    I purchased product on August 19. On September 15, I still have not received my product. I paid for priority 3-5 day shipping. Upon emailing, I got a reply saying the company was overwhelmed, but no resolution. When looking at their reviews on their site, theyve all been altered to the same verbiage if the rating is low. Do not purchase from this company. I believe its a scam!

    scam .they send out the same pre typed email after you contact them off your order confirmation email . a "*********************************" will email you claiming they already sent you an email about inventory transits being lost and you will get free product as "a token of our mistake" (but as someone who thoroughly checks all inboxes - im confident no email was sent) , i simply wanted to know 1) if my product has shipped yet and 2) where the product is shipping from and nobody will contact me back and its been well over 10 business days (2 weeks) . they also claim on their site to have been featured in Vogue and Cosmopolitan and a few others but upon looking this up with all companies - none have ever acknowledged this brand or their product . i am leaving this review for future potential buyers to be aware .

    This Business is awful, I purchased from them on July 5, 2024, I noticed that I had not gotten an update on my order. On July 10, 2024 I reached out to the company and received an email from ********************************* saying their shipment was lost and they sent me an email about (which I never got) and my order would ship in 8 or days. I reached out on July 15th, 16th, 17th and 19th and received no response from the company
