    The customer service was just people trying to sale mint mobile at any cost. I jumped through hoops to get my account number AND STILL DIDNT GET IT! The *** I talked to said my email was still in the process of being validated yet she accepted it to validate who I was and if the acct is mine! When I asked her about it and told her I got an email saying my email was accepted she said it's still being validated. Total run around and BS. I need my old number but it's not worth it to have to hear lies from the service ***s...service that's funny. My advice, they may be cheaper but the service wasn't that great. This should tell you how the service is, I bought a straight talk phone through ******* and it's better service than Mint. Avoid getting sucked in by cheap prices, you get what you pay for!     I bought a new pixel 9 from them online during the black Friday sale. Everything was going good and I had honestly already been using them for about 4 months no problem but when I got my new phone and everything they would not let me use the 1 year service I paid for! I spent a ton of time on the phone with so called "customer service" and got absolutely nothing worked out! After all that I was just like please refund me for the year of service I bought and they wouldn't! They said it was too late to refund it, it has to be within 7 days of purchase when I'm quite certain it says 7 days of activation! I fr don't care either give me the service I bought or give me my money back! They still have not responded to me, absolutely disgusting! They literally are trying to just steal my money and act like it's my fault.

    Day 4 of trying to transfer to Mint Mobile, and so far has been a complete waste of my time. I mean no rude customer service agents, but it still is not helpful at all that they politely waste my time withought ability to help, AND I AM NOT TRYING TO LEAVE *** TRIED TO JOIN... 5 LINES..!

    Sounds like Mint Mobile is running a scam company now. Thanks **** ******** for supporting this ************ I am having the same problem as loads of other people recently.I ordered a Pixel Pro 8 with 1 year, 20 ********** with a physical sim card and paid extra for overnight shipping as my old phone needed to be ***laced. I received the phone and sim card on Mon, Dec. 9th, downloaded the Mint app and tried to activate it that evening. After multiple attempts I kept getting asked for a phone number and password, which I had not set up yet obviously so could not provide.I called customer service on Tues. Dec. 10th. After an hour I was told the following things:My order number did not ******** tracking number could not be looked up because the ***** site was down. (I opened and looked at my tracking information on ***** while being told this.)Then miraculously they found my info!I was told my sim number had been shipped in error since another customer was already using it.Their solution was to mail me another sim card that I would receive in 3 - 5 business days! I had already paid for express shipping and this was their error so I wanted it ASAP. I suggested they email me an esim and the *** said they would. Problem solved right? Nope...As of Mon I had nothing. I called again and was told there was no history of my contacting anyone at ****. Stupid me to forget to ask for a ticket # and trust they weren't lying to me about the resolution.However they told me they could get me an esim and transferred me to sales, who could not help because the original purchase was part of a bundle. Transferred to another person who spent some time helping and claimed I would have an esim emailed to me by the end of the day. I still have nothing.Another call today gets me an assurance that it is still pending and I will receive it today. I've spent over 3 hours on the phone and still don't have my new phone working yet. So far a crappy, crappy company that lies.

    I would leave Zero stars but that is not an option. I just purchased a new phone from them. NEW and what they sent me seems to be a return as it is set up as a buisiness phone. Everytime i try to activate it , it resets to factory defaults. I tried calling them and they said we cant help you have to go to *******. all i wanted was to return the phone and get a replacement. i have gone to ******* and i have to send hte phone in to them and it may take a couple of weeks to get it back. i tried calling them again and because i have already been dealing witht his for 2 weeks they are now saying no returns since its been past 7 days. Im sorry but i jsut want them to replace my phone. they sent me a faulty product and they are not trying to replace it. and now im stuck witht he phone if i cant get it fixed. since its unlocked i may go ahead and cancel my service with them as well as the other two lines i have and go with another service. i wouldnt go with them if i were you. its not worth the hassle to save a couple dollars. bosst and virgin do the same thing and im sure they have better custoemr service.

    Worst customer service its almost a month Ive been trying to resolve a problem and they keep creating a tickets most times they never call back and when they do I cant understand the voice mail, I had to get a new phone and a new carrier because I am unable to cancel my plan because someone on their end messed up my email address. In order to cancel I need account # and pin which they have to provide via email hence the problem they refuse to fix my email address on their end. I am beyond frustrated with this service

    They never sent my sim card in ************************************************************** 3 calls.They refused refund.They transfer you 3-4 times for each call.They agreed to take my money..but not provide refund It is the most gaslighted condescending customer sevice experience ever....It is just a scam with celebrity endorsement Call reference ******** Orders MT6536791 MT6482178

    Bought something from the end of year sale, a ****** Pixel 9 with 1 year of service for a total of 600 something dollars. Two days later I get an email that my money has been refunded. I talk to customer service. They say the phone ran out of stock and the website hasnt been updated. They help me settle on a ****** pixel 8a with the same 1 year service plan. Won't let me buy it, I assume the same problem.I finally stray from the 1 year plan sale and just order a pixel 8 with 3 months of service. I paid for overnight shipping and got the package 5 days later. I contact my old carrier for the transfer number so I can get set up with Mint. My old carrier is now under thr impression I have cancelled service so now my old phone is barely functional. I download the mint app and do what the instructions say to do so I can set up this physical sim card. App doesn't work. I contact customer service. They say huh, looks like the site is down, try us again in a few hours. I do so. I then get told it's a faulty sim card they sent me, expired. Said to wait again to see if the site would work later. I wait two days.I contact them again. They ended up filing a ticket on my behalf and said they would contact me by phone call, which I had to use my friends phone for, or email. I received neither. They said wait for said method of contact for 4-24hours. I waited almost 48 hours and contact customer service again. This time I say, if this can't be resolved today, I would like a refund for the sim card / service plan. The representative does some digging. Says neither sim card will work, its Mint's fault, and a refund is possible. But only if I also return the phone. They can't just refund me the plan, apparently. So, it was either eat the $45 for the plan or pay MORE money for them to send me another physical sim or set me up with an eSIM. Ive never heard of having to pay more money for a company's mistake???My partner plans to call their line later just in case. 100% ****

    I got the service but with their instructions I received I ended up breaking my phone and had to buy another phone I asked bfor my money back I got hung up on three times and told several times it was credited back to my account have never received it Several other people I know are having trouble I am telling everyone I know or even talk to NOT to trust the service I have been lied to I realize that the fifty sum dollars isn't that much to som but on my fixed income it means a lot .not to mention the money I had to put out for a new phone
