    The Atom Pro 2 hearing aids are working as well for me as my older prescription aids, and are much easier to use with the rechargeable batteries.They cost about 10% of the price for a single prescription aid.I do recommend this product.

    We ordered hearing aids on March *******. We received them on March 21. They did not fit properly fit so we returned them on April 14, 2025. We sent them via the ****. They say that they didnt receive them until May 19, 2025 and that was after the 45 day return so they cant refund our $288.00. By the time they gave a ridiculous credit for ***** store credit ,it was too late to get the tracking number from the post office. At this point they say they are going to send us the hearing aids back. No refund. As of this moment, they have the hearing aids and my money. I dont want the hearing aids, but I sure would appreciate if they did the right thing and refund my money. I feel that if I didnt contact them, they wouldnt have returned my money or the hearing aids. Just my feeling.

    I obtained the Audium atom 2 hearing aids at first but did not work out because I use them at night . I was reluctant to try the ion hearing since they were behind the ear hearing aids. But customer service said we could trade them in so I tried them and they actually work pretty well. So kudos to customer service for the encouragement.

    I had an issue with my units and contacted their customer support where I was helped by "*****". I have a background teaching customer relations in the computer maintenance field and ***** did everything right. He was friendly, gave concise instructions for troubleshooting the problem and listened to what I had to say. In this world- things break, Audien made fixing it easy.

    I have an unusual situation. We needed 2 sets of Atom Pro 2 hearing aids. @ people in our household ordered. 2 sets. I'm waiting for return instructions for 2 sets via email. Once 2 sets are returned I'll write my review.

    My Atom Pro 2 worked fine for several months, then one ear piece was suddenly so faint I could hardly hear anything. I tried to increase the volume and the "beeps" were barely audible. I emailed customer service and described the problem. They replied within 24 hours with several suggestions one of which was to replace the wax guard. I did that and the problem was solved. That is excellent customer service in my book.

    Tried the Atom Pro 2 for 2 days. They didn't fit well and were uncomfortable. I contacted the company by email and requested an *** now 4 times and am getting the runaround. They've sent me responses to my emails that don't address the refusal to send me an RMA. It's been over one month now. They advertise a risk free 45 day return policy but obviously don't want to honor it. I will not recommend doing business with this company due to very poor business policy and horrible customer service.
