    Misleading awful company. Ordered a bogo body glow and was charged the next day and additional $30 for a vip subscription that I never requested or authorized. Been trying to contact them to figure out what happened and can't get a response. Been looking into it and apparently a lot of people have had similar problems and often never even receive the products they ordered.

    I wish I could leave zero stars. ****. This company is the worst. They take your money and never send products. Then they said they will refund you but you never get the money back. Do not ever buy anything from this company.

    Silly Scam, the advertising the ******** and ****** to send you a product a body product and they will have to charge you after that two times and my bank tell me they have a complaint. They charge people over and over again so I called them no answer in California woman voice who doesnt care doesnt answer on anything. Its a totally fake company. They should not be in business. They should not do any advertising on a ******** or TikTok. They make other people who work very hard and have a business to promote bed because they are fake they wanna, get money for nothing fake fake fake company. Please do something.

    Terrible scam. They answered me on social media and told me they were experiencing a large influx of orders. 2 months later still nothing. Such a scam.

    If I could gu e ZERO stars i would them negative 5. Literal scam. As other reviews have stated they never send your product, sneak in a vip subscription charge that comes a few days AFTER you order your products, then NEVER respond to a single email. Filing fraud charges with my bank asap!

    Absolute scam!!! I placed an order and never received it. I've emailed them multiple times and haven't gotten a response. Filing fraud charges with my credit card company!!

    Do NOT order from Pheromonal! Ordered then needed to ask a question. When they didn't even reply to my question, I canceled my order. Then a day or two later, I'm charged for VIP, whatever that means. I sent emails, no response. I've called, no response. But you better believe i still haven't been credited my initial order + this VIP. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!!

    Actual scam. Advertises on social media by using stolen content from influencers of them demonstrating use of other companies' products to promote their seemingly actually nonexistent body oil and SPF products. The only product which has documented evidence of even existing or being delivered to customers is the lip gloss, and I haven't even heard of anyone actually receiving any of that since this past summer and before anyways.Has a fake countdown to the "end" of a BOGO sale (which never ends), which always starts at 18 minutes upon the page fully loading, in order to trick people into impulse buying. Admittedly, this is what made me fall for it.Never actually sends ANYTHING. Customer support email does not respond to anything. You can wait weeks and months and nothing will show up, and you will hear nothing back.MOST IMPORTANTLY!! Sneaks a free "VIP Club" membership into your cart. When purchased, this automatically enrolls you into a subscription which claims to give you access to "free shipping" (does not work) and "VIP exclusives" (do not seem to exist, no information on these on the site aside from the VIP Club description on the checkout page). This subscription will charge you $29.95 every THREE DAYS. The cancellation option, as well as the actual cost and frequency of this subscription, is hidden behind a login/account creation page which is somewhat difficult to find. The only tool you are (directly) given to access it is through the customer account verification email they send you post purchase (which does not mention anything about the subscription), and then you need to create an account with the same email you used for the purchase. If you do not find this ASAP, it will begin to slowly drain your bank account.Avoid purchasing from this company. Do not waste your money on something you will never receive, and don't let them try to drain your bank account!
