    On 12/27/24 I seen a post via ******** and wanted the product it was advertising, on some body glow. The product was buy one and get one free for *****. There was also a VIP exclusive option which was going to be ***** after 3 days which I Immediately declined. As of 2/9/25 I reached out to the merchant because I did not receive my product, and it immediately charged ***** x2 on my debit card as well after declining the VIP exclusive option--when I reached out to support. ******* ********* who claims to be from the company has reached out several times AFTER I threatened to make a complaint. She assured me on 2/24 that there was a delay due to the holiday which was in December might I add and the product was going to be shipped within 4 days of her sending the email to me on 2/24. That did not happen. When logging in, it still says that "order is confirmed" from 12/27/24. Again, after that, my card was charged fraudulently ***** twice. I explained I did not want a VIP exclusive shopping perk when I didn't receive my original product from almost 3 months ago. She then assured on that same day I would get a refund for what I was requesting. That did not happen. I then requested a full refund for everything and no longer wanted to do business as I feel they are a scam and conning consumers out of money, fraudulently charging cards, and taking weeks, even months to honor orders which still to this day have been unfulfilled. Then someone named "***" with no official email from the company reached out several times on ******* *********** behalf assuring me once again I would get a refund/and product. Never happened and now they have ignored all correspondence.

    I placed an order on December 9th of last year. The order was guaranteed to arrive by Christmas. I received multiple emails after this date promising it would be shipped out within four or five days. It is now March 5th, 2025 and my order has not shipped. I have requested a refund multiple times and continue to be ignored.

    I originally found Pheromonal on instagram. They had such an attractive product and many followers so I thought I was safe to purchase. They held a buy one get one for ***** sale so I thought I would try the product. However during purchase, nowhere mentioned how they would truly process the purchase. Days later I received two extra charges from them for ***** plus the *****. I gave it some time due to the wild fires and bad weather throughout the nation at that time. However it has been over two months and they have yet to process my full refund. On top of that, during the ***** period they never shipped my products as well. I just would like to receive my full refund. I have reached out to them multiple times and still no resolve thank you.

    October 2024 I attempted to purchase items from this website. I never received my purchases. I contacted the company in November 2024 to request updates, and I emailed back and forth with a representative named *******. Nothing ever happened, no information about my order. I continued to email ******* into December 2024 and into January 2025. Finally in January 2025 ******* indicated that there'd be a refund, since there was no information about my order. Today is February 19th,2025 and still nothing. I want to file a complaint.

    On October 13, 2024 I place an order through the companys website, I even paid extra to insure the shipment and rush it. I received a confirmation email and order summary. On October 20 & 21st I received email confirmations of my order being shipped then I did not hear any update until November 22nd, more than a month later, apologizing and explaining that my original order had been destroyed in some accident. I was promised my order along with a special gift and was guaranteed that my order would arrive by December 15th, 2 months after I placed my initial order. I reached out to the company through their support email on December 19th after not receiving the order, then again on the 22nd after not receiving a response within the promised response time stated on the site (since taken down). I received the last response on December 27th, stating my order was processed and sent to the logistics team. As of February 18th 2025 I have not received my shipment or any explanation as to where it could be or what happened. I have tried calling the number on the site several times with no answer, always leaving a message within my information. I only just now found out I could make a claim against them with the BBB. Recently the companys social media account has red flags, that were not there before such as no commenting permitted on their posts, they have a large following but are not following many other creators, the website is low quality looking and they do not have any way to get in touch with them through their social media page.

    I ordered a few things from pheromonal back in October and have yet to get my refund for a product that was cancelled; I hear from their customer service promising to rectify my problem and refund my money but nothing ever happens.

    I ordered from this business beginning of January 2025. Its been over a month and I have not received my order. I also keep getting charged or tried to for a VIP membership I have told them I do not want. Ive told them to cancel more than once and they keep trying to charge me $29.95 monthly. Theres no tracking number for my order either and all I got from them was that my order is being processed and that they encourage me to take advantage of their VIP membership after I told them to cancel. Ive emailed, left voicemails and DMed them on instagram and Ive only gotten TWO replies. Theres no customer service whatsoever. Scammy.
