    I placed order and was told in email I would get a shipping update in 3- 5 days. No update. When I looked at my card that I used, Pheromonal tried charging me an addition 5 times. Luckily, I used a card that did not allow it. I emailed the company twice with no response. I believe it is a scam and that they need to reimburse my money, and I need to make sure no one else is taken advantage of by this terrible company.

    I ordered two (bogo) bottles of body glow from pheromonal on OCT 13th (order *****) and was charged $28 plus 2.95 for shipping. The order included free VIP Club (which I never requested be signed up for). According to the email, the order was to take 2-5 business days to arrive. FIFTY DAYS LATER and my order has still not arrived. On top of that, on October 16th my card was charged $29.95 for the vip club (order *****). Not only did the first email include the vip club in the invoice as free, I am now being charged for something I never purchased, requested or consented to. I have sent numerous emails and left several voicemails requesting a refund for the VIP club and an update on the status of my body glow order. No one from pheromonal has gotten back to me, my card is still charged $30.95 for product I never received and an additional $29.95 for a club membership I never even signed up for.

    I placed an order for their product on Sept 30th, 2024. I was suppose to receive 2 pheromone-infused body glow . It stated that it would be shipped through their VIP CLUB. 2-5 days I should received my order. I have emailed them over 5 times. I received one response that asked for my order number. I emailed them the number and have not heard back. They gave me a tracking number within 6 days after the order. VR642466143YP I have not seen the tracking of this order sine then. I want the item i ordered. They took my money and will not respond to when it will be here. Please find out why they scammed me. Thank you!

    I placed my order on October 13, 2024. I received an email that said it was on its way on October 21, 2024 and never received anything. I send two emails regarding this and kept getting the same message claiming Id get a refund, yet received nothing. I got a third email from the supposed owner claiming that the shipment was damaged but not the product is on its way. I do not want this product, I needed it last month! I just want the order refunded. This is a fraudulent company

    On September 29, I placed this order and after waiting two weeks, I contacted the company in which I was told that the order was placed but something about the shipment being lost and that it was ship out again in 8 to 10 days. It is now November 30 and I still have not received the product at this point. I just want to refund. Its a shame that this advertisement is still being played on TikTok right now. This company needs to be black. I was on there today and I seen comments of Lady stating they never received their product.

    I placed my order in mid October, and much like the other complainants was promised 3-5 day shipping. I reached out multiple times requesting a refund with no response. Finally the owner emails me stating a refund will be provided, 5 business days later. Fast forward to today, no refund to speak of instead I received an email stating my order will ship in time for Christmas! No. Im not interested, this is a scam through and ********** NOT make the same mistake I did and fall for a glossy instagram page, dig into the comments or lack there of.

    I placed an order in the amount of $24.95 on November 22 2024. The items have not shipped, but that is not my biggest complaint. On November 27th my bank notified me that Pheromonal tried to charge my account *****. Apparently it was for their VIP CLUB. The VIP CLUB consists of free shipping. However, membership costs $***** EVERY 3 DAYS for 8 weeks. EVERY. THREE. DAYS. None of this is disclosed on their website. BUYER BEWARE

    Ordered 3 products on 10/19/2024 totaling $40.90. Received confirmation of order same day claiming 3-5 day shipping. On 10/21/2024 received 3 separate emails claiming my order had been shipped. I have emailed the company 3 times and have left numerous messages looking for updated tracking information and have not received any word back from the company. Would like a refund and to see some repercussion for their shoddy business practices.
