    I purchased the Atom Pro 2 from Audien Hearing and I have to say after I got my brain adjusted to them, which took a week or so, they are the best ones I have used. Good clear sound with different moods for every situation like conversation one on one or more. They will cancel out noise and more. I have had the high dollar hearing aids (Oticon) never was happy with them. These Atom pro 2 improve sound so much better. I have had a few problems with them one quit working after a few weeks and the support group took care of me quick and easy and sent me a new pair, no charge. I don't know what the life of these hearing aids will be but I will find out as time goes by.

    I wasn't able to use the *** PRO aides ... my fingers are just TOO LARGE, and they shake a bit, for me to "manage" the aides themselves.Audien's return policy was absolutely SUPURB! I rec'd my reimbursement in short order.

    So far my Audien hearing aids have worked out fine. The only problem I have had so far is the charging unit quit working. Although my order initially got lost or misplaced at the transfer offices. Your support team has assured me another one is being replaced. Thanks

    The customer service was great. Had a problem with one of the hearing aid not working. They replaced the both of them. Had new ones in a few days and they work great. Thank you for your help.

    Im giving these a 5 star because of my overall experience. I first tried the Ion pro in the early model. I couldnt get them to work for me. **************** quickly upgraded me to a more expensive outside the ear model for free! I received the upgraded model and tried them for a few weeks. I couldnt get them to work for me either. This is in no way a reflection of the hearing aides or the company. I couldnt have asked for a better experience unless their product had helped my personal hearing needs. And although their products didnt work for me personally I would still recommend giving their products a try for your hearing aid needs. Their products are very well made and worked as they should and their customer service is second to none. More companies should operate in such a manor.

    My husband has VA issued hearing aids. One of his was in the shop at the time I ordered these hoping they could be back *** when his needed repairs. Unfortunately his hearing is pretty severe so the application didn't work. I contacted Audien for return instructions. ****** ********* did a video chat with me to assure proper use and offer suggestions. At the end of the chat, he sent me an email with a shipping label for the return. I dropped the package at the post office the next day and the following day I was notified via email that the return was on it's way to them. ******' customer service skills are great! I truly wish they would have worked. Audien is very reliable with their promises for their products as the return was very simple. Thank you!

    Have been happy to have a billing issue resolved by ***** of the Audien staff. I was offered two discounts in my initial call; which did not appear in the invoice sent by e-mail. These discounts were applied to my subsequent credit card bill.Thank you ***** for your help and prompt attention. **** *****

    I have owned both ******** and Ion models. My experience with both has been excellent although I prefer the Ion. Recently I had a problem with a wax protector getting lodged in the channel resulting in reduced volume. Contacted *** in support who took care of the problem. I found him helpful, patient and polite. The problem was resolved with him sending me a new pair of hearing aids without cost. I am pleased with the hearing quality, price and support.
