    I placed an order with this company for several products on January 4, 2025. Today is February 10, 2025. I have attempted to contact the company several times by email as well as phone and I have received no response have I received the products that I ordered. In addition to this, they signed me up for some free subscription and then continue to charge for it even though *** requested that they cancel it and refund the money. I have also contacted my bankbecause its my bank card thats being charged for a dispute. This is completely unacceptable to not have received any response from the company nor received the products ordered in charge for in addition to being charged for a subscription that I never agreed to nor approved. The orders I did order where order number ***** in the amount of $24 order number ***** in the amount of $21 ****** these orders replaced on January 4. On January 7 I received an email for order number ***** for the subscription in the amount of $29.95 And again I received another email this Saturday for order number ***** again for this subscription I did not subscribe to in the Amount of $29.95. I emailed the company on January 7, 2025 no response I emailed them again on January 12, 2025 no response I emailed them again on January 18 no response. After receiving another email for the order number ***** I placed a phone call the company at the number listed and it was a voice recording stating they couldnt get to the phone but to leave a message I didleave a message. I do not have a case number yet, but I have contacted my bank and Im working with them to dispute all charges for a but this is ridiculous in this company needs to be held responsible. Also, no tracking number was ever provided for any of these orders and I requested them in my emails. Nothing was provided.

    I had ordered several different products from this company on ********. They took the money from my account. They sent me a confirmation email, but I never received a shipping confirmation or my products so I reached out to them through ******** messenger and they said that my order was processing and theyll send me an email once its processed. This was last week and I still havent received any product or any Shipping confirmation.

    on 12/8 I ordered a makeup product from this company as well as their VIP package. It was supposed to be delivered by Christmas, it was not. i was emailing and calling and got FINALLY got an email that it would shipped they were running behind. Weeks go by w/no word and again I reach out and get another email that it was being shipped. We are now more than 2 mos out and NOTHING but the VIP package I canceled still came out a total of THREE times!! Those w/the actual order I never rec'd for a total of ****** I want all of my money back. This company is a fraud

    I purchased this item I still have not received it. I have contacted the company through email as shown in the pictures provided. I keep getting the same answer the same runaround with absolutely no help no answers. I would like to receive a refund on top of I still want my product that I purchased. And there's no telling how many other people have placed an order and have not received it as well.

    Paid for products in November. Never received products. Also, somehow was enrolled in a monthly "club" that I Do NOT know about, nor did I authorize any such charges. Charged for said club in December, January, AND February.

    I ordered the product at the beginning of January. There was a deduction from my savings account for the amount and then another deduction for VIP club. As of 2/7/25 I have not received anything and they just deducted another ***** for VIP. NOTHING HAS COME. I am cancelling this and I want my money back!!"SCAM

    Order a spray November 25 for $15 I was then charged a membership $29 A few days later????Email was sent to confirm a subscription I never hit yes SCAMMERS Its now February 7th and every month they keep charging me this $29 fee I never agreed too

    I tried to purchase some of the body glitter from them and they said they were having a sale . I saw the ad on ******** so I assumed it was a legit company. They first charged me the $15 and I was just waiting it said 3 to 5 days guaranteed. Then at the bottom says I'll get it before Christmas. Well 3 days go by and then I'm being charged $29 so I email them and tried to use the website customer service. It takes days for them to respond and I clearly ask to be taken off the "VIP" list and nothing was done I then get charged the next month in January for another $29 and by this point I've sent several emails and even used messenger to get a hold of them and still nothing. I flagged the charges for the last month on here with my card so I was kind of shocked that I got a notification asking if I approved the charges. They were trying to charge me again on February 4th for the $29 . I still haven't received any products from this business and still they are charging my card . Please help me and any one else who thinks they are going. To get some beautiful glitter and then scammed for months

    They continue to charge me for a subscription that I never signed up for. They do not return phone calls or emails regarding refunds and cancellations.

    On 10/22/24 I made a purchase on ORDER #***** in the amount of $30.95 for to pheromone body oils. On 10/25/24 I received an email regarding an order from the same company that I did not make on ORDER #***** in the amount of $29.95. I immediately sent the company an email letting them know that this second charge for some VIP membership was fraudulent and not being by me and that the only order that I had made was the initial one on 10/22 and would like my money refund refunded. On November 13, I still had not received my product or a response to my email in regards to the fraudulent charge to my card and sent a second follow up email. That same day, 11/13/24, ******* ********* emailed me back from ********************************** telling me that they were getting ready to email me because they lost a shipment and they would be re-shipping my product in 8 to 10 business days unless I wanted a refund. I let her know I wanted a refund.. on 12/13/24 I had still not received my product or my refund so I sent them an email letting them know I had not had a response since November 13 nor had I receive my money back or new product. ******* responded again from the same email as mentioned above stating that they see them my order still hasnt shipped and that theyre waiting on inventory Even though I requested a refund! On January 8, ************************************************************************************************************************************************ the event that they decided to not refund me and ship out the product. Today is January 31. It has now been 101 days since I made my initial order. 43 days since this company last responded.
