1 starBased on their features, integrations with banks, customer service, culture, and attitude of their support staff, Bill.com is a start-up that should not have been funded and most companies should not use. They exist for one reason only, how to s**** people out of their hard earned money. Their fees don't justify their service. Their service is not compatible with more than half of the banks. If you catch them in the act of stealing they will do everything in their power to not correct their errors and not refund you the money.Bill

1 starThey market themselves as a solution for accounts receivable, yet when you set up an account if the "payment network id" process is not automatically assigned to the appropriate client they expect you to not only know what exactly a "payment network id" is, but to also set it up on your own. They promote that they provide direct deposit solutions but if the payment network id is not assigned for your client properly, you will never see a record of the payment on your end in Bill.com AND you will sent a paper check. Defeats the purpose of being accounts receivable software at that point. Use Gusto instead, very straightforward and streamlined. I wish I could give a 0 star rating.Bill

1 starThis is one of those SCAM businesses that will lure you in with their intro bonuses and then once you hit all the requirements, they will freeze and eventually close your business account without providing you with any justification or clarity. Their response will always be something along the lines of "your account has been deactivated after an internal review. Unfortunately, we cannot provide any further information at this time. This decision cannot be appealed." Are you F***ing kidding me? How can you freeze a business account and card without having a single reason to do so OR exactly what is the review process looking at?? Safe yourself the frustration and disappointment and stay away from these SCAMMERS!!!Bill

1 starI should have read reviews. I do contract work for a cardiologist and he asked that I use them. I sent the invoice and they received the funds but would not release them to me. They then asked for all kinds of information and then said I did not qualify for an account and deactivated my account. Two weeks later the money still has not been refunded to my boss so he can release a paper check to me. DO NOT USE!!Bill

1 starAs stated by others, there is something deeply concerning about how this company operates. They give the appearance of fraud. They setup my account and then asked for a wealth of information. 2 forms of personal ID, bank statement, articles of incorporation, IRS letter showing my EIN. After providing all, they sent me a cancelation telling me to go onto their system to review the update to my case. However they had cancelled my login ability by that time. They do not say why they cancelled my account. They say I can appeal but wont provide any information to base an appeal on. They are collecting personal data and then closing the door. You can't speak to anyone. You can't call anybody. Chat only. First chat rep had me wait several days. They then canceled my case ticket at 5:18am Monday morning assuming it was fixed because they hadn't heard from me over the weekend. The second one is the one who finally told me the account had been cancelled and that was why I couldn't go to the message center. That I'd been sent the wrong notification. They had the correct cancellation notification sent to me. The one that wouldn't ask me to login to read it. Meanwhile they continue to send me emails to setup user roles and such. When I signed up, I had a customer service rep showing me the system and trying to upsell me. That person won't respond either, the last email I got from them was that I should give them a payment method so it doesn't interrupt the trial system. They include a phone number on their email and when I dial it, my android phone says I'm calling potential spam. Their voicemail was a robotic voice saying party unavailable, leave a message. No call back. The first time they had called me was from a local number but in reality they were in CA. My number is NY. More appearances of fraud. They took enough personal information and business information to commit serious fraud and have no ability for a meaningful dialog. Caveat emptor!!!Bill

1 starI work for am employer received my check through this company. 3 months of pay every week . Then out of no where they hold my funds and request my id and bank statement. I sent the information same day . They then requested the same information the next day. Sent same information again. requested a call because at this point whats going on . my case was escalated 15 times with no response then i get a message they will respond by end of business day. I did speak to ******* who claimed to be a manager but could not make manager decisions to make them look at my documents right away seeing as i sent in 3 dys ago . she tells me its protocall . but in such a situation shouldn't you want to make sure employees are doing their job !!!!! stay far away from this company. i have begged my employer to change companies. 1 starIf I could give less than one star, I would. STAY AWAY! The convenience this company claims to have is not worth the trouble it is to use. They have over drafted our account by $70,000 in the past and recently updated their system to automatically detect dates on invoices without our knowledge and permission and in many cases this is can be a totally inaccurate date. Recently the system did this and changed an epayment date that should have been made within the same week as approval to 3 MONTHS from now and then refused to fix the problem. They also updated their audit trail system to reflect system actions as user actions. This is so they can claim that system made changes to payments are actually made by the user, so there is no recourse for when you try to communicate a problem they caused. I was told very rudely that the audit trail reflects our admin changing a date manually after approving a payment to reflect a much later date, which would be a physical impossibility given the volume of payments approved at the same time. The customer service is completely unhelpful and several representatives will give opposing information. We pay hundreds each month for them to consistently mess up our outbound payments. Absolutely the worst company I have had to deal with.Bill

1 starBill.com is a fraud. They'll setup your account, then cancel it with no warning and no reason given. A customer then tried to pay and couldn't because it was shut down, we could not reach anyone to give us information on why and still do not know why. They are extremely unprofessional.Bill

1 starThis is the worst company I have ever worked with. The hold your funds hostage, require you to provide way too much information. They have shut my account down and are requesting sensitive detail that they do not need access too. I would never recommend them and would advise you use someone else. If not for a customer wanting to pay me through them I would never have signed up for an account.Bill
