    Never received my order. It's been over a month and they keep trying to charge my card 30 dollars for the vip program. Unresponsive customer service. I asked for a refund and didn't get anything. No product, no refund.

    Fraud! Ordered 10/20/24, was emailed that there was a delay, with a delivery of 12/15/24. Still nothing and their email is now deemed undeliverable. Will dispute!

    Ordered well before Christmas. Said it would be delivered by then. I have emailed and called and no one has called me back. I got an email response twice saying the exact same copied and pasted message that it will be shipped in 4-5 days and the product does not arrive. I requested a refund twice also and nothing has happened.

    I paid for buy 3 get 3 free on body shimmer pheromone scents and 5 lip glosses and expedited 3-5 day shipping and shipping insurance and it charged me for VIP access which I didn't want and I have emailed several times asking for how to get refunded or replacement and no replies and nothing happens.

    Purchased 2 bottles on 10/25 and still have not received anything. Ive emailed support several times only to be promised that it would ship out soon. I believe this is a scam.
