    I placed my order from Pheromonal on December 17th, 2024. (Juicy Peach | Vanilla | ****** CHRISTMAS BOGO (-$16.00)Free Pheromonal Flawless AirBrush 1 BUY 1, GET 1 FREE CHOOSE ANY 2 BODY GLOW SCENTS (-$22.00)-free VIP CLUB 1 Free Shipping On All Future Orders + VIP Exclusives- Free Shipping method:FREE Priority Express 3-5 Day Shipping ? (Guaranteed Delivery Before Christmas)The total amount was $16.00. The payment was processed on my account on December 18th, 2024. They also tried to sneak past that if you got their free VIP membership that you had 3 days to cancel the membership or you would be charged a monthly fee. I cancelled the membership & emailed them Dec 17th to verify membership was cancelled. I emailed them again on December 27th:I'm confused with what you wrote about processing a refund. I didn't ask you to cancel my order all I did was ask you to cancel my membership. Also it showed my order would be here before Christmas but I have yet to receive it. My order #***** was made on December 17th. Your website said FREE Priority Express 3-5 Day Shipping ? (GUARANTEED Delivery Before Christmas). So please tell me why I did not receive my order before Christmas like your company guaranteed. They replied January 1st, 2025:Hi! I have just checked on your ********** appears that it has still not shipped as we are still waiting on the inventory to fulfill your order. We are expecting to ship it out within the next week.If you would not like to wait & would like a refund, please do not hesitate to let me know.Once again, we apologize for the delay.I hope you have a great day :)Kind regards,Pheromonal Team That was the last time I heard from them and I still don't have my order. Now I can't reach their website

    Unfortunately, like other customers, this company took my money and did not give me product. I emailed them multiple times and I actually received responses telling me they were addressing my issues of getting my product fulfilled. That did not happen. Basically, they were blowing me off. Then I asked for a refund. They answered multiple emails requesting a refund. I received a response from a ******* ********* email address *********************************** They blew me off. This has been so disappointing that this company still has an Instagram page! I have only attached a few emails to demonstrate my communication with them but this has been a year in the making.

    Ordered back in 10/2024 never received anything and didnt get my money back. Company hasnt responded on any platforms and Im not the only person who has had an issue, clearly.

    I purchased these items online from the Online store on Instagram. After not receiving them in February, I reached out to them to ask what their timeline was like, they responded and said that they were sorry, but shouldn't be too much longer. I have since tried to contact their store and am unable to find them online any longer. No items received, no refund.

    Ordered product on December 23rd, 2024 and still have not received it. I contacted customer support and as of February 2nd they said my order would be shipped within ***** days. I have still not received my order or shipping confirmation. After my 2nd email they stopped responding to me. I have now sent 4 emails.

    Ordered through an ad on social media. Paid with Cash App. Order ***** was GUARANTEED to be delivered by Christmas as they were gifts. There was no clear indication that a MONTHLY charge of $29.95 would immediately begin after the initial order or I would have never ordered to begin with. On 12/16/24 I asked for the company to respond with a refund and order cancellation since the items had not shipped. On 12/21/24 the company responded that if I had not intended to subscribe to the VIP program they'd assist me further. On 12/24 I asked for a shipping update. 12/29/24 requested refund status or shipping details. 12/31/24 was told items would be shipping in 4-5 days. 1/5/25 Pheromonal advised the order was being reviewed for fraud prevention and once complete a refund would be issued. 2/17/25 advised that my attorney would be involved if I did not receive a refund. 2/18/25 Pheremonal responded my issue would be escalated to the "expedite team." 4/10/25 No response as of this date.

Shipping information was provided, but the shipper notes that only the order details were received. I attempted to contact the business via email with no response. Advertisement came through Instagram.

    I ordered from a websites called ************************* back in about November 2024 for Christmas gifts I wanted to gift. After not receiving the items by January after then being guaranteed for Christmas I was very upset. In which they had charged my card a monthly fee that was listed as free. Now it is April and I havent heard back from the company about my items or my refund. Last I heard everything was on back order and the was sometime in January. I would really just like a refund if possible

    I ordered the product on Jan 2nd. I was charged *****. The product never came. Then in February I was charged ***** for *********** twice .I did not want and then I requested a refund and cancel shipment. It is now March and I still do not have refund or product. In total my card was charged *****.
