    So on 12/13/24 I placed an order for $20.99 and did not receive items. I've tried getting in touch with company to no avail.

    They took 16 dollars out of my account and never sent me the order . I have emailed , called and still no order that was on dec4 which is when I placed the order .

    I purchased 2 orders with them since September (the 5ft and the 9th) last year and still nothing. I tried email them about 20 times and I keep getting the automatic answer that they don't have the stock to send the products. I went to their ******** page and saw that they are scammers. Lots of people with the same problem and keep erasing the bad comments.

    12/10/2024 $27.95 (Initial order)12/13/2024 & 1/13/2025 Unauthorized charge for membership Took my money for a product I never received and then charged me for a subscription that I never signed up for. They promised a refund that was never received and then charged me again. 1/16/25.amd order still has not been shopped and I can get no response from the company at all.

    I purchased a product from this business on December 5th. They guaranteed that I would receive my order before Christmas. It is now January 15th and I still haven't received my order.I have tried calling and they NEVER respond and I have tried emailing and still NO response,

    I ordered body lotion on 10/25 and still haven't received. I've reached out to the company MANY times and no response. The customer service is awful!

    I ordered from Pheromonal December 2nd, 2024. I still have not received my products. They also, unknowingly, charged me for a vip service I did NOT agree to 3 days after my order was made. The only reason I was made aware of this was a receipt saying thank you for your purchase.

    The date of purchase with *********************** was on 12/28/2024. I spent about $18 which I know isnt much but Ive seen everywhere since that purchase about this company being a scam. They were supposed to send me body glitter oils that I had seen on an add on ********. I have yet to receive any tracking information when I got express priority shipping. The company has not responded to my request for information or my request for a refund since I bought a product I have not and most likely will not ever receive.

    I placed an order from them on October 20th, 2024 in the amount of *****. For some body oils. By 11/22/24 I sent my first email about my displeasure that I hadn't received my product and there was no response 11/26/24 I sent another email letting them know the tracking number they gave me (upon purchase) showed no movement and if they're not sending it to please refund my money. Still no response. 12/9 I sent another and finally 12/13/24 someone named "******* *********" responded by asking how she could assist me?? I replied that hadn't received a working tracking # (that was 12/17) and by 12/22 she sent a link with apologies for the delay due to overwhelming ordereds or something blah blah and assurance that I would get everything without any problems. By 1/6/25 still nothing and I emailed letting them know the tracking still showed no movement!! No response! 1/7/25 I asked for my money back ( again!!). No response! 1/8/25 tracking # has expired! Still no response! At this point I need help. Cause I feel I've given them more than enough *******

    I did not authorize this membership. I ordered items three days prior to them secretly charging my card for some membership I never asked for. Furthermore,I tried calling to cancel and ask for refund and nobody answers the business phone or returns calls
