    Bought a pair of atom 2's. One lasted a week then quit working. Contacted the company and was told they wouldn't replace it because I didn't have the oriional packaging to to return it in. Don't buy from this company they are a bunch of con artists. You are better off flushing your money down the toilet.

    I am retired and wanted to try the Audien hearing aids. ***** was very helpful and willing to accommodate me bit the "Atom and Atom Pro in the ear aids did not feel comfortable. He was helpful in sending me the return label for a full refund.*****

    I bought my pair of Audien Atom 1 at ******* around 2nd week of March and have been using them for more than a month until one of the hearing aid stopped working. The Audien Atom 1 performed quite well considering the price as compared to very expensive hearing aids. I sent an email to audiensupport team and was very satisfied with the quick responses and professional assessments made by the customer care specialist *****. After returning the defective aid, I'll be receiving a replacement unit in a few days. Thank you Audien and *****.

    I recently lost the pull stem on my hearing aid. Audien was quick to address it and order a replacement. Customer support has been on top of this and quick to react.

    The volume could not be reduced sufficiently. I had to return the hearing aids and request a refund.

    Could not adjust volume to a usable level.Worst hearing aids I ever ordered..Not only that, they sent me 3 pairs when I ordered only 1.Tried to get customer service to get instructions for returning additional 2 hearing aids and they kept on giving me Spanish speaking customer service person I do not speak or understand Spanish.Still have 2 pairs of hearing aids that I didnt order. Help.

    My husband had theAudienk pro for several years and needed another pair. The Atom 2 were on sale so I ordered those. When we received them one did not work but they promptly sent a replacement. As it turned out he did not like them as good as the Pros so when I notified them they exchanged them for the difference in price. I have had all good experiences with Audien

    I am currently retired now and have a lifetime of hearing loss including all the tests. My Mother purchased my first pair of hearing aids probably thirty years ago.Those were prescription type. In my opinion they weren't worth it. All the replaceable batteries was a hassle. Yet to say I gave up on them when one of aids broke! Another span of time goes by until I did my research on all the FDA approved, over the counter hearing aids. I've had a bad experience with a company along with their product and service etc. and regret even giving them a try. Consumer Reports gave Audien Hearing high marks and praise. I went with them and give much recommendations. I bought the Atom Pro 2 version and am so happy I did. The phenomenal simplicity of Audien has been nothing short of impeccable in my book! Being part of the family let's say, the reach out on their behalf has been so appreciated / helpful.I personally have found my new norm and feel accustomed early. I have been wearing for less than a week but I am still being patient in this process. Taking it easy, taking breaks if I feel that I need one. The fact that these are rechargeable is a big PLUS. Sure I hit the volume button upon insertion or adjusting the fit but that's to be expected until you become more familiar with them. Well happy sounds of this world. Don't miss it! SMILES :)

    While I do not have a complaint about customer service (yet), I do have a complaint about the hearing aids. I am currently wearing a replacement pair that I received after the first pair started having issues. The first pair lasted about a month (if that). One issue I had was with the ear domes. It was hard to find a good fit. The hearing aids had to constantly be pushed back into my ears. The other issue was that the sound started to go in and out. Eventually, the sound was completely gone. I contacted customer service and received a replacement pair. I sent the faulty pair back to Audien. I have had the current pair for about a week, and they are not working properly. An overall issue is not being able to use the phone while wearing them. I must either use the speakerphone or remove the hearing aids. It is an inconvenience. If I had to choose all over again, I would not choose these hearing aids.
