    Mint mobile took $239.36 from my account in one day. After many hours on the phone with them I was returned $171.07 and still owes $68.29. Theyre saying that they dont owe me this. I have screen shot of my bank account on that day where Al 5 transactions were made for proof. Since they wouldnt return my money nor provide me service without my paying them more money, I canceled. Then they locked one sim and my cell is marked so we cant have ANY service unless we give them more money and use their service again!!!! HELP!! We both have expensive ******* and now theyre bricked after canceling them! I refuse to go back with them

    Stay away from this company. My service will randomly turn off, and when I try to make a call it gives me a message that my service has expired and I need to renew. When I click to renew it tells me that my service is good for another 7 months. From there I connect with customer service. The first two times I had to turn off my phone and reset my SIM card. This last time, I explained that this was happening too often and I can't randomly not have access to my cellular service, and I requested a refund. They refused my refund request citing the year contract and their terms and conditions. When I signed the terms and conditions I did so trusting that I would be provided with the service I was paying for. Apparently they are good holding me accountable, but not with holding themselves accountable.

    After I decided to purchase and pay for a year of service upfront, my service became horrible! When I called to cancel my service and get a refund for the 9 months remaining I was told it was outside of the refund time frame. Buyer beware! I originally was very satisfied until I no longer could send ot recieve texts and my phone service spent half the time in emergency mode only which is unacceptable. I will also be filing a complaint with the ****

    This company will scam you.Cellular service is passable if you're in the right area. **************** is horrendous and useless. Purchased international roaming credit but the credit was not applied. When I called, they insisted that I had used all the credit unknowingly simply by having my cellular data turned on, which was of course not true. This is an excuse that they have previously used with other customers, as you can read in the other reviews. Avoid this company at all costs. They deserve to burn in h*** for their scamming habits.

    Mint Mobile service isn't good( for me) I've called for : Tech support ( joke) I have had no service several times and can't contact them because I have no service. I had to call from another phone but, to no avail. Each person says they don't see any notes. This could be a movie thriller... Who's got your money? ( not me)I've been told I would receive a refund in 7 to 10 business days ( joke) **************** is not local ( hint) . I want my money back. Mint your no julep...Not happy

    Sold me a used phone as new and a 1 year plan received August 22. Started a return the same day and it took until the 29th to receive a return lable. This is after about 15 calls and being promised a call back every single time. They received the phone and plan back September 1. I waited the 10 business days and no refund. Called Friday the 15th and was told wait 24 hours to verify they had received it and that I would receive a call back Saturday. Wouldn't you believe it, no call back. Today Monday The 18th I'm currently on the phone with a mint manager that is telling me they have received the phone to the warehouse and I need to wait 10 business days for the refund to process. If it takes 10 business days from today that will be a total of 38 days that they have had $593 of my money tied up. That is "If" they actually process my refund".

    I purchased a new phone through Mint Mobile. I was an existing customer with the purchase of the phone I was to receive six months of free service. I received the phone in the mail with an invoice and a friends dont let friends over pay for wireless rescue a friend share kit, absolutely no instructions or information on. What do I do or how do I activate my new phone. I have contacted customer service over a dozen times and they keep hanging up on me. The last woman I talk to said that I was supposed to use the Sim card in the share kit for the seven day trial for myself and then my six month promotion would kick in after that, how am I supposed to know that if no instruction is given to me? I cant get an answer from their worthless customer service without keep getting hung up on. I loved Mint Mobile service. Ive had no issue with it but due to this experience I just want to return the **** phone and go to another carrier I am so over mobile at this point in time.

    I never used their service and requested a ****** refund and Mint Mobile said they could not do this even though I used a Debit Card. If it walks like a duck and sounds like duck then...Mint Mobile stealing from a very ill 67 year old man on SSR is despicable.

    Worst service ever. We were referred by a friend and were told when we called and signed up that the referral was set up. Now 2 months later it's, oh we have no record of it. I spent a month calling customer service over and over trying to resolve why my android phone didn't get data working, to no avail. I finally bought a new phone. Which worked fine after that. But it was a Note 20 Ultra 5G, so should have worked fine. Nope. Anyway, we are canceling and never looking back.
