other reviews my take on the company is spot on.....

      I paid my PWC of early and was waiting for my title to come in. A couple months later I called and let them know that I had not received it. About a month later I get a notarized letter that I needed to bring to DPS to file for a title (apparently for a lost title). I called back and said I wanted the original title and didn't want to file to get another one. The person on the phone stated that is how they do it. I have purchased many things in my life and have always gotten the original title. Nothing worse than being lied to. I will never own another Yamaha product again. Considering I have talked a few people into buying one. I will now talk people out of it.
