    Called two days straight to try and get my account/port out number and was left on hold for over an hour both days. After reading the other comments in here, it seems they purposely keep from giving your account and port out numbers in hopes you'll just keep their service. Cant get my account and port out numbers from this company in order to transfer my old number.

    At the end of June I tried to switch to Mint Mobile from T-mobile. So,bear in mind, I have a degree in Computer Science, and the mobile app says it easy and the promise that. So, 1 of the details says to enter your zip code. So,I do so as I own my house and have been here **************************************************************************** had that zip code on it. Very odd. So, I contacted a live person there. After being on hold for 17 minutes., she did some process and rudely hung up on me. Being frustrated with the whole process I canceled the order went back to my old process and now have to wait for my money to be returned. I will not tolerate the rudeness of people in customer service, after all they are to service the customer

    Ive been trying to contact someone at Mint for 2 weeks now without success. Its impossible to get a hold of someone. I just need my account number and Pin and they are not able to provide it. Im starting to think that they do this on purpose

    I tried to request the refund from canceling the unlimited 12 months plan from the Mint mobile. Due the mistake of their agent, I only got a part of my refund ($181.94). Also, because of the mistake of the agent, the other part of the refund ($141.14+$60 credit) was unable to approve due to the timeframe issue when I asked for the remaining refund. The reason for missing the timeframe is that I was told that the refund process usually took 7-8 days, so I just waited for 7 days to make sure it is processed. When I found the refund amount is incorrect, and unfortunately, it was too late as they argued that the request was out of timeframe. I was told that they don't give the refund for the credit, which is the policy they said. Okay, I accept this explanation, but they need to give me the payment that I made ($141.14). I spent several hours to contact the agents online for several times, but I was told that they can not do anything for me. So this is totally unfair to a customer: I need to pay for the mistake from the mint company side. ?? So very poor experience with the mint mobile.

    I purchased the eSIM setup for Mint while standing in Target. I could not get the eSIM to download correctly. When I contacted customer service they told me I wasn't a ****************** customer that I was a target customer and they couldn't help me. When I contacted Target they said it wasa Mint Mobile purchase and they would not help me. Either way I got no service and no refunds.

    I agree with ******************** They don't deserve a star period. Switched to Mint Mobile and immediately realized there was no service in commercial buildings. Called support "problems in your area", each time I called or chatted it was the first thing said after checking my address. I called numerous times and was told we will fix it, hold on. Sometimes they were supposed to call back and didn't. They always assured my problem was solved. I was at a large hospital receiving an iron infusion and decided to chat on public wifi to see if it could be resolved. After that call I wasn't able to use public WiFi again. I had a severe reaction to the infusion and was transported to another hospital. While in the ambulance I called my daughter because, outside of the building I had service, to make her aware she would have to come to second hospital ER after I was observed for 3 hours and released. At second hospital I still could not use Mint or hospital ************* Hospital found me a phone to use. Unfortunately, the call showed up as area code and 000-____. People don't answer numbers they don't recognize or it is blocked by spam. Called several family and friends with no success. Started redialing repeatedly and some one got tired of it ringing and picked up. I really thought I would have to Uber to the other hospital to pick up my car parked in the 1st hospitals garage. That was the last straw. Be aware there is no Mint Mobile service in commercial buildings unless you can get near an outside window, if there is one near.

    The customer service is awful. I tried contacting Mint last night about porting my number out, meaning I need my account number and PIN. I was put on hold for over an hour. through my fiance's phone. I tried the Fox chat that same night. I was put off to another department for another hour. I gave up for the night since it was 10 p.m. my local time. This morning, I used the Fox chat again. After over two hours, I arranged for Mint to contact another phone number at 7 p.m. ET. to get the account and PIN information. Instead, they called the number at noon, when that number wasn't available for taking calls (fiance at work). I called at 7 p.m. that night and was transferred to other departments three times over an hour, and nothing has been resolved. This is by far the most unhelpful customer service I have ever experienced. I'm unable to call or text on my own phone now. I wish I could give zero stars on here.

    I bought a three-month prepaid package and switched from ******** My phone worked for the first **** days and then it stopped working. It's been eight days, countless hours on chat support and I still don't have service. They won't give me a refund because it's been longer than seven days, but their service doesn't even work.... This has been far the worst experience I have ever had with a company in my entire life. This seems incredibly sketchy and a bait and switch. Incredibly disappointed.

    If only I could give minus stars! I wish I'd looked here first; I wouldn't have engaged with Mint Mobile at all!6-19 bought Pixel 7 Pro w/6 mos prepaid service 5 gigs, & 1 year insurance. $859.28. Dealt w/****. He told me phone would arrive Weds or Thurs **** or ****. It arrived ****. Also told it would come w/charger & hard copy manual by *****. Didn't happen, either. Wouldn't activate because whoever coded this in system coded sim card for a promo I am ineligible for b/c no # to port--this is my first smartphone. Discussed this w/****. We agreed I was ineligible so he said what I ended up buying was phone+ 6 mos prepaid svc + insurance. When couldn't activate the phone I called the help number. I spoke first with *** and when he persisted in saying I bought the plan I wasn't qulaified for despite my telling him that myself at the outset, I asked for a supervisor. He said he was an expert and wouldn't transfer me. Eventually after a bunch more of the same and several long pauses on hold, I asked again for a supervisor. He transferred, after a long wait, to *****, who did essentially the same thing. Both of them talked about refunding me but neither could give me a price or timeline on this. Clearly incompetent, and ***** disconnected me when she supposedly put me on yet another hold. I called again and reached *******, who is the only one of all of them that I thought had any clue. She said there was a unit that could fix this by changing the sim card but they weren't responding to her right now. She said they would respond w/in 24 hours. I gave her my callback number. At that point I'd been more than 2 hours trying to get help. It's more than 24 hours ********** had no response, no phone call, nothing. No response on ******* or ********* either. I need to dispute the charge to my card & return their phone. Would never do business w/this company again.
