      Nothing works on the site that they designed and every little thing that I have to have fixed requires a "ticket". I've had this site for over a year and not one sale because their payment add-on doesn't work . Don't ever use GoDaddy!

      We signed up for their credit processes service over the phone, asked if an additional information was needed, they said no. We did our first credit transaction, called in the day of, do you guys need anything else, the answer was no. Yet 2 days later we get emails asking for all kinds of information like 3 months bank statements they never asked for until after the first transaction. We were lied to multiple times, they held our money for months before telling us they would refund the customer yet we are still waiting for that.

      I called in to get my "BUY NOW" button fixed. The lady had me on hold as she "had to check her resources". After 15 mins or so of back and forth, she finally explained to me that I had to purchase special technical help and I would get a call within 24 hours. When the rate us email came in, I gave her poor marks, so another rep texted me. Come to find out, the 1st rep did NOT refer me to a higher tech, she SOLD me another domain without my permission or knowledge. The texting rep told me to cancel the unwanted domain, she would refund my money. I attempted to do that and the site told me it couldn't and i'd have to call.This wasted over an hour and a half of my time.I am furious.

      The best part about contacting GoDaddy "customer" support via phone is: "hanging up!"1: You explain the specific issue.1a: The "customer" support person does not paraphrase, reframe the issue to align.1b: You wait a while on hold while they investigate.2: The "customer" support person returns and lectures you on what's wrong and what you need to do to fix it.3: You reply that it has nothing to do with my specific issue.4: The "customer" support person gets indignant and continues to ramble.5: You reply, "thanks for nothing and click"!6: My rating for that call and overall customer support is a .5 on a scale of 1-5.

      Godaddy is a joke. They sell you on something and then, they don't explain a thing. Next thing you know, they're telling you that you owe twice as much money a month if you want to be able to edit your website and upload it. They actually took down my website... and I only knew this because I went to look at my site and it was gone... and it also said you could buy my site as well! I paid them for the domain and everything! If I hadn't have gone to the site myself, I would have never known it wasn't working. Godaddy is one of the biggest scams out there. DO NOT USE THEM. TRUST ME!

      Online store has multiple issues with being super slow, when calling they say it is great. I beg to differ, I get ****** reports and page speed insights show it is terrible. They will put you on hold and not let you talk to a higher up or someone who cares about your business. I use them for email as well and they put a product called proof point that quarantined my own emails with out consent.

      Godaddy moved the phone app from smartline to conversations app. I haven't been able to text any of my clients for over 5 weeks. I'm told that I need my clients to sign something but it was not provided. I have gone back and forth via email and text. I was hung up on three times today. I asked ******* to repeat my customer number and he took a breath and hung up. My issue is still not resolved. I would just cancel but all of my marketing has this number for the past 5yrs.

      I have had GoDaddy email for years. It mostly works fine, sometimes I think I pay too much for what I get. Recently I have additional domain and website. Chat and phone help is great when you get someone, but wait times are long. And its not always user friendly for non tech minded people. The bot to get to help could be improved.You should be able to shut off two factor verification. Its annoying.

      If I could give this company 0 stars I would. They have unethical business practices. I started a website 5 years ago and they set it up to auto renew and I did not authorize this to happen. I called them to cancel and thought for sure they could resolve as I didn't even want one year let alone 5. They did absolutely NOTHING but send me to my credit card company for a charge back request! They are unethical and not worth wasting your time or money on.

      Took my money for bookkeeping. Then abruptly shut down after I paid for the year. Refused to refund money. Now a year later saying I have a instore credit of $50. to use on another service unrelated to what I paid for like a domain or website. Clearly I don't need that since I am already a buiseness. Hence the reason I need the bookkeeper. Save your money and use another company. This one will leave you hangig out to dry. Called and spoke with a rep. ******* rude. I asked to speak to someone else. He put me on hold. I hung up after 20 minutes.
