5 starsI had a problem with one of my ear buds. All of a sudden, it stopped working. I contacted customer service via chat. After a few quick questions, I was told to return them for a replacement set. I went to **** and sent them out. I then contacted customer service with the tracking number and got a fast response with tracking number of the replacement ear buds. ******** service agent was very friendly and prompt in our communications.Review fromSamuel P

3 starsThey didn't work for me, they started to squeal when I tried to increase the ******. I couldn't get the aids to go to the max ****** without squealing. Have returned the hearing aids.
