1 starAbsolutely atrocious service!! Download speeds of **** megabits per second. I can't even browse the web with those speeds. Contacted so-called customer service. The agent gave me a whole bunch of steps and commands to reset the data settings which did absolutely nothing!!!!! One agent wanted me to pull the *** card out, sure because I always have the little pin on me to do that and I'd love to disassemble the case to get at that. I ended up doing that, again It did nothing at all!!! All the agent kept saying was 'No worries'. I'd like to get a refund for all of the money I spent and for the disservice of this F rated company.Mint Mobile

3 starsThis is a mixed review as I am largely satisfied, with one exception. I signed up for 3 phone lines, which were to be transferred from my carrier to Mint. Please bear in mind, I checked with 2 different Mint agents to determine that all of my phones were compatible with their network. We received 3 SIM cards, and the first 2 phones transferred to their network, but the third phone would not get a signal. To make a VERY long story short, after 6-8 hours on the phone with their techs, during which they (multiple techs and a supervisor) assured me that my phone WAS compatible, they finally said your phone IS compatible, but not all functionality is available to you. (You mean like actually calling and sending/receiving texts????) They said there was nothing they could do, and that I'd have to get another device.This left me with a non-working phone, since I had already cancelled my current carrier. In other words, I was worse off (with that phone) than when I started. I went from having a working phone to having non-working phone.I offered what I considered a very reasonable solution. Give me $30 on my account which will allow me to buy a very basic burner phone to replace the phone they left non-working, because on the third line, that's all we really need. They said "no."I asked them to refund the money on the non-working line, and they cancelled out my entire account. Never having explained that if they cancelled one line, they "could not" avoid cancelling all three lines.I go and try and make a phone call, and lo and behold, my entire service is cancelled. I spent ANOTHER 2 hours with a tech to get my account restored and working.As I said, my experience has generally be positive, and the price is great. My advice is to just be cautious, just because Mint tells you your phone is compatible, it just isn't necessarily so.Mint Mobile

1 starBEWARE! this company is NOT ********. theyre scammers! as i was told by a series of representatives and "supervisors" that give fake american names, they dont even have a corporate office in *******. they also claim they dont have a legal department nor a customer relations department, which i find it to be mind blowing. i got a fraudulent charge i did not authorize and they did not care nor take any action. they simply STOLE my money and so easily. they only said they "were sorry" while laughing! their "customer service" is in third world countries, not in *******. they cant even speak english! is a joke! i asked to speak with a supervisor expecting they would take me seriosuly and take proper action and it was nothing but more mediocre and disrespectful service. they were impossible to be understood in whatever language they were talking and they claimed it was english. i attempted to speak with someone who spoke english and all i got were unprofessional people from mexico and the phillipines. it was so frustrating to understand them and to be understood. i tried searching for the info registered on here and when i called the number posted here is some computer generated actors voice with a joke saying he doesnt own the company anymore and to go get a shake at a fast food. how are they allowed to get away with this? who owns this company that gets to steal from ********* so easily? how is it okay with the BBB they claim this is an american company when is not and theres no one reputable to talk to about fraudulent charges? how do they get away with this and no american authorility gets involved? why doesnt the BBB do anything to protect ********* from this kind of fraud?04.07.2023Mint Mobile

1 starWORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! My account had 2 part verification. The password hasn't worked for a while now. As long as the phone worked, I didn't care. A week ago, the phone stopped connecting to the network. Apparently, my account was locked where the CSRs couldn't see it. I asked them to unlock it REPEATEDLY. At least twice, I provided my name, address, phone number, email, and 5 numbers from my call log to verify who I am. Several times, they said they'd send me an email to verify my identity, but I never received one. ONE PERSON was able to access my account and he sent me a new sim card. The account was then re-locked and they kept telling me to wait 24 hours for a verification email. I dealt with this for an entire week with no phone and no way to transfer my number before they fixed it.Mint Mobile

1 starMint mobile was the worse experience I ever had. I ordered 4 sim cards to start my service and I did receive them rather quickly and three sim cards worked perfectly. However, my sim card never worked and they told me my previous carrier locked my phone so I went crazy trying to get them to unlock my phone. It turns out my phone was not locked, it was my Mint sim card. So I called Mint and they wouldn't send another sim card because I couldn't find my original order number. I spoke to 18 people and each time I was put on hold for an hour. I was out of my mind. Finally I found someone who said they would mail it and it never came. I called and another person said they mailed it and it never came. I was crying all the time. I was going crazy. Finally we got them to give me a confirmation number and it came after three weeks. A day before they sim card I switched back but they wouldn't give me the account number and transfer pin. They asked what were the 3 last phone numbers I called. I said I couldn't call because I hadn't had service in three weeks. So they said they couldn't give me the account number and transfer pin because I wouldn't tell them the last three phone numbers. I thought I was going mental. I had to go to T Mobile, crying and they finally got them to give it to me. Needless to say, I feel like it took years off my life. It was the worse 3 weeks of my life.Mint Mobile

1 starIn 2020, I signed up for the "Unlimited Everything" plan and received the corresponding service. Since then, I have been paying for the plan on a yearly basis, and last year, I discovered that Mint Mobile had changed my plan without notifying me. I foundout that I could not continue with my original plan, the company did not comply, and instead started advertising a different plan as "Unlimited" that has major limitations on data usage, However, my main issue is that since May 2022, I have not had any SMS and internet service. I use this number for my business, I am not receiving messages from my clients and my work is suffering. I have been in touch with Mint Mobile's customer service representatives regularly, but, they have not been able to resolve the issue. Despite their polite and promising attitude, the problem persists, and it is affecting my business as this is the only phone I use.After numerous attempts to fix the problem, Mint Mobile opened a ticket with T-Mobile, as they claim that they have tried everything on their end, including providing me with a new SIM card and I purchased a new phone. However, their manager recently informed me that I had used all of my "unlimited" data, which contradicts their claim of offering unlimited everything -a plan I originally signed upfor.Furthermore, I have requested a refund of the money I paid upfront for another year and for service I did not receive since May 2022, but Mint Mobile manager has refused to refund my money. She stated that I had 7 days to cancel it..but, they are charging me for the service they are not providing. I want a plan I paid for and service that works, otherwiseI want my money back.Mint Mobile's recent claim that I have used up all of my "unlimited" data is particularly troubling as it raises questions about their false advertising. It is unacceptable for a company to advertise something as unlimited when it is in fact limited, and refuse to refund money for services not providedMint Mobile

1 starMINT ***** Upon registering, they informed me that my phone was compatible with their service.After 3 weeks without service, trying to resolve with agents, mint says, my phone IS NOT COMPATIBLE.They charged me for 3 months (required), When I tried to cancel, they said I had only 1 week to cancel. I HAD NO SERVICE FROM DAY ONE.HOW CAN THEY NOT REFUND AT LEAST A PART OF MY $52.00 ????? STAY AWAY GREEDY SCAMMint Mobile
