    I tried these and they just didnt work for me. The company was very good and facilitated their return with a very helpful attitude. I will be happy to recommend anyone to try these out before you spend thousands on custom hearing aids. They are of fine quality too, but my hearing loss is somewhat more challenging.

    Compares very well with more expensive aids.4 stars, as it is still early in the trial period. I am impressed so far. Have moderate to severe loss. Most advised *** would not work for me. However, the ion aids work very well for me and are comparable to more expensive aids. I started with name-brand RIC aids; they stopped working day 50 (one simply would not turn on), though handled very, very carefully, every day. Ordered the ions. Some features on the ions I even like better (on-off switch, rocker switch design, charger case) and sound quality is good. Sound quality with the expensive aids arguably better in some situations but overall, I can hear just as well with the ions, even at very low volume settings! With the expensive, name-brand set, their closed style ear tips were too uncomfortable, had to switch to open design for comfort (no feedback). With Audien, started with small open style but experienced feedback issues. Changed to small, closed style (which are very comfortable) and eliminated feedback. Perhaps, will try other ear tip styles, but am very happy with where I am at now! If the ions prove durable, will stay with Audien long term!

    I am on my way third set of their hearing aids and I find that they are a great value for the money. I initially got a set of the Atom Pro which I really liked. After a couple of months I actually lost them but was eventually able to get a replacement set through their warranty program which cost a very small monthly fee. I called them then it was was handed by ***** via email. In the meantime I got a set of the even smaller Atom Pro2. I am very pleased and satisfied with this company and the products I have.

    I had a horrible time getting a response from Audien. It took months for them to respond. When I finally received an email from ***** the process went smoothly. Corresponding through emails, ***** would respond overnight and authorized an exchange. ***** saved Audiens reputation.

    I can not review the hearing aids because they haven't been shipped yet. 15 days and still not shipped. **************** is nice when you get them on the phone. Forget about email they will not answer them. I can't believe they asked me to write this review I can't even tell you if the product works or not

    I am a Senior Citizen whose hearing was failing. My son saw your ad on the internet and we decided I should order the hearing aides. My hearing is just about back to normal, no more blaring TV or asking people to talk louder, I am pleased and it didnt cost a fortune.

    Disheartened to learn that they did not honor my wish to return the hearing aids This is what I shared with ******:I am not out of the 45-day return from my initial request of return, plus I followed up two times after that. Jan 8 placed the order Order shipped on Jan 14th Feb 13 - I sent an email, I want to return the product.Feb 16 - Audien, you have the smallest earbuds to try.March 23rd - sent another email saying I want to return them.March 25th - Audien acknowledge my return request but did not give information to start the process April 7th - I followed up again asking what do I need to do to return the hearing aids April 11 - Audien tells me my request falls out of the 45-day return policy. I ask ****** to explain why she was saying I was outside the 45-day return policy. Never received the explanation. Don't trust them about the 45-day return. They will string you along. *********

    The Atom Pro 2 hearing aids are working as well for me as my older prescription aids, and are much easier to use with the rechargeable batteries.They cost about 10% of the price for a single prescription aid.I do recommend this product.

    We ordered hearing aids on March *******. We received them on March 21. They did not fit properly fit so we returned them on April 14, 2025. We sent them via the ****. They say that they didnt receive them until May 19, 2025 and that was after the 45 day return so they cant refund our $288.00. By the time they gave a ridiculous credit for ***** store credit ,it was too late to get the tracking number from the post office. At this point they say they are going to send us the hearing aids back. No refund. As of this moment, they have the hearing aids and my money. I dont want the hearing aids, but I sure would appreciate if they did the right thing and refund my money. I feel that if I didnt contact them, they wouldnt have returned my money or the hearing aids. Just my feeling.
