4 starsHad an issue with one aid not working properly. The agent addressed my issue in less than 24 hrs and resolved it by sending a return label and will send a new pair of aids for me. I will receive the new ones in just a couple of days. The one aid is working well, as I just need one. I do not have a need for two aids but want a second one as a back-up.I have some issues if someone speaks low or away from me. The first time I used the aid I was pleased being able to hear a cashier or clerk with no issues at all and not saying, "excuse me" could you repeat that? At a noisy restaurant last night, I could hear all conversations at our table, even though the other patrons were quite noisy----overall pleased!Review fromSharon T

3 starsPurchased the Audien Atom hearing devices as a Christmas present for a family member with some hearing loss due to years of loud construction work noise. Family member stated, "able to hear sounds clearly" and "comfortable in ears". Still reviewing how well they will work as one device stopped working after one week wearing for an hour a day, and the second week for a few hours each day. **************** representative, "*****" responded quickly to my email regarding device not working, offered a refund or replacement. A replacement was requested, and it was received in a matter of a few days. I received a return label for non-working device, and it will be returned as requested.I would like to review again after family member has had the opportunity to wear them for a couple of months. *********

5 starsGreat little units. Started wearing them and happily cut down the tinnitus in my hearing ear. Even in my bad ear seemed to reduce the screaming in it, although I can't hear out of it still rings. Only bad thing is one unit would not hold a charge. But the person in customer service has been great only mistake was made by me. But he still took care of the problem.Review fromAlice W

5 starsI recent purchased Audiens Atom Pro hearing aids for my wife. She couldnt be more pleased. No left/right specifics, charging while in the case wirelessly and totally providing comfort for all day use. Did I mention she can now hear.
