    STILL WAITING MS ******* *********! You are a scammer! How DARE you steal money from hard working people. Im still waiting on the order I placed Dec.31 it is now March *******! Karma is real. Im not sure why or how a person could do this to people. I still have all of my receipts and all of the EMAILS we sent back and forth. Everyone will have their day to answer for all of the bad stuff they have done in their life. I hope I or someone else came get an investigation open on you and the FAKE business you were in charge of. I hope you get what you have coming on life. You do dirt it comes right back.

    COMPLETE SCAMMERS!!!!!!! If I could give zero stars, I would!!I placed my order December 27, 2024, it's now February 20, ***************************** refund!!!!! (Buy 1, get one free) ??????????????I did cancel the VIP subscription right away and I have the email from a "******* *********" stating it's been canceled.(that's the name of the person on the emails.....and there are SEVERAL!!!!)All I keep getting from her is "...we understand your frustration and this is a really great product. Due to our sale, we are getting orders shipped out as soon as we can. Your order will ship out in ***** days." (Mind you, I had FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING!!!).The ONLY initial email from them was my order confirmation. Other than that, I had to initiate any correspondence and keep getting lines of BS as their responses!!!!Just refund my $16 dollars already!!! ??????????????Date of experience: December 27, 2024

    ******** never received any product placed an order in December. for some reason something told me to go through my statements. Theyve been charging me $29 every single-month since December and actually twice in December without my permission.

    This business is a fake.. sent me a tracking number waited months.. emailed and got a reply that stated they would refund money in 4-6 days and that never came.. DO NOT ORDER IT IS A SCAM!!!

    Hello! I tried to order oils from this company on Dec 29, as well as I was signed up for a VIP membership trial, and it wouldnt let me remove it from my cart. About 3 days later on Jan 1, I was charged $28.95 for the VIP I didnt even want and as soon as I saw the confirmation email, I sent an email to Pheromonal support. I knew it would take a minute as it was a holiday, but afterwards they took about a week to respond, and insisted that I should try to VIP and told me to reach out for further assistance, which I did. I explained I did not want it, Id like it cancelled, and that Id like a refund on the money I did not authorize for them to take, however they replied back only that theyd cancel and completely ignored my refund request. It is now Jan 13 and the order still is processing for shipment and hasnt even shipped yet. I had to file a dispute and get a whole new debit card because of this debacle. I hope that anyone who wishes to purchase from here makes an educated and informed decision as it seems Im not the only person who they have been giving the runaround to.

    I had placed an order back in Sept 2024 and have sent numerous emails saying I still have not received my order and I have filed a dispute with my bank on Jan ************************************************************************************************************************************** order for a refund. ARE YOU JOKING RIGHT NOW WHEN THIS WAS PLACED BACK IN SEPT OF 2024 AND IT'S JAN OF 2025 AND YOU TOOK MY MONEY AND STILL NO ORDER!!!!!

    My story is the same as everyone else's on here. Ordered on Dec 10th, never received the product. I was charged for the VIP membership I did not authorize and then this company has the ***** to have people post positive reviews from indivduals that probably work there. They do not answer their phones, and IF they respond via email they give you the run around. They promised me a refund which I never got. I had to dispute the charges with the bank and may have to get a new card if they keep charging me for the monthly membership. I'm so mad!

    These people steal your credit card information and keep charging you without authorization and refuse to refund your money. I have contacted a lawyer to get my money back! They need to be shut down immediately!!!
