    On October 3rd 2024 I made a $30.95 purchase from Pheromonal. I received emails on 10/6 and 10/8 that my items had been shipped. I emailed the company on:November 12, 2024 "req order update"December 1, 2024 still haven't received December 4, 2024 "please refund"December ******* "refund promptly"December 27, 2024 "refund"January 2, 2025 "no, i want my $ back"January 12, 2025 "refund or I'll report"January 19, 2025 "thank you"I got responses from the company:November 12 "will ship 8-10 days"December 7 "will be arriving shortly"January 1 "you will receive it very soon"January 7 "reason for refund request?"January 16 "refund in 4-6 business days"January 22 "you are most welcome"It is now January 31st. No refund, no product, no shipping info. There are many, many other reviews and comments about the same exact thing.

    Business Name: Pheromonal Business Address: ************************************* Order Number: #***** Date of Transaction: December 28, 2024 Complaint Details:I am filing this complaint against Pheromonal due to their deceptive business practices, failure to honor a lawful cancellation request, and refusal to issue a refund.On December 28, 2024, I placed an order (#*****) with Pheromonal, which was advertised with free express priority shipping (1-3 business days). Despite this, as of today, the order has not shipped, and no tracking information has been provided.I have repeatedly requested a cancellation and refund since my order has not been fulfilled, yet Pheromonal refuses to process my request. Instead, they continue to send generic, automated responses, claiming that "high order volumes" are causing delays. Most recently, they informed me that my order "should ship within 4-5 more days"far beyond the promised 1-3 day delivery timeframe.Additionally, this company initially added an unauthorized VIP subscription to my order, which I had to dispute separately. While they eventually canceled the subscription, they still refuse to cancel my order and issue a refund, even though it has not shipped.Requested Resolution:Immediate cancellation of my order and a full refund.A formal investigation into this companys deceptive business practices.Pheromonals failure to provide tracking information, honor cancellations, and process refunds is unacceptable. Their misleading business practices need to be addressed, and I urge the BBB to take action.

    I purchased a product from this company in December on the 12th. I was promised my order would arrive before Christmas and I havent received the item still. I have tried on multiple occasions to reach out to the seller by phone and email but I havent been called or emailed back. I emailed them on 12/26/24 and 1/8/25.I called and left voice messages on 1/2/25, 1/8/25, and 1/14/25

    They won't give me my product nor will they give me my money back and they keep trying to charge me for a subscription that I don't want or that I never signed up for

    On December 12, 2024, I placed an order for two Cherry Bombshell Pheromone Body Glows with a free brush included. Ive yet to hear anything on shipment and processing, let alone when it would arrive. I contacted customer service on December 28, 2024, and they assured me itd be shipped out soon that was over a month ago. My order is #*****. Thanks.

    I ordered from them Dec 15 2024, they told me I would get my products before Christmas, after Christmas they told me that they was out of stock to wait 5 more days for my products to be shipped, a couple days after they took another $30.00 off my card, I emailed them and asked if I could just get a refund because it's been over a month and still no products they told me I could get a refund, but there acting like there not going to refund me at all. And won't answer me back now...

    On October 18, **************************************************************************************** the amount of $30.95 order #*****.Then on October 21, 2024 I was charged $29.95 order #*****.I was charged again by this company on November 23, 2024 for $29.95 order #*****. I never ordered anything else nor did I receive my original order. I have emailed the owner ******* ********* at the email listed ********************************** on website. She stated she would refund each transaction but I still have not received any refund.

    I placed an order with this company in early November of 2024. I have never received it. I have been trying to resolve this with their customer service team since but have been unable to find any resolution from them. I have been given fake tracking numbers by them several times, told my order has expired because it was placed so long ago, offered a refund several times but it has never been provided. The emails seem like they are AI generated possibly or like the company is fraudulent. I am at an impasse and just want my money back.

    Also REPORTING Pheromonal TO THE ************************, ************************************ AND MY BANK TODAY FOR FRAUD & BEING NON-RESPONDENT (AND THIEVES). This is the third time I told them to take me off of their VIP list and they have charged me twice in the amount of $29.95 (automatic payment through bank Nov 2025 & Jan 2025). They also lied in refunding me the November 2024 charge and taking me off list through email correspondence.RECENT ORDER #*****.They owe me $59.90.

    I purchased two body lotions from Phermonal on 12/03/24 for $15.95. Upon checkout there was a VIP Club automatically added to my cart that I did not think twice about because it said Free in the price section so I did not remove it and proceeded to purchase the product. Two days (12/05/24) after my original purchase I received an email from phermonal that said thank you for your order. I checked the email and it was indeed a new charge to my account stating it was for the VIP Club for $29.95. I immediately went to their website to figure out why I was charged for something that was free. They had NOTHING on the site in regards to a VIP Club and there was only an email to contact them. Before I started my attempt at communication with them, I went to the my account section of their site. Im glad I did because they had saved my card information without my consent and had a box checked for auto renewal to the VIP Club monthly. I immediately deleted my card information upon seeing this and proceeded to my initial email to the company. I sent it and received what appeared as an automated response. I emailed back and forth for weeks without resolution or a refund as well as no product. I still have not received the product. They did not refund me for the product that I have not received in over a month. It was supposed to be here before Christmas according to the purchase confirmation email.
