1 starI bought a 12 month plan on may 30. Sometimes the call works and most of the time it doesnt. Calls never worked when Im home or in stores to call people. Told them about this several time and they said they did what what they can and it still doesnt work. I referee my husband and son and they also had an ad saying Id I refer people, they will give me a 75 dollar credit/. My husband bought 12 months. My son wanted to try it for 3 months. I never saw any credit they promise. All lies. They wont let me cancel even though they cant get the service to work properly. They wrong me first so Im asking for my money back. All 12 months. Why am I paying for a phone service that dont even work.Mint Mobile

1 starRating: ?????I am deeply disappointed by the abysmal customer service provided by ******************. Despite my numerous attempts to contact their support team via phone and chat, I have received absolutely no response. This lack of communication has left me without access to crucial account information (account number and PIN), needed for porting out my service.I have wasted countless hours waiting on hold, hoping for a resolution, but it seems that Mint Mobile's customer service is simply nonexistent. The complete disregard for their customers' needs is both frustrating and disheartening. As a paying customer, I expect to receive timely and efficient assistance, but instead, I have been met with silence and utter frustration.The failure to provide me with my account number and PIN has caused significant inconvenience and hindrance in managing my account effectively. It is truly disappointing to experience such a lack of professionalism and responsiveness from a company that prides itself on its services.I sincerely hope that Mint Mobile takes this review seriously and addresses the glaring issues with their customer service. I urge them to prioritize their customers' needs and provide the support they promise. 1 starHorrible! Really wanted this to work. Followed all first steps to confirm our area is a covered area. Allegedly, we have "excellent coverage". Actuality, calls barely go through and then drop if they even connect. Was repeatedly told that there is a tower issue and that that is why such poor service connectivity. I checked often with tech support & told that it's progressing. After DAYS and 6 to 8 hours a pop of troubleshooting with techs and support on the phone, via chat or call (which often dropped), just couldn't go on with Mint any more. Even the technician over phone said a refund should be issued to us for the unnecessary issues we received and patience we exemplified. So they submitted everything, and then we receive this email!!! Ughhhh! Mint Mobile is H-O-R-R-I-B-L-E!!!! Their service coverage tester is clearly providing inaccurate results as well, probably says "excellent" for everyone. Further don't understand why we're told a refund is reasonable and next step by representative on phone, then receive this via email. This is criminal (false narratives and comfortable accepting hundreds prepaid being that coverage is knowingly poor. Asiago taking people they'll get their refund and then not. ) so now reported to the BBB!Mint Mobile

1 starThis company is completely lacking in customer service. I have been on hold for two hours trying to get my *** and no one ever answers. They told me that my phone was compatible and sent me sim card after sim card, which was annoying enough, but I never got my phone to work. I should have looked at their reviews before trying their offer. They sent me a sim card that worked but it was a free trial and only worked for one week. Despicable, if I don't get the *** I am out $200.Mint Mobile

1 starI sat on the phone with them 4 four hours trying to get my account set up and phone lines transferred. I had to cancel the first transaction because the wrong phone program pulled in online from the family program. Then I had to order the plan again, never received confirmation number, sat on the line for 2 hours only to be hung up on by mint. No call back. When I called back they tried to activate the *** card for the account that was cancelled. And when I had to keep explaining what had happened the agent told me to calm down. I hung up on him at that point. My card had been charged with no confirm ID. I had received an email from my creditor. I called multiple times, sat on hold for 20 minutes each time because they put my number in an escalation queue. Was told I would be called back. Never got a call back. When I called, they were closed. Worst customer service, chalk it up there to a home warranty service. They are there to take your money, but nothing elseMint Mobile

1 starI purchased a one-year plan with Mint Mobile in April 2023, intending to start using it from May 2023 onwards. However, when I attempted to port my old number to Mint Mobile, I discovered that it was not possible because my previous provider offered month-to-month service. Consequently, I extended my service with the old provider for one more month as per their suggestion. After waiting for an additional month, I activated my Mint Mobile service on June 1st, 2023. However, Mint Mobile now claims that I am in the second month of my one-year service, even though I have not used it at all. I contacted Mint Mobile regarding this issue, and initially, they mentioned they could reimburse me with credits. However, they later informed me that they will not be providing any reimbursement. Therefore, I would like to know if I can either receive a credit refund or if my service can be adjusted to start from June 1st, 2023. Please advise.Mint Mobile

2 starsBoth me and my wife have mint mobile. Its been good till we tried to add a business line and its been nothing but a headache. To start and in fairness we ported a number in that too a while to be ported in. It was stated that it would take some time before we did it. So no issue there. The issue starts with the *** card. Received the *** card and set up the account to port the number in. Waited the time for it process but when it was completed I installed the sim into a phone that already has mint mobile on it. Phone registered NO ***. So I called the company about it and spent 3 1/2 hours on the phone trouble shooting the issue. Faulty *** card. Tried the *** in multiple phone with the same result. So the agent said that they would send me another *** card. Waited 4 days with no *** card received. Started a chat with an agent and after about a 1/2 hour he tells me that it was never shipped due to not having a payment method on the account. The only way to set that up is if I have a working *** card to get a verification code to log into the account. And the agent never said anything about needing a payment method for a replacement ***. Was told over chat due to security reasons I would have to call in to supply the information. Called back was put on hold while being transferred to the payment **** and was hung up on. Called back again and was finally put thru to the **** and set that up. Then they tell me that I have to talk to another **** to process the replacement ***. And again I had to supply all the same information that I have been supplying about my phone and was put on hold again. I guess she was doing something to get the replacement. I dont know. All I know is she put me on indefinite hold as the time slipped past 9 pm my time 7 pm PST. So I was disconnected yet again. So now. I have to pay for a *** card that was faulty from the get go. Spent 5+ hours on the phone with them and I have yet to get any confirmation that my replacement *** was issued.Mint Mobile

1 starAfter paying for a couple of short term contracts with Mint, I paid for a year of service. Maybe 2 months later, I had no service. No phone, text or internet. I have home Internet with a different company so was able to contact friends and found my neighbors were also having problems with TMobile, which had recently bought out Mint. The next day the texting slowly came back but was still dropping calls or reception was so bad no one could hear me. I need my phone for work. On about the 3rd or 4th day I couldn't take anymore time off from work so I sat on the phone with "Mint Support", using my wifi calling, FOR SIX HOURS. That's when I found out they don't have tech support. They also don't give refunds despite not giving the service I paid for. I was told by the support team manager that someone from their tech support **** would be notified of this issue and I was given a ticket # ( I was prohibited from contacting this person or even given a name, so I can only assume they don't exist). The next day I drove 30 mins away from my home and found my service to be working so apparently, at least on that day, the problem was in the area where I live. It's maybe 2 weeks later now and my service is working at home again but I lost several days of work because of Mint I am not happy with the company, their No Refunds policy or that their reps have no training in tech. I wish I had seen all the complaints here before trusting this company.Mint Mobile

1 starIve had SOS only since 6/7/23. Contacted mint mobile customer service and tried everything they said and still nothing. Im confused because the first two months worked perfectly fine with no problems, i even went to a different state and it worked great. Its seriously annoying to be paying for unlimited service and to receive nothing in return. Been reading up on this issue and it seems a lot of people have been in a similar situation and mint mobile has basically thrown them to the wolves. i would really hate to have to switch back to T-MobileMint Mobile

2 starsSigned up for a three month contract and requested my phone be ported from my previous provider, ( OOMA Business ).~20 tries later, no transfer. Tried online, by phone, from the App. I requested they cancel and they asked me for the first six numbers of my credit card and the last four which i found odd. When I requested they send me an email, it was from a domain that was not mint mobile. Feel like I've been hacked, lol, business in the 21st century.Its stressful and very poor service.Funny thing is, I have another number with them and I never had any problems, its why I signed up with them.Mint Mobile
