    Do not buy Audien Hearing aids on the Internet. They give terrible feed-back noise whatever you do; adjust volume, change ear bud sizes, etc. you still get squeezing in your ears. You can even hear your own breathing which is very annoying. ******************* is no good either. I was promised a return label sent to my phone 15 minutes after calling and nothing a day later. I want my money back.

    I ordered one set of Atom One hearing aids. According to their email, the cost would be $98. I added a one year protection plan for $24.99. Later I received one set of Atom Two hearing aids. My debit card was charged $134.99 AND $153,65, Don't know why. I have contacted them but the agent I spoke with did not know why either. She just said that was the price for Atom Two. I can send you paperwork to show this.

This is never the kind of experience we want you to haveespecially with your very first purchase with us. I understand how frustrating this must have been, and Im truly sorry if things werent explained to you clearly from the start.

    After carefully reviewing your order, I see that you initially placed an order for the Atom One at $89 with an added protection plan. Later on, you opted to upgrade to the Atom Pro 2, which carries an additional cost of $140. The regular price of the Atom Pro 2 is $289, so with the upgrade, you actually received it at $229. The remaining charges were related to the protection plan and applicable taxes.

    I completely understand this may not have been the outcome you were expecting, and I regret any confusion caused along the way. Please know that we truly value your trust and would love the opportunity to make this right for you. If you have any questions or if theres anything more we can do to help, dont hesitate to reach outwere here to support you every step of the way.

    I bought the atom pro(149.00) my curiosity, purchased atom pro 2. (******) the atom 2 do fit my ears better but actually like the atom pro better for my hearing. But the pro 2 helps the ringing in my ear.

    I was not impressed with the ***** that I initially purchased. After explaining what I was unhappy with, they suggested moving up to the **** Keep in mind, everyone's hearing issues are different. As it turned out, *** was a better product for me. It responded as expected.....until the left aid stopped charging. After a conference with a representative, they agreed there was a problem. I sent the unit back (free). When they received it, they sent a new set. Then after about 3 weeks, the left aid started giving 4 pings every 4 minutes, precisely. They sent me what I needed to return them for a new one. ********* in customer service was very responsive and helpful. I decided that even though I was happy with the sound from the **** I was not happy with the quality of the unit. So I asked for a refund. However, even though each unit died within 45 days of me receiving them, I was not granted a refund. Company policy. (Unreasonable, but it's their policy to only issue refunds within 45 days of the initial purchase. In my case, the ****** If I had demanded a refund in the first place, then ordered an ION separately, the clock would've started over again. ***.) Again, I felt I was treated exceptionally well by *********, within the parameters of company policy. Meanwhile all the ************ left me without a hearing aid that I paid for. So for all of those reasons, I refused to have another set sent to me. I'm done, without compensation.

    email support was great. I had asked for assistance with the warranty and this *** was the only one out of many that helped get the correct lifetime warranty plan in place for me.

    Hearing however big or small not only effects you it also effects those around you! I can't say my experience with Audien has been a smooth process nor can I say my hearing aids have met my expectations'. What I can tell you is they have allowed me to join in conversations that I was missing in the past. I've never been able to afford the $5K ones so I can't even tell you they are better that the affordable Audien one or not. They have helped me and for that I am grateful. I do take them out when listening to music because they are not very good based on my hearing loss when listening to music.

    The Pro 2 are great. I've had 3 other hearing aids, but these are the easiest to adjust, and you forget you're wearing them. 5 volume settings and 4 sounds modes all at the touch of a button. No tools or little screwdrivers, just push the button. The customer service is great, very helpful. If you don't like these, I doubt you'll like any of the other brands.
