    I ordered a set of Atom one Audien hearing Aids. I followed the instructions to a tee, BUT. They are too big for my ears - small canals - they screach VERY loudly and Very high and hurt my ears. They are not trustworthy when worn in public, one went off and started screaching. They continued screaching until I put them into the charging case. I called, the *** was not born in an English-speaking country and hard to understand. Did not offer a return, but offered a discount on a more expensive style - for ONLY $100. I want to give them back before they deafen me completely.

    The support staff is terrific,Lexi and ****** in particular!But I have had real problems with units holding their charge It is hard for support staff to talk us through mechanical problems like this I think the product engineers are the ones who need to step up and address this issue

    I have nothing but good to say about Audiens service beginning with the first interaction. Their representatives are cordial, knowledgeable about their products and policies but they also appear to be able to make decisions about their customers needs in order to satisfy them. The products are well engineered and come with very clear and easy to follow instructions. The two techs **************** who have assisted me were very knowledgeable, patient, and reassuring to this 82 year old.

    I had trouble with Audien Hear Aids, and Audien was very helpful, I asked for a refund, and they issued one as soon as they received the hearing aids back. The person I talked to on the phone was very helpful and explained everything to me. Thank you.

    I received my atom pro2 hearing aides on 9/5/2025. I have requested a return label. I do not have a cell phone, so they are ignoring me. I gave my land line number and they won't call. I have email on my computer to communicate with them. I need my money "$273.60" returned to my credit card. Hearing aides do not work for me. I think I have been scammed! Ear buds are too big, even the *** for my ears. They fall out when I try to put them in my ears. My overall experience is zero!

    ****** saved the day.The Atom Pro 2 , I had was not working after about 6 months of use. At first ******** service , Call it the run around. They kept wanting me to make sure to change the wax guards and make sure there was no sound coming out. This went on for a month. I told them I might be 76, but I still had my wits about **** finally got an email from ****** in ******** service. Then I received my return shipping label. About a week and a half later, my new Atom Pro 2 arrived.Thank you so much ******. I would use Audien again.....

    I have been an Audien customer since their original EV models back in 2019 and I have to say that they have evolved into one of the top OTC hearing aid companies in the ***After trying all their models over the years as well as a few other OTC companies, I have settled on Audien to help with my moderate hearing loss.I LOVE my Atom One because I can dial in the frequencies and the volume I need to have clear, distinct sound.I have small ear canals so the current ear domes they provide with all their ITE aids were too thick for my ears. The thinner domes they used to provide work better for me. After many back and forth via email and video calls, I finally received my much loved thinner ******** only input for the company is to have one customer service support person handle issues rather than have to explain the whole story multiple times to multiple people.

    Extremely Difficult Return Process and Ineffective Product:I am writing this review to warn others, particularly seniors, about the frustrating experience I've had with Audien Ion Pro hearing aids and their return process. I purchased these hearing aids hoping for a cost-effective solution for my hearing loss, but the product simply did not meet my needs. The feedback noise was intense and made the devices unusable, and they did not provide the proper amplification for my specific frequency loss, which a proper set of hearing aids would.The most infuriating part of this experience is the return process. When I contacted Audien to initiate a return, I was informed that I was required to schedule and perform a video appointment. This is an incredibly inconvenient and unnecessary hurdle, especially for a product that is clearly not working as advertised. For a company that markets heavily to the elderly, requiring a video appointment to process a simple return feels like a deliberate tactic to make the process so difficult that people give ***** feels like Audien is taking advantage of elderly individuals by making their return process so convoluted and difficult. I should be able to return a defective or unsuitable product without having to go through a mandatory, inconvenient, and frankly, intrusive video call. This is not good business practice. I am deeply disappointed with both the product and the company's customer service.
