    I would like to file a complaint about an issue that I had when checking out the items that I tried to order. So I tried to check out the items that I ordered. When I entered my card information, it said that it was invalid. So I kept trying for like 9 times and it kept saying that my card was invalid for those 9 times and I was unable to checkout my items. When I checked my bank account, that same amount had been deducted 9 times because I tried to resubmit my card details and tried to checkout 9 times and I failed. So, that same specific amount had been deducted a total of 9 times and I would like to know as to why the amount had been deducted when I had not received a verification of an email or text message saying that my order has been received, or that it will be shipped to me as soon as possible and I clearly had not even checked out my items yet, because as mentioned it said that my card details were invalid. Since my card was "invalid", I would like to know why it was deducted 9 times. No checkout was even completed yet and I've been charged for resubmitting my card details cause it said that my card was invalid.

    I placed on order on 12/10/24 and have not received any update or tracking number stating my order has been shipped or anything. I have sent 2 emails inquiring and placed 2 calls trying to inquire. They state your order will be shipped in 5-8 days and still have received no update.

    I ordered a product from this company and never received it. It never shipped and they do not respond to help inquiries! Come to find out they have multiple complaints.

    I placed 2 orders using 2 different credit cards. Not only did I never receive either order but they charged both of my cards an extra $29.95 each for some sort of membership club. This charge was not mentioned anywhere on the ******** was led to believe that the membership club was free since the charge for it on my orders was $0.00. I have sent 4 emails all with no ************ have called several times which just goes straight to a voicemail. Voice messages I have left have not been returned either.

    October 15 I made a purchase from the site, they were having a bogo sale and promised 2-5 shipping from in the ** This is false, they ship from ***** not from the US Apparently my order was lost and I was offered a refund or I would have to wait 2 months till Dec 15th for my order, so I asked for the refund. They said it had been issued in full amount and to wait 5-6days. Nothing happened after those 6 days, I reached out again and received the same automated email response saying my refund has just been issued and to wait 5-6 days. It is now December 19th, still no refund, no order and all communication has stopped. Do not shop here, it is a scam. During this period my card that was used for purchase was flagged by bank for a purchase of $250 - I believe this was also them. Thankfully it was blocked by my bank and I got a new card.

    I placed an order with said company as a part of a Black Friday promotion. I was guaranteed delivery before Christmas and yet have received no communication since whatsoever. My order number is *****. I ordered on ***** and I paid extra for guaranteed delivery. I have reached out to the company and did not receive any response at all. My order totals ***** and a second charge of ***** for shipping.

    I ordered sparkly lotion approximately September 27th and tracking never proceeded so I contacted customer support via instagram. They said they would resend it but still the order didnt process any further so I contacted customer support in writing and they said I could have a refund. I waited and asked again. Its now Mid December and they have stopped responding to my messages emails or phone calls. I would like my money back. I have spoken to other people and they said they never got their packages as well.

    I ordered two items from this company on October 27, 2024. I havent received anything from this company and I asked for refund and havent received anything. I was sent an email that it would be here by December 15th and I havent received a tracking number or a package. I want my items but at this point Id rather just get my refund.

    I ordered 2 products off of this website called ************************* and paid $16 and had free shipping on 12/14/24 and I was supposed to have fast shipping within 3-5 days I ordered it back on 12/14/24 and today is 12/16/24 and I have not gotten a tracking number or any update on my products at all. After looking around I've discovered that this business is not a reputable business and I probably will never see my products.

    I have been trying to get a response from this company regarding an order I placed. They will not respond and the phone number provided goes straight to a voicemail. They charged me for 3-5 day delivery and it has not been shipped. The company they use for their orders, also cannot be reached.
