I purchased 2 "3 Month GAMEPASS ULTIMATE World Wide" codes before Christmas 2024 and received one functioning code and one non functioning code. I used the first code then when I went to do the next it was never accepted and would not validate. I wrote CDKEYS.COM support and they sent me the enclosed email about using a Brazilian XBOX website to log-in. I live in the ***, not ******. I do not speak Portuguese. I asked about why if I bought a World Wide (WW) code do I have to go to the Brazilian XBOX portal. They never explained and when I wrote again they said the same thing. Then they start with "we cannot refund bc you have the code now" BUT, if the code is defective or was stolen (on their end) OR sold to someone else who just redeemed it first, they say I am out my $ and there is nothing for them to do about it. This is unacceptable. CDKEYS.COM is obviously defrauding customers and other shady practices must be involved as well. They expect us to just give up while they profit.Initial Complaint

On 6/12/2025 starting around 10:15 pm EDT my email was used to create an account with CDKeys. I was unaware of the company till I received an email letting me know I had joined. A CDKeys welcoming email and a few minutes later a ****** email asking me to create an account were addressed to a "******* *****". They went to my SPAM. A few minutes later I received the $190.36 CDKeys invoice for a sale of four Eden **** PC edition computer games , and shortly after that, a ****** transaction email of the payment of that amount. I immediately contacted ******. They closed down my account. The next morning I contacted ****** talking to Chasmine at ****** who said my ****** and ****** accounts were hacked and to change my passwords which I immediately did. I then sent both ****** and CDKeys two screen shots of the CDKeys emails sent to my email, first welcoming "******* *****" and then asking "******* *****" to create an CDKeys account. I did not reply to either email. I am not "******* *****" and did not create an account, order, or receive any products. ****** obviously has the email address they sent the digital products to, and they have the "******* *****" account information, but when contacted by ****** last night, CDKeys did not share that information, and claimed the transaction was legitimate. ******, despite having my "******* *****" screen shots, denied my claim of the fraudulent transaction,. ****** apparently sent false information to ****** and has not responded to my repeated calls and emails Friday 6/13/05 through today, Monday 6/17/25. I have the the complete chronology of events and many screen shots I can share with the BBB.Sincerely,******** ***** *****, SCInitial Complaint

The company sold me a digital key, claimed it wasn't in stock and they didn't know if it would be, and then refused to honor the price they sold it to me for. They told me to buy it again after it went in stock. They then immediately restocked it at a much higher price. Currently they are ingoring my inquiries to purchase it at the original agreed upon priceInitial Complaint

I purchased a 1 year Xbox Live membership from them and received a code for the wrong region. I am located in the *** and they gave me a code for ******. Therefore, I am unable to redeem the code to have the membership that I paid for. So far, customer service has been useless and I have been scammed out of $42.Initial Complaint

This business sells codes to redeem for digital products like video games and subscription services. They have sold me an invalid code for the second time and have not yet offered a refund despite my continued attempts with customer service since February 23rd, 2025. Full details below. On November 25th, 2024, I spent $27.99 on a code for 3 months of Xbox Game Pass. When I attempted to redeem that code on November 30th, it was invalid. After several messages back and forth with customer service, on December 8th, they refunded my purchase as a gift card for their business (even though the original purchase was made with ******.) That same day, I used that gift card (and an additional $2.02 through ******) to purchase the same product: 3 months of Xbox Game Pass. When I tried to redeem this code on February 23rd, 2025, it was invalid. I have been attempting to resolve this issue with customer service since that day, including following their instructions and multiple requests for screenshots of my purchase history on Xbox proving that I have not redeemed the key. The most recent response I received was on March 3rd.I have emails and receipts for all transactions and conversations listed above.Initial Complaint

I made a digital purchase from their website on February 21, 2025 for a 3 month subscription to Xbox GamePass. Upon receiving the code to claim that subscription thru ************** I entered it in and was told the code was for the wrong region. I then went back to ****** website to try and resolve the issue through their support page and followed the steps they recommended which did not work for me. My next step was to contact them through a support request at which time they told me to do something I had already explained I tried to do. When I submitted a second support request requesting a refund they recommended I try the same steps I had already tried and they told me to do before. Upon a second refund request they claim they have escalated the issue but I still have not received a response pertaining to getting a refund.
