I placed an order on Oct 31, 2024 for product from Pheromonal and have not received anything since the order confirmation email. No shipping info. Nothing. I sent an inquiry email and still no response. It's over $30 and I feel I was scammed by a fake company.Initial Complaint

I purchased two shimmer body lotions from this business because they were having a BOGO sale and I had been looking a shimmery body lotion for a Halloween costume. This purchase happened on October 18, 2024. I got a confirmation email the same day. On October 21, I got another confirmation email for my purchase which I thought was odd. The same day I got an email that my order was "on the way" w the tracking number below. Since Oct. 21, the tracking has not updated AT ALL. I emailed the customer service email a few times and only got a response on 11/12/24 saying that I should keep checking the number as it "updates from time to time." I have been checking it and it has not updated since Oct. 22 (see image below for a check I did on 11/22/24). Additionally, when I signed into my account on the website, I saw I was signed up for a subscription for an unknown product, it did not say what the subscription was for. I canceled it because I never signed up for that, I assume this was why I received the 2nd confirmation email because it essentially was a second purchase, but one that I did NOT make myself.Initial Complaint

I saw an advertisement for Pheromonal's product online and noticed I had been charged again after purchase. I never got my item, and when looking at the comments in the Instagram posts, I noticed other people had never received their item and had received recurring charges. I have contacted them on multiple occasions and have not received a response. I reported them to my bank as well as to the government, and now I am reporting them to you. Ordered from these scammers 2 months ago and never received my order! On their instagram site there are million complaints that its a scam! Hundreds of people order from this business and never receive anything! . If you write them an email- no answer. Ive written them 3 times already ant nothing. I had placed an order on June 3 2024. I had got confirmation email from company and money was charged to my card. I waited for the product. It didn't come so I emailed again and they said it was the supplier they were waiting on and I could get refund but I really wanted the product so I decided to wait. So in August I get email that has tracking number. Everytime I checked it said in transit from ***** not from ***********. Fast forward to now November and it still says in transit. I emailed and told them it still said in transit but never got a reply. I really wanted this product and feel like it was a scam I found it on ********. I'd really like the product but if they can't deliver it I will take refund but would rather have product. On 10-27-2024 I placed an order with Pheromonal company. I ordered 2 body sprays INCLUDING priority shipping and the total was 33 dollars. The company policy states orders are processed within ***** hours on their website. It has been 10 days. I have no updates no tracking number nothing. I purchased 2 items for 31.57$ plus a vip membership for free on 4 of October and the delivery days mentioned from 3 to 5 days then after 2 days they took money for the vip membership I sent an email and they apologized and refunded the money for the membership I contacted the company again on 13/oct because the delivery was late they told me they are facing a lot of order now but I will get my order in more 10 day and I followed up on 24th and no reply today is 29th of oct and I didnt get any update or tracking or the order !!
