    I placed two orders. Order #***** and #*****. I paid over $59.00 for these two orders combined. I did not receive either order. I was unable to contact anyone in the company. I responded to all emails regarding my order. I am led to believe this is a scam and have taken it upon myself to contact authorities and the bank.

    I ordered their big body glitter bundle on Oktober 2nd. I emailed them about a week later that I have not heard anything from the company about my order except that its partially ready to be shipped. That was about one week ago. I emailed the company again this week and just received an email that it was never delivered.

    I purchased several items in one order and never received a confirmation email or tracking number. Im reading a lot of complaints about the same issues and it being a scam.

    I ordered from this comapny on July 19th for the amount of $31.95. I never saw my order get shipped so i contacted them on july 29th. The same day they replied stating the order had been lost, it will be 8-10 days but they will included a free gift. I waited an entire month before contacting them again on august 28th asking about the order. They replied the same day stating they expect it to be shipped out in the next week but would gladly give me a refund if i desired. I replied that i would just like a refund. On sept. 1 they replied that it would be no problem and i should receive a full refund within 3 days along with a confirmation email from them. I have received no refund or email. I went back to the site where i orginally was able to "track" my package. For a month and a half it never updated saying the package hadnt even shipped. After the august 28th email, on august 29th it magically changed to having supposedly been shipped. After almost 2 months and many emails i have received no product and no refund. Ive only been fed a bunch of lies and apparently i should have came here first because im not the only one they are doing this to. I just want my money back that they promised. It amazing me that they keep getting by with just outright theft at this point, which i thought was a crime. I've included pictures of everything ive stating to back up my statement.

    The company is scamming people by saying there is a delay in supply and it will ship in 8-10 days. Several Reddit posts are identical to mine. They said they would also issue a refund after I reached out well over the 10-day ***** and no such refund has been given.They need to refund my money and people need to be warned not to shop here. They have no intention of shipping out products, just scamming people.

    I placed an order with the business on July 4, 2024. I have not received any further information about my order and it has been 3 weeks.

    I placed this order which said 5-8 day delivery and have not received my order or my refund which they said i would get after contacting them about not receiving

    Ordered on 6/3. Contacted company on 6/7. Contacted again on 6/10. Package is a month late. Missing items. Company stopped responding to messages. Asked for refund as I didn't not recieve my complete order. Still have not recieved any messages from the company regarding this.

    The Pheromonal Team hopes you are doing well, and we sincerely apologize for this inconvenience.

    We sent a mass email to customers in May that there would be a delay in orders, and they had the option to get a complete refund. 

    We processed many refunds due to customers not wanting to wait, which we completely understand. We apologize once again for the mix up. 

    Our customer's order has been delivered since. However, if she is not happy with her product or experience, we will offer her a complete refund.

    Have reached out to the company multiple times regarding items from an order that I never received. I received no communication, no refunds, and still no items. Other people are coming forward with other stories.
