I ordered a product, never received the product or communication. 2 months after I placed an order I received an email that the product was damaged in shipping and would receive by 12/15/24 (2.5 months after ordering and their shipping policy indicates 7 days for shipping). I replied to the email and sent multiple others asking for a refund and have not received it. Ive called, no one answers, emailed, no one answers. On 12/18/24 I saw an add on Instagram for buy one get one free on their body glitter. Picked 2 out and went to pay. Then was offered an additional $10 off + free shipping guaranteed before Christmas. Total was $6. I got an email and it said to wait for email with tracking info. I received and email on 12/22 from phermonal saying they charged my card $30 for their vip membership. I still have not received anything. I have tried to message the company on Instagram and they do not allow comments on their photos and have taken away the message button on their account. I ordered from this company on December 2nd, 2024. It said it was guaranteed to be here before Christmas with the express shipping. It was confirmed, but no tracking number was ever provided. December 8, 2024 I placed two orders (order #***** for $33.95 which included a body brush and 5 bottlesand they added a VIP membership that I did not approve. On December 11, 2024 I was charged $29.95 for an order that I did not place order #*****. This was for a VIP membership that I never ordered. I have emailed this company over 6 times and called and left over 6 messages and have had no response. In looking at comments on ******** I am seeing that this has happened to other people and they are being charged recurring fees for items never received and orders never placed.Initial Complaint

Subject: ****************************************** To Whom It May Concern,I am filing this complaint against ***************** due to their failure to fulfill my order, lack of transparency, and disregard for multiple requests to cancel a VIP membership.Details of the Complaint:1. Order Issues:I placed an order (#*****) on December 7, 2024, which the company advertised would process within 12 business days. As of December 23, 2024, my order has neither been shipped nor updated with a tracking number.The only update I received came after I initiated contact, at which point a representative, ******* *********, stated the company was awaiting inventory. This lack of proactive communication and failure to fulfill the order as promised demonstrates poor customer service and professionalism.2. VIP Membership Cancellation:Despite sending three separate email requests to cancel the VIP membership, the company continues to attempt billing me for this service. This is a clear disregard for my explicit instructions and raises serious concerns about fraudulent billing practices.Desired Resolution:I am requesting the following resolutions:1. Immediate shipment of my order and a full refund of the product.2. Confirmation that the VIP membership has been canceled and assurance that no further charges will be attempted.3.
