1 starDo not recommend! As a vendor to the company using BILLcom, it is a very complicated process to get paid. Took over a month to get paid because of technical hoops for both payor and payee to jump through. Then, when payor finally was able to do the final sept to pay me, BILL holds on to the money for 6 days! I can receive the funds "instantly" IF I pay them 1% of the funds--a total of $500 because I have been waiting for $50K from my client.I had to frequently email my client to take another step, take another step, and another step, with Bill.com so I could get paid.I am sure my pestering of my client did not endear me to them.Would never want have to use BILL.com again.Bill

1 starIf I could leave a NEGATIVE STAR REVIEW I WOULD LOVE TO!If you need to send international wires "DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY". After using my bank to send wires for 20 years with no issues this company managed to lose 28K on my first international wire transfer. I have realistically wasted ***** hours of my time going back and forth with their support my vendors, etc. As I'm writing this email I have been on hold for 58 minutes. ANOTHER 58 minutes wasted accomplished nothing. BEYOND PISSED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If you want a migraine and feel like having countless hours of your time wasted bills.com fits the **** *** pun intended). 1 starThe exact same thing is happening to me that ************** described. I have been on the bill.com platform for a few years and have actually never had any issues until last week. Suddenly they are not able to transfer any funds until I provide a ridiculous amount of documentation to verify (me? my account? )I have uploaded bank statements, my personal ID, a bank letter, business iD and incorporation documents. Each time i provide requested documents, they ask for something else. I am actually ****** at this point. I have already invoiced a number of clients for this month. It will be a complete inconvenience to re-invoice them through a different system. It doesn't seem that Bill.com is trying to release money that is NOT theirs. And there is no person actually attached to any of these requests.If I could rate them less than zero, I would.Bill

1 starI was unable to update my email account on line. when I called., the agent was useless. *** told me to log on to support on line system which did not work. I asked to speak with his supervisor and he was not able to connect me with one. I have not encountered a website where you cannot edit you personal contact info. Bill.com is clunky and not useful to use. So many sites are aviable, not worth dealing with these guys,Bill

1 starStrongly recommend staying away from this company. I believe they have very poor customer service, and it is very likely that you will waste a significant portion of your time. They summarily and without justification remove vendors from their platform, causing embarrassment with your clients and delays in getting your money.Bill

1 starBill.com is scamming customers. I set up everything with a representative and started doing payroll. After doing this five times, I decided to upgrade my account and do more with Bill.com, but that is when they wanted to verify my accounts and IDs again. I gave them all my information and they kept denying payroll. I called my sales representative and he told me not to worry as he would talk to the people who did this. Within minutes my account was deactivated and I can no longer do payroll. Nobody will call me. I have the cellphone of my salesperson and he will no longer answer his phone or return my phone calls. They had good service up until now and nobody can give me a reason why they deactivated my account. I was a good-paying customer and never had an issue sending payroll. I sent them every document they requested and they still did this. Perhaps they only want to work with large businesses and don't want to deal with small business owners. If this is the case, then they need to say that. If they deactivate an account, they should be able to inform their client the day before payroll. If Bill.com is truly like this, then they will soon go out of business.Bill

1 starBill.com was a waste of my time. I setup a trial, connected to my QuickBooks, created recurring invoices, customized my templates, and prepare for sending my first batch of invoices. Only upon sending my first batch of invoices did Bill.com ask me to verify my account, inactivated my account with zero notice, but now my clients have links to pay their invoices that do not work.You cannot talk to support over the phone, and I could not login because my account had been inactivated. I already started to pay for Bill.com and am having to seek reimbursement through a credit card dispute. What a waste of time!My account should have been verified weeks before I started sending invoices.Bill

1 starThis company is a scam. They took ******* out of my checking account and I have nothing to do with them or use them. If you see this transaction on your checking from bill.com or *********************** retirement get it stopped. They were phishing by doing .88 cents deposit and take it back out and all of a sudden ******* taken out. They need to be closed down ASAPBill

1 starAfter rejecting my account information, the company mishandled a large lump sum of money. I called multiple times to ask about transfers and update my accounts and they told me they were pending. They first failed to update me by email to explain when and where the payment would be mailed via check and failed to verify my account info to confirm the proper address. They further went on to say they would conduct an investigation and that my payment was mailed, to the address on file but still couldn't tell me where it was sent, they lost my data and payment and caused a data breach and possible fraud, due to this mistake and now has put other business at risk. They need to be investigated.Bill
