      Back in November 2023 CDKeyes took $485 from my debit card. I don't know who this company is but found out that they are a gaming company. I am a 73 yr old still taking care of my 100 yr old mother and I am not a gamer. I turned it over to my bank ******************* and they put the $485 back in my account. They informed me on 1/5/2024 that they sided with the seller so they will be taking the $485 out of my account. I don't under stand their decision and can not get anyone to call me back.

      I purchased a product code from CDKeys on September 25th, 2023 for a 12 month Subscription to PlayStation Plus. Order #********** The code that I received did not work and said that it was "incorrect or is no longer valid". So I immediately submitted a support ticket for the problem. They told me that they'd look into the issue. And kept sending the same email every day saying that they were "actively looking into the issue." But it was never resolved. After 4 days of waiting (Sept. 29th), I went on the PlayStation Store and purchased a subscription directly from them because I was tired of waiting for CDKeys to resolve my issue, and it was keeping me from being able to play online. I asked them to at least refund my money if I couldn't get another code. But continued to wait day after day with no resolution. Finally, I filed a claim with my credit card company to see if they could potentially expedite the resolution. But they were unable to resolve the issue and get a resolution from CDKeys either and ended up closing the dispute.That dispute has now been closed by my credit card company. So I submitted another support ticket to CDKeys to please resolve my issue and send me a working, valid code. I've sent them proof of my purchase, screenshots of the issue, and proof that the current PlayStation subscription I have was not redeemed from a code or voucher, but purchased directly from the PlayStation Store myself. But I have not yet received a resolution to my issue. Every day I continue to receive emails from them like this "Hello, We wanted to provide you with a quick update that we are actively addressing your concern and will be in touch with you soon."But there's never a resolution. All I want from them is to either supply me with a valid code I can use for a ****************************************** refund my money. It's that simple, and yet it's been nearly two months with no resolution to my issue.

      Someone used the company's email address *********************** and purchased several things from this online store. This is fraud or a scam and they refused to issue a refund for whatever was purchased by a scammer.       I have a long thread of emails back and forth with this company. I purchased a code that was never valid and they didn't believe me. They constantly throw me in circles in order to stall me out. I constantly ask Weekly for them to, at the very least, give me some proof of what they're saying is true. One day they say I won a dispute with my bank, one day they say it got refunded, then the other day they say it got charged back. They're clearly trying to step on the little guy here because they're a corp. All i asked for was a valid code or my money back. I guess they believe ignoring me will help but it's only fueled my fire for justice.

      On 09/28 I purchased PayDay 3 from CDKeys.com. The key was delivered right away, however, it was for PayDay 3 Preorder Tier 1, and it has already been activated by another account (i.e., they sold me something that they have already sold someone else)I reached out to customer service 10 minutes after the purchase. After a whole week and repeated inquirers, there has been no response from them. Nobody reached out. Nobody replied to my service request

      8/27/2023 I purchased a item from cdkeys the price jumped thirty cents once put I to the cart it showed I'd get a drink shaker and powders free gift with the purchase I put the purchase through card got charged and I got an email immediately about the stupid free drink shaker and drink powder with a code to claim the shaker and powder I waited 40 minutes no code so I submit a ticket with them I get a reply it says "************ (CDKeys)28 Aug 2023, 1:58?am UTC Hi, Thank you for reaching out. I can now see that your order confirmation email was sent to a different email address and not the one you're using on this ticket. Unfortunately, we are unable to change the delivery email address listed during ordering process and cannot disclose the email due to privacy policy. Kindly let us know if you do not have access to the email address used in the transaction so we can process a refund instead and you may place the order using the correct email address. We will wait for your response before proceeding.Kind Regards,Well how the did they know my email to send the drink I formation to if it's different than the one I'm using it makes no sense I replied and several hours later still no second reply so I again submitted a ticket for a refund explained it all again and here we are again no reply avoid this website like the plague garbage customer service and clearly they have bo clue what the h*** they are talking about how can you send me a email to the free s*** but not the game I got and then tell me it's a different email!

      Purchased a digital game from CDkeys.com and it was for Street Fighter 6 Deluxe edition. When I redeemed the code in Xboxs store online it is a standard version of the game. I have reached out to CDKeys and they just keep putting me though a loop of different agents who have not been helpful. I would like either a refund fully or a cost difference between what I paid over $70 and the cost of the actual standard game is $60. If they can give me the correct code for the deluxe version then that would solve the problem as well. I attached screenshots of the version redeemed. My email is *****************

      I purchased a game cd key from their website. It did not work. I contacted Steam, who replied However, the CD Key you provided has already been registered to another Steam account on 04-26-2023 at 20:54:14 PST.The product was a digital copy of the game Dirt 5. CDkeys is not cooperating, only asking for more information. They have sold the same key to multiple customers, which I believe is illegal? I could send you the email thread but there's not enough characters here. Thank you.

      I bought a PlayStation network membership code from cdkeys website. When I went to redeem to play online on my PlayStation it stated the code was invalid. I reached out to cdkeys support I got an auto email. I answered all question. And havent heard back Ive emailed several times with no reply back. I called the number and its busy or out of service. I was charged $50 for the code and dont have anything in return

      I purchased a key from cdkeys last week for *** 2k23 vc and received a code that was invalid. I contacted support and they responded with asking to follow steps to insure that I didnt have an error on my end. I quickly followed each step and responded. They didnt reach back out to me until days later. They then followed up with the same animated response and still have not either refunded me my money or sent a valid code.
