    Unable to resolve the overcharged amounts to my account & automatically resolved w/o any contact from customer service. I expect so much more from Tebra!!

    I started with Kareo in 2018 and continued to pay even though my practice doesnt justify the cost. I contacted the company and spoke with ***** to negotiate a more reasonable fee for 5 patients! She pretended to helpful but was dishonest about what she could/would do, then ghosted me, refused to return my calls or answer when I called her. My card was stolen, so I used my credit card one month. I was CLEAR and told them not to use my card, that i wanted to speak with *****, first. I paid the month my card was stolen and called repeatedly but ***** ignored my calls and the co. refuses to negotiate a reasonable fee. On 10/11, they FRAUDULENTLY charged my Amex card $350. This company is dishonest and unethical. Nearly 80 complaints in 12 months is a HUGE red flag.

    Do not go with Tebra! They took $10,000 from my special needs daughter. Salesman cld and since i pay her to do misc work in my office, she happened to answer the phone and asked for HER credit card number . From Oct 2022-May 2024 took over $10,000 from her bank account! They told her that they would design a website for my office. I never approved this! They didnt ask for my approval! They offered $1,000 - what a joke. She no longer has access to her money,

    We signed up with Tebra (When it was patient pop) several years ago. We went through our web page step by step to set things up. They made changes I felt needed to be done whether it be the wording or the color used. This is the best webpage we have had and I find it is easy to use to find what you are looking for. If I need changes (such as team pictures etc.) it is taken care off in a couple of days. I know I can email or call at any point if there is a problem and be connected with the correct person to handle what I need.

    We have been a very satisfied medical clinic of Tebras since 2017. They have successfully managed our website and SEO ad words, which have resulted in many hundreds of new patients each year. Their ****** Local results have been amazing. They are fast and responsive to requests, and always look out for the best interest of our clinic. They have been especially innovative with our SEO and blogging services. Tebra has redesigned our look and services to keep it fresh throughout the years, and our patients are always happy with our branding. We are truly happy that they are one of our long-term vendors. We would recommend to any medical clinic that is wanting to grow and retain their patient base.

    After many years and many digital marketing firms that never promised half of what they delivered, Tebra has stepped in and taken care of most of our marketing needs. They are quick to address any concerns and have improved our ****** rankings considerably.

    Unfortunately I signed a contract with Tebra back in April with the understanding they could do transfer from an existing account. It is now August and they were unable to deliver. They did cancel my contract however that took months to get done and they have been billing me for hundreds of dollars for months. Every time I would email the account representative they would tell me the credit will come through and I wont be billed. It never did so I disputed the charge and now theyre sending me to collections. I called , emailed, for days and days and cant get anywhere. This is so frustrating that they just keep billing on non-existent accounts.
