      We ordered the Audien hearing aids and they were delivered to a wrong address and we could not get them back. Audien not only replaced them but gave us the next better ones. My husband can't believe how much better he can hear. They are remarkable. Thanks Audien! You have a customer for life.

      DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Ordered these for my mother with the 45 day free trial. They do not work for her and there is NO way to return them. I have called and sent multiple emails with no response. Extremely disappointed.

      I really tried making these Audien hearing aide work, I ordered the replacement kits for the wax protector, had to change every time I wore the hearing aides, they squill, when I called for assistance they had me change the little white guard every time so I ordered a set of replacements, they make sure to pacify you until your return/refund has expired. I did receive another set of aides and I assure you *** had the same problem. Would not recommend these to anyone. **************** I only give one star because a selection is required.

      I purchased the Audien Atom Pro 2 as I thought the advertised "smallest hearing aid" would work for me. It did not work for me as I even used the smallest hearing buds ....just continues to come loose in my ear. I'm attempting to return them within the 45 day return policy for my full refund. BEWARE of their return policy as they do not return emails, the "link' on their website to start refund process does not open, they don't answer the phone. Message says to expect to hold 5 to 10 minutes , then I get cut off. I'm concerned if this continues my 45 days will run out. HELP!!

      The company has representatives that do not answer questions and try to sell again items returned for replacement. Very disappointed in their response, and phone numbers they use. Only hope that the items I returned will be replaced. The man I talked to was in ********* **. With phone number from Al. and couldn't understand him from another country. Please help to resolve my situation, if possible.

      Still have not received my hearing aids when I check the update it usually just says the next day I hope my 45 day guarantee hasnt started yet I am told it shipped on 3/13

      I apologize for the delay in having your order delivered. The package left our warehouse on 3/13 and *** & **** were undergoing a lot of changes in there systems resulting in delays for march.

      After looking into your tracking info it shows it was delivered on 4/2 and your 45 day window starts from the day it was delivered.

      I have contacted this company several times since receiving their hearing aids, requesting a refund. They are too large and I wanted to return them. Each time they responded with a solution that did not work, but never responded with a return mailer. I received them on 2/22 and on/24 and my first contact by phone on the 26th. My follow through continued on the 26, 27, 29 with an email. I received a response on the 28th and march 3rd, but no information on returning them I emailed again on March 4 to all who reached out to me; still no response to return.in fact i received a request to be a product tester. Lastly,a note from *** with a commitment to "assist me in every possible manner". In a week,45 days will be here.Will I receive a response that will allow me to return this product in time to receive a refund?****** C

      I just emailed you a return label so you can send us back your hearing aids. Once our warehouse receives your return we will process a full refund on your order and you will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow 2-3 days for the money to be seen in your account.

      Product seems pretty useful, just not in my father's situation. The problem is that they will not respond to any requests to return.Four separate efforts have gone unanswered. Meanwhile, my return widow closes proving this company is simply in it for the money. Can not recommend!

      After looking through your order details it shows me that you charged back via PayPal and received your refund. If you still havent been refunded please contact me at ****************************** and I will make sure to have this taken care of immediately.

      We certainly don't try to make this process difficult but with over ******* customers sometimes things slip through.

      I purchased atom 2 in late febuary of 2024. One of the units stopped working completly. I sent them an email requesting a replacement and I have not heard back friom them. It been 3 weeks. They send you a auotmated responce saying if you submit another email you go to the back of he line.. *************************
