    Ordered for my 87 YO Father. They work fantastic. However, hoping to hear back from **************** to see if they offer smaller units...but overall, very nice to finally have a conversation without shouting or repeating 3 or 4 times.

    I had to return one for an exchange and this is being handled quickly and efficiently. A few questions and a return tracking number and a replacement is being sent.

    One of my husbands hearing aids turned out to be defective. My call to Audien support was answered rapidly, professional, kind, understanding, and a replacement mailed that day. I can only say good things about this company and their products. My husbands hearing with the aids resulted in the volume on our tv going down around 5 numbers and I no longer needed to repeat everything at least 2-3 times. Both of our lives are better with them so when one started acting up it was a blessing to be treated with such kindness and caring when I called about what was happening.

    I have had my hearing aids about 3 weeks and so far they are working well. I still have times when they drive me crazy, but mostly they are great. My hearing loss is mild, but it is great not to miss conversations and have to turn the ** up so much. This is my first hearing aid and would recommend the Atom Pro.

    I have been a customer for several years, they have always been very helpful. This is the first time I had a unit not work properly and they are going to replace it. They offered me an accessory pack which will be very much appreciated. Thank you again for your great ***************
