  I am being mistreated as I am seeking to return my hearing aids which I am dissatisfied with and being directed to a hearing specialist. I don't want a hearing specialist I want my money back. The quality for my hearing is not acceptable.

  Never received them in the mail after waiting forever! Contacted them and finally after that they were sent. I tried to get a refund but I had to go through so many hoops its ridiculous

  Ive had hearing lose for years just was not going to pay 4 to 5 thousand $ for hearing aids. Bought the Ion pro and am very happy. My brother been wearing $4500 hearing aids for 5 years and has gone thru 2 pair in that time frame. Bought him some Audien ion pro and said he likes them better than the $4500 ones. Nothing to lose you get 45 day free trial. They come with the same 1 year warranty the $4500 hearing aids have.

  I couldn't be happier than I am with my Atom Pro 2 hearing aids. I've had them over a year now. They are the only ones that fit my left ear canal. Sometimes I just use an aid in the right ear and that works too. I did try 3 other well-known companies first. But Audien is absolutely the best for their products and customer service. Lys and ****** and been especially helpful. Thank you!

  I bought the Audien Atom 2 hearing aids for my mother to try. Unfortunately, they seems to be a bit too sensitive for my mother and resulted in feedback squealing noises at any setting other than level 1. It would probably have gotten better if she used them for a longer period.The hearing aids were of good quality and better than I had expected. The order process was easy and I appreciated being able to track the delivery.The return process was also relatively easy and straight forward. Audien tried to switch me over to other models a couple times, but after firmly declining, they sent the prepaid return label in due order. The refund was provided quickly upon delivery of the return.Overall, good quality hearing aids at a good price. Better than I expected. **************** and the return process was also quick and better than expected.

  Audien has been my mom's go to hearing aids. She started with the atom several years ago and is now in the *** *** hearing aids. Even though she did not think she would like them because of the *** she gave them a try. My mom fell in love with the *** hearing aids. These are a little pricier than the Atom and Atom Pro, but they are well worth the extra money. The Audien customer service support team is excellent in my books. They are very helpful and do what it takes to make the customers happy and make sure they have a pleasurable experience with Audien. Great company and great devices. Thank you,******
