This morning I made a purchase with this company (Order#**********) that was not received as advertised. The initial product I purchased is not the one received, then was told that I would have to wait to see if the issue can be resolved. They took my money and did NOT give me the product that I paid for and have denied me for refunding. Its a very fraudulent business from what Im experiencing.Initial Complaint

Hi, I just want to let everyone know about my first issue with CDKeys, I have purchased over 50 Steam games from CDKeys, and have never had a problem with CDKey codes until now. I had a problem with a game under ************************************************** Steam app stated the activation game code had been used already. I know it's only ten dollars but it's just now right to treat long time customers *** new customers this way. CDKeys states a garntee if the issue is on CDKeys part they will refund or give you another code for the desired game. Just a fyi i did not ask for my money back, just wanted a working activation code. For my troubles I have been given run arounds by ****** staff and I had been in contact with more than one ****** ***resentative. My final step in my run aroun CDkeys journey that I entertained from CDKeys was contacting Steam as CDKeys had requested, one of so far 5 steps assigned to me by CDKeys for a under ten dollar game. The Steam *** that answered my email with all information I had included, including Steam code. Stated the code does not work because one possibility is it may be stolen. I am at a loss of words. I do not know how to post pictures of conversations, especially share offical Steam pics of email in regards to the not working code from CDKeys on reddit yet. I can't believe ****** treat customers like they are liars and it does not matter how faithful of a past customer you are or were CDKeys does not care, check out CDKeys BBB rating, its so bad its sad, so please be aware of CDKeys, and maybe choose another source for your code needs. ****** definitely works but if you have a issue the customer support at ****** will do everything in their power to not honor their promise.Initial Complaint

I purchased a game activation key from CDKeys.com website. I activated the key using web browser and ********* Game Software URL. The game was purchased to be used on a PC. I opened the game software and it prompted me to insert a game disk. I tried multiple methods to correct the issue. I contacted ****** support and requested assistance. The recommended multiple methods to correct the issue and provided guidance. I tried their guidance and the issue still did not correct. The software still prompted me to insert game disk. I provided screen shots and responses to them. I advised the support *** that the activation key is clearly linked to a game disk sold through a third party vendor. I advised them the key provided was suspect and the seller sent me a photo of the key and this is not normal procedure for purchasing electronic software through their website. The final answer from ****** support was to contact *********. This is unsatisfactory. I've also filed a fraud complaint with my credit card company.Initial Complaint

Purchased 10 codes between 2 separate. Orders that give 1 month each Xbox game pass ultimate. Only 2 of the 10 codes worked. I contacted them and provided all info they requested. I the gave them a week to process and am now being ghosted by them and complete ignored when I ask for updates. I hope I chose the right company from your drop down. Back in November 2023 CDKeyes took $485 from my debit card. I don't know who this company is but found out that they are a gaming company. I am a 73 yr old still taking care of my 100 yr old mother and I am not a gamer. I turned it over to my bank ******************* and they put the $485 back in my account. They informed me on 1/5/2024 that they sided with the seller so they will be taking the $485 out of my account. I don't under stand their decision and can not get anyone to call me back.Initial Complaint

I purchased a product code from CDKeys on September 25th, 2023 for a 12 month Subscription to PlayStation Plus. Order #********** The code that I received did not work and said that it was "incorrect or is no longer valid". So I immediately submitted a support ticket for the problem. They told me that they'd look into the issue. And kept sending the same email every day saying that they were "actively looking into the issue." But it was never resolved. After 4 days of waiting (Sept. 29th), I went on the PlayStation Store and purchased a subscription directly from them because I was tired of waiting for CDKeys to resolve my issue, and it was keeping me from being able to play online. I asked them to at least refund my money if I couldn't get another code. But continued to wait day after day with no resolution. Finally, I filed a claim with my credit card company to see if they could potentially expedite the resolution. But they were unable to resolve the issue and get a resolution from CDKeys either and ended up closing the dispute.That dispute has now been closed by my credit card company. So I submitted another support ticket to CDKeys to please resolve my issue and send me a working, valid code. I've sent them proof of my purchase, screenshots of the issue, and proof that the current PlayStation subscription I have was not redeemed from a code or voucher, but purchased directly from the PlayStation Store myself. But I have not yet received a resolution to my issue. Every day I continue to receive emails from them like this "Hello, We wanted to provide you with a quick update that we are actively addressing your concern and will be in touch with you soon."But there's never a resolution. All I want from them is to either supply me with a valid code I can use for a ****************************************** refund my money. Someone used the company's email address *********************** and purchased several things from this online store. This is fraud or a scam and they refused to issue a refund for whatever was purchased by a scammer. I have a long thread of emails back and forth with this company. I purchased a code that was never valid and they didn't believe me. They constantly throw me in circles in order to stall me out. I constantly ask Weekly for them to, at the very least, give me some proof of what they're saying is true. One day they say I won a dispute with my bank, one day they say it got refunded, then the other day they say it got charged back. They're clearly trying to step on the little guy here because they're a corp. All i asked for was a valid code or my money back. I guess they believe ignoring me will help but it's only fueled my fire for justice.Initial Complaint

On 09/28 I purchased PayDay 3 from CDKeys.com. The key was delivered right away, however, it was for PayDay 3 Preorder Tier 1, and it has already been activated by another account (i.e., they sold me something that they have already sold someone else)I reached out to customer service 10 minutes after the purchase. After a whole week and repeated inquirers, there has been no response from them. Nobody reached out. Nobody replied to my service request
