I ordered the body oils which I never received. But was charged ***** for a vip subscription to what i do not know. I didn't ask for that. Didn't sign up for that. Can't get anyone from the company to respond via email or phone. I went back to see what happened and they stick the vip thing onto every order.... i have a picture.also there were two different order numbers. When I only had one order. I recently made a purchase on December the 2nd with this company. I seen an advertisement on ******** and it took me to their website. This so-called business have a business page on ******** and they also have a real website where you can order their products. They are very fraudulent, and there are multiple people on ******** that are saying that they have never received their items. Everyone that states this on their business page gets their comment deleted. I have tried contacting them through email several times, I even have emails from them responding that they have a delay in that my order should be shipped 4-5 business days. And every time I would wait 4 to 5 days and never received my item. I will contact them and they will tell me the same thing. So I just asked them if they can refund me but they never did. They have an email for support ********************************* and a phone number on their website **************. The email doesn't even have the business name when they're contacting you back. It shows the name ******* *********. The phone number is no other than an answering service. You can leave thousands of messages they will never call you back! All I want is for my refund and for this so-called business to be reported for fraud! They have scammed I'm pretty sure thousands by now. I don't think that is fair that they should still be taking people's orders and scamming them. They need to be dealt with. I tried to call my bank but they told me that I needed to contact the company which I did several times but no feedback. I am so irate at the moment because nothing is being done.Initial Complaint

On 11/27/24 I placed an order for buy 2 get 2 free. Total was $27.95. Never received my product and when I received my credit card statement the company billed another $29.95 to my account!!! I never authorized that purchase!!! I want my money back!!! All of it because I never received the product and they charged my credit card fraudulently.Initial Complaint

I put the files in there of the date that it was ordered and it showed that it was guaranteed to be here before Christmas. I even emailed them a few times to get my refund to cancel the subscription and nothing nothing back no emails. I ordered from this company back in October I was emailed a tracking number, waited and waited. It kept telling me the package was not shipped and the status would change or completely delete. I emailed after about a month and was replied to by ******* the owner. She told me my order had shipped and given me another tracking number. This number did not work either. Then she tells me that its on back order. Now shes telling me if I would like a refund I told her yes and have not heard anything back. I ordered 2 body glitter lotions from this company for $11 on December 15. A couple days later they charged me $29.95 for a VIP club that i never consented to join. I have been emailing ever since to try to get the $29.95 charge reversed and cancel the club membership. And to try to get my products OR a refund for the $11. This company has taken money from me three times for my card without providing any product for service. I have several emails where they requested that I be patient that they had overwhelming response to their ad, but after finding a thread on Reddit, theres multiple people many many customers, and they all had to go through their bank and file fraud to get their money back and Im right behind them. I have never received the first product. The last time I heard from the business via email was December ************************************* 4 to 5 business days. The only authorized charge was for $21.95. The other two were not authorized charges and Im reading in a Reddit thread that this has been done to so many people everyones had to go through their bank and file fraud to get their money.Initial Complaint

I placed an order with this company and found that they charged me for 3 separate charges 2 which I never authorized. I've been emailing these people and they keep giving me excuses. I already filed a report with the *** thinking that by having done that these people would finally decide to refund me but that's not the case. I want my money back what these people have done is unacceptable..I've researched this company and found they have done this to every single person who has purchased something from them. Including people saying that they never send out the products and the products don't exist. The address to this company is a family house which is vacant and no one lives there. This is beyond infuriating and I will not stop until they return my money
