I saw an advertisement on Instagram for their Body Glow Sprays that linked to their Shopify storefront, so I checked it out and placed an order on December 3rd, 2024 for $23.70 CAD (Buy 1 Body Glow, Get 1 Free + Flawless Airbrush Free + VIP Club Free). I recieved an email confirmation for my order and was told they would send me the shipping/tracking information when it was ready. 3 days later my account was charged $44.23 CAD and then $44.16 CAD another 3 days after that for the "free" VIP Club. 2 weeks passed with no word from them so I reached out to first ask where my package was and then request a cancelation for the VIP Club. To my surprise, they did respond, but it was an automated response "confirming" my subscription to THE VIP Club. I did some digging around under the account settings on the site and, though difficult to find, was able to successfully cancel any further re-occurring VIP subscription payments. I tried to contact them multiple times after that. 3 times through email, 1 text, and through their contact form on the site. I never got a response. After reading all the complaints and reviews here, it's safe to say I was scammed and Pheremonal is a scummy "business". It seems as though none of their products even exist and the only product anyone ever actually recieved were the lipglosses, which was when they first came around, however long ago. ****! I placed a order on 12/7/24. They said I would receive an email confirmation and I have gotten 3 the last one saying my order was delivered and complete. I never received my order and have sent several emails back to the company without any response. I spent a total of $37.50. I made a purchase for some beauty products. Which included a free vip for future free shipping. Days later, they charged me ***** without my consent. *** never agreed to a subscription nor consented to extra charges. Ive been gaslit and victim of fraud. I placed an order with this company and, first, even after putting in my address, they changed it and its not right. I have reached out to them and I get no resoonse. Second, I paid for three day delivery, and it isnt even left wherever it ships from. Its been more than 3 days. Next, they are charging me for a VIP membership and I never agreed to that. They are trying to charge me $29.95 and I did not ok that. I have called them and left messages and emailed them and they will not respond. I want something done about this!!Initial Complaint

I ordered from this company through instagram over 2 months ago. I never received any products. Attempted multiple times to get status or cancel my order with refund. Finally someone emailed me and said they refunded my order. Never got a refund. Emailed them again weeks later, they said again they'll refund me. Haven't received any refund in weeks. I made a purchase on 10/26/24 for $30.95. Shortly thereafter, I became aware of issues with this company including them signing customers up for a monthly "VIP" subscription without consent (I was able to dispute this charge with my bank, this was an additional charge of $29.95 on 10/29). I never received notification about my products shipping, so I requested to cancel my order on 11/5/24. ******* ********* responded with the cancellation confirmation and stated I would receive my refund which would take "a few business days to process". The refund never came, and on 11/27/24, I received a generic email with an apology for delays and advised that my "order is expected to arrive by December 15th". I replied immediately that my order should have already been cancelled and refunded. ******* ********* again responded and said "Please note that we have processed your refund, and you should receive it shortly.". It is now December 8th and I still have not received a refund, it has now been over one month since my order was supposedly cancelled.Initial Complaint

I placed an order from this website 2 months ago, the website claims the shipping would be 5-8 business days for domestic shipping and my order is a domestic order. The business is at *************************************, I live at ************************************. I placed my order on 10/16/2024 and as of 12/08/2024 I still have not received it. I have sent multiple emails requesting they cancel my order for a refund. They reached out and said they would cancel it but needed my order number. My order number was not only in the subject line but also in the email thread that took place over 6 weeks. I have found multiple testimonies online with people having the same issue as I have. I believe this website is a complete scam. My order number and tracking number is below. I also can provide any necessary emails and also other testimonies from people having the same issue with this company. The only point of contact seems to be ******* who I have 2 separate email threads with. One is me requesting a refund and cancellation for an order that I have not received. The other is her claiming my order was lost in transit which isnt true because the tracking number attached to the orders status never changed. According to the tracking website if it were lost in transit, the status would have changed. Photos are attached below. As of now, the status never changed therefore I believe this company gave me misleading information which is why I believe it is a scam. I also have left 3 reviews and the owner has not accepted any of them, they only accept 5 star reviews with photos which I believe are fake reviews considering there are a limited amount of reviews with text available and photos. The rest have no text and only the star rating. I know that my review had text and photos and I gave it 1 star and the number of star ratings never changed. On 10/26 I was charged for 6 items 2 glitter sprays, and a 4 pack of sprays. I was charged 9.95 and *****. On 11/6 I was charged ***** for a vip treatment which included expedited shipping that I never signed up for but still had not even received my originally purchased items. On 11/18 I reached out to the company who didnt mention anything about them continuing to charge me. I asked where my item were they stated that they had an issue with their supplier and Id need to wait another 10 days. I said ok, on 12/3 I saw yet another charge for ***** that I did not authorize for this vip when I still have not received my originally ordered items. I sent email after email only to be ignored. So I opened a fraud ticket with my bank and am filing with the BBB in hopes someone else doesnt get suckered!
