    I purchased a 1 year Xbox Live membership from them and received a code for the wrong region. I am located in the *** and they gave me a code for ******. Therefore, I am unable to redeem the code to have the membership that I paid for. So far, customer service has been useless and I have been scammed out of $42.

    This business sells codes to redeem for digital products like video games and subscription services. They have sold me an invalid code for the second time and have not yet offered a refund despite my continued attempts with customer service since February 23rd, 2025. Full details below.On November 25th, 2024, I spent $27.99 on a code for 3 months of Xbox Game Pass. When I attempted to redeem that code on November 30th, it was invalid. After several messages back and forth with customer service, on December 8th, they refunded my purchase as a gift card for their business (even though the original purchase was made with ******.) That same day, I used that gift card (and an additional $2.02 through ******) to purchase the same product: 3 months of Xbox Game Pass.When I tried to redeem this code on February 23rd, 2025, it was invalid. I have been attempting to resolve this issue with customer service since that day, including following their instructions and multiple requests for screenshots of my purchase history on Xbox proving that I have not redeemed the key. The most recent response I received was on March 3rd.I have emails and receipts for all transactions and conversations listed above.

    I purchased Xbox live for my daughter and received a fake code and they refuse to refund my money for the fake codes

    I made a digital purchase from their website on February 21, 2025 for a 3 month subscription to Xbox GamePass. Upon receiving the code to claim that subscription thru ************** I entered it in and was told the code was for the wrong region. I then went back to ****** website to try and resolve the issue through their support page and followed the steps they recommended which did not work for me. My next step was to contact them through a support request at which time they told me to do something I had already explained I tried to do. When I submitted a second support request requesting a refund they recommended I try the same steps I had already tried and they told me to do before. Upon a second refund request they claim they have escalated the issue but I still have not received a response pertaining to getting a refund.

    The date of the transaction was February 24, 2025. The amount of money is $1.59. The business, called CDKeys.com, committed to provide me with a Steam key for a PC game. The key they provided me to activate the game on Steam did not work. The game was supposed to be available WorldWide, but ***** rejected this product key. CDKeys.com would not provide me a refund and instead asked me for a lot of personal account information from my Steam account. I have a suspicion that this CDKeys.com is nothing more than a scam website. No, this issue does not involve advertising.

    On 2/6/25 I paid CDkeys.com $65.68 for 2 games -kingdom come deliverance gold edition pre order and killer frequency. When purchasing these, it too a lot longer than normal and the transaction went through on my end but on the website it explained that there was a processing issue and I did not receive the games I paid ****** money is gone and pending from my card but I have no games.Ive tried multiple attempts at asking for assistance opening tickets and requests and have had little to no replies or feedback from anyone on the team. Its been absolutely quiet for 2 days now with no responses.

    I purchased a digital code for the game and submitted the code provided. The code provided did not work. I have asked for another code ot refund but the business has asked me to provide account information from another site and have not provide resolution.

    I purchased a Steam Gift card from this website. The code I received was invalid. I brought this to the attention of the website support through email/ ticket. They refused to answer for 72 hours, only replying with an AI response. I sent proof that the card was invalid. They denied replacing.

    I was browsing the web on Cyber Monday holiday because I needed 12 months of Xbox Live Gold membership to play multiplayer games online. ****** had exactly what I wanted and, on sale $43.09. I read over the seller's description and, I purchased what I exactly wanted for $43.09. CDkeys emailed me a link detailing how I can get my code redeemed for 12 months of Xbox Live Gold. I followed the prompts and, noticed later that they sent me 1 code for 12 months of Xbox gamepads and, when I prompted them to send the other code for my 12 months of Xbox Live Gold. They're not responding to my I'm original purchase or not answering my additional requests they sent me one inexcusable email and, I replied back but no answer.
