    First of all, I must just say that Mint mobile customer reps **** all behave like scammers. This company is so unethical. I had a free trial with them until October 2023, then I lost my phone with their sim card. I never thought of renewing with them bc with unlimited data, the date finished so fast and I lost some calls, messages etc, a lot of network issues. However, November 1, 2023, I tried to renew plan, only to reactivate my phone # and get easy data transfer from lost sim card, and because of some app authentication. So I called mint mobile and explained the whole situation, they quickly prompted me to pay for a new contract. The way they did it, I had the impression of being in a scam call. I was desperate to get the information that I need from that sim card that I gave them my debit card info so I processed payment. What's funny here is that 1. they never mentioned that they deactivated the stolen sim card. 2. They never sent me a new sim card before taking my money, everything was done in a rush. So this means that whoever stole my phone could be using it, and even cause damage in my name, including stealing from me. They are not supposed to do that. After taking money for 3-month plan, the customer rep **** now transfers my call to a different person, who tell me that I have to order a new sim card online for additional cost, before I start using the number. I ask her if the old sim card is active, and she said yes! Really? Anyways I just had a second thought and bad feeling about this company immediately and I asked her to cancel everything and refund my money. Not only I had HUGE network issues, dropped calls, lost messages etc, but also, they never told me that they were going out business in December. So I quickly understand why they trying to steal as much as they can. "Steal" yes! Because they told me that they can't refund my money. Until today, I called and emailed them many times over the past weeks. SCAMMERS! Return my hard earned money!

    My friend referred me to Mint and I ordered two lines. They won't give my friend or me credit for the referral because they say I didn't click on the right link I can prove I did by matching screen shots of the referral email to my received orders. I've spent over 34 hours on the phone and in chat with Mint Mobile and I've sent three letters to their corporate headquarters. **************** says I'll get the credit. All I have to do is wait 24 hours. After 24 hours I call again. They said I won't get the credit. I call again and they said I will get the credit. But then I don't get the credit. I go round and round with them and after 34 hours, this is really nuts. There is no doubt I clicked on referral email within hours of receiving it. Their phone service is good. Their prices are good. But their customer service is terrible beyond belief. My friend is owed $90 credit and I am owed $30 credit. I talked to a supervisor today who offered me $10 to go away. $10 after 34 hours of insisting on getting what I was promised? This is incredible.

    Very dishonest advertising, where is the customer protection when you need them? ********************** uses introductory 3 months of low price services to get your hook on much higher renewal fees. Technical support is a joke, I can't get my VM account to work after 2 weeks. Always said they will look into it call you back but never do...

    Swapped to mint mobile as the advertising was promising. Do not judge a book by it's cover. Nothing but a total pain. After 5 hours, that's right, 5 HOURS, on the phone with Mint and Tracfone I finally gave up and asked for a refund. I can only imagine how long and how many phone calls there will be before that happens. If it happens...

    Paid for a year in advance ultimate unlimited plan took 6 months for them to activate a phone their website told me was compatible then they refused to credit me for the 6 months I paid for but had no service. Worst customer service on the planet! Resist the cutesy commercials and find a real company or suffer the consequences

    I signed my family up for mint mobile and it was a disaster. My SIM card didnt work, my service kept cutting out. I had to talk to 5 different people and explain the situation over and over again even though I had a ticket number. They finally agreed to send me a new SIM card but wanted to charge me $10 even though it was their issue. I asked if it could be expedited but was told that was impossible. They said it would take 3 business days.we are going on 6 business days and I have still not received it. I regret ever moving to this service. They are cheap b/c they have horrible customer service.

    loser service. almost 2 years, I requested transfer of my number to att and they cancelled my account. att wont transfer unless it is active. ************ is terrible and they wont refund and there is no point talking to their loser customer service in ***********

    I ordered two sim cards. The order was canceled and I wasn't notified. Customer support started a reorder. I told them i needed overnight. I was ignored. I asked for corporate email and was connected with a supervisor.The supervisor helped me switch to two eSim cards so I could get connected right away.I was sent emails telling me my number was switched successfully. My wife got the same emails. She also received an email with a ** code for her eSIM. I did not.I tried to sign into the Mobile app but my phone cannot send or receive texts or calls because I don't have a sim card now. So, I can't get the confirmation texts for my sign in.I have called customer multiple times and keep getting told that my eSim is activated and my phone should be good to go after a reset. But, I never got a ** code to connect my phone to the network.Finally, I was told that I have to wait for up to 24 hours to get my ** code because my request for my eSIM was still being processed. But my eSIM was already activated. My number was activated. I have an account, but I never got my ** code to connect my phone. My wife got hers immediately and connected her eSIM.I have been told different stories by your staff each time I've called customer support. I've repeatedly requested to just be sent a ** code and I keep getting told it's already activated. Then, I'm told it's still processing and I have to wait. (That was my last call with customer support.)I'm seriously rethinking my membership with Mint. Bad experiences immediately. Ive wasted my entire day dealing with this, while at work!I just want the ** code for my eSIM. Will you PLEASE send me an email with the code so I can connect my phone?! Or, at the very least just tell me what is going on? Just a real life straight answer about my ** code. That's all I need. But, you know, I'd really really really like to just get the ** code sent to me so I CAN CONNECT MY PHONE!Regards,******

    I bought a new phone with a promotion for a 12 month unlimited plan. It did not clarify it wasn't for existing customers. After talking with customer service they said there is nothing they can do to refund for the plan and I'll have to return both phone and plan. The refused to work with me to refund for the plan and just keep the phone saying their systems wouldn't allow it. They acknowledged that it wasn't clear who the promotions deal was for but said they can't do anything about it.

    This is the start of my 2nd year with Mint mobile. The website doesn't process the payment until it clears your bank, soooo because it was still saying on their site that the payment did not go thru I PAID 3 times and all 3 are now being processed with my bank. **************** says I have to call my bank to cancel the additional payments. There is also also a continus delay on the voicemails, I get them late, sometimes a day late sometimes a couple hours, this is a big problem with their service. I do not recommend.
