1 starHorrible company! I was a contract employee who's company decided to use Bill.com to pay me. Well it took over a month to get paid and when the company I worked for started paying me they uses Bill.com which for some unknown reason put a hold on my account without telling me. After no receiving my direct deposit I contacted them and they requested that I provide "documentation" to them which they did not tell me what the "documentation" they needed. If you are a legitimate company that needs to pay your employees or temporary employees under no circumstances should you use bill.com. There customer support is a joke and they can care less about your problem especially over a holiday weekend when you have not a ***** to your name because some 3rd party pay company decided not to pay you on time!Bill

1 starBill.com is a nightmare for contractors. My customer switched to paying contractors using this site and it has been next to impossible to get paid on time. Bill.com has elusive cut off dates for invoice submission for payment and then has a "***** hour release hold" on any standard payment. My customer assumed I got paid the next day. WRONG. If they schedule on a Wednesday, I will not see any money for SEVEN days out- minimum. If I want to get paid faster Bill.com stipulates you pay them an additional 1% of the invoice then tells my customer to pay.5% for the same thing. They basically are a shake down organization. I get different information each time I call and that information contradicts whatever I was told previously. I wish I could get my customer to dump this business that does not do what they are expected to do.Bill

1 starA vendor I was wanting to work with uses this company. Bill.com refused to validate my account with them unless I provided 3 months of bank statements. This was after I gave them all my banking information and they completed their test $0.01 deposit/withdrawal transaction. The request seemed completely unnecessary and I was not comfortable with it, so I called and asked them to verify me another way. They said that I MUST provide my bank statements to them to have an account because it is, and I quote, "required by ************* law"That is a COMPLETE LIE. Do not give your bank statements to these people!It's extremely shady, comes off as a scam, and now I won't be able to work with that vendor because this company is difficult to work with and lies to get more of your personal information than is necessary. I don't even think they are a legitimate company. I will have to go in to my bank on Monday to close down my bank account since I gave the information to this scam company, which is extremely inconvenient. I should have looked here first. It makes absolute sense that they aren't accredited.Bill

1 starCustomer support for this company is basically non existent. If you can avoid using bill.com I suggest using anything else. I have been on hold with customer support for over 37 minutes. I already know they have zero intention of taking my call because they are useless and they really couldn't care less with your concerns.Bill

1 starNo possible log in for a new account. ********************** has an old phone number from **** stored that it tries to use for verification. Live Agents refuse to update to my active phone number. A company tried to send me money with a bill.com invoice but it takes longer than average because bill.com does not respond back. Any live agents contacted will not update information and they refuse to send feedback when I send ID and personal information.Bill

1 starI was asked to sign up withBill to receive payment from another company and I did, but was asked for further very confidential additional information and refused to provide that. I tried to access my account with my password and user name, it didnt work. Then I read reviews (should have done this first). One star average from over 500 reviewers on one platform! Also some folks indicated they got malware infecting their systems from working with ****. I had just been infected by malware - first time since I began using ************* in ****. So I decided to delete my account. There is no direct customer service. There is no functioning live chat. I emailed. A week later I got a form email back saying I could fill out an on line form and my account would be deleted. I did that and nothing. I emailed again and in an email I was told to fill out the same form. I did, nothingI emailed again and was told to fill out the same form in the same autogenerated email. I wrote an angry message back saying I would post on my large social media platform how really terrible this company is. 2 months went by while I heard nothing, until today when I received a form letter saying the account was deleted. During all this time I received emails from Bill about things that had nothing to do with my account issue. If you have a business and you use this company, and you have a minor issue with something, all you can count on is colossal frustration and no resolution.Bill

1 starTerrible. I'm u was invited to this site to recieve a payment. Tried opening up free account just so I could get my payment. ,bill.com closed my account and left me with no way to recieve the finds. Support team is useless. Br careful with this company. I'd avoid using them.Bill

1 starI would never use bill.com again. If i ever run into another company trying to contract me that uses bill.com to send me my payments, I would decline. The virtual e card is the least functional thing I have encountered in so long. They messed up my payments 2x in the past year. The only upside is the customer service people are so nice but literally no one can actually help the actual issues. I actually truly disdain this company and the way it functions. It has caused me SOOO much stress.Bill
